Land's End 4-406 Bay Front

The condo was great, this was the 2nd time we stayed in it. Pool was always clean, & grounds are immaculate. No where else I’d rather stay. Can’t wait for next years visit!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great view, fun bands to listen to daily/nightly. Comfortable beds. We had to request beach chairs and had to pick them up. Couches were uncomfortable. We stay at Lands End every year and will continue to do so.

Unit was nice. We had minor issues (toaster didn’t work, etc) and that were resolved the same day. I usually stay beachfront but glad we stayed in this unit as we were able to see manatees an dolphins from our balcony. The pool and beach weren’t crowded and I was worried about that with it being June. We would definitely return!

We absolutely loved our stay at Land’s End. Safe, gated community with beautiful grounds, covered parking and wonderful amenities. Our corner unit had the waterway behind it, fun to watch the sea life from the lanai and listen to fun music from across the way. The pool was awesome and the beach was steps away, never crowded and plenty to explore.

Our unit was just what we needed. Besides the carpet, we were very pleased with all of the furnishings and what was provided for us to use.

Would definitely stay again!

The only thing I would recommend is making sure the pullout couch has been cleaned before you have company. There was a lot of food in the mattress. We have rented this condo many times. We love the location, close to the hot tub, boardwalk and beach entry, and just a very short walk to the pool and other property amenities. We love watching the wildlife in the inter coastal as well as the people and boats. The quiet beach without the busy crowds like the nearby beaches has always been a draw for us but especially now in these crazy times. If I had to mention anything that might need attention in the condo itself, the oven might need to be looked at as it doesn’t seem to be coming up to the desired temperature when cooking so you either set the temp higher or expect your item to take longer to cook. Carpet had some spots and is showing wear. We will definitely be renting this unit again, we feel comfortable and at home. Having the security there is also a plus they are helpful and friendly. Thanks to the owners for sharing their property with us.

Fully equipped kitchen. Sometimes more or less good music from the opposite side of the intracoastal, but never really disturbing. You need a car, to explore the area. Long nice beach with some risk in september of red algea. Good for walking.

We rented about 10 units for our very large family reunion and as far as I know every one of us were very satisfied. We had a wonderful time watching the domains and rays in the bay outside our window and the Gulf side was perfect for all the little children as it was shallow and the waves were small. Every evening we watched the beautiful sunset on the beach while the kids raved around and played soccer. It was a really lovely week and we can't wait to return!

The Lands End staff at the front gate was very rude. A lot of other residents said he was the rudest person and they had been staying their for 19 years. He was unfriendly and made coming and going difficult.

Other than that, it was a great experience. Can't wait to go back.

Two weeks of peace!!! The reservation was flawless, same with check in and check out. Great service from the main office (Thank you Janet!). The apartment was in great condition, the condo is quiet and clean, and the beach is fantastic. This fits my dream rest vacation.
PS. Thanks for stocking the place with the necessities (Some dishwashing liquid and paper towels, plus a welcome coffee packet and some laundry and dishwasher soap) Very nice :-)

We loved our stay at Land's End, building 4 unit #406. The unit was clean and bright and was very spacious. Resort Rentals were fast and friendly in correcting any problems that occurred. The unit may be better suited to a family with small children, because of the second bedroom beds. Adults would be better served with twin beds with box springs. We had a very pleasant experience there and will be back for another stay next year.

This was a terrific place to stay! We loved the safe beach access and felt like we had our own little piece of paradise. The pool was warm even though it was cool outside and there was plenty of seating. (I would have liked the pool to be open a little later than 9pm). Our unit was wonderful! We had plenty of space. We had plenty of linens and towels. The kitchen could have used a few more cooking utensils but for the most part was well stocked. We did have a hard time finding a grill available-definitely need more grills, would have loved gas grills over charcoal-this took a lot of time and made the 3 grills in big demand.

Before leaving Colorado, we upgraded from a single bedroom to a two bedroom condo, so we could host our 90 year old father. The location of Land's End was ideal for us; easy access to places. The parking & elevator made it so simple for us. The bedrooms, the restrooms, kitchen, dining & living room areas were clean and nice. Wi-Fi & tv worked perfectly. The balcony was a plus,. We highly recommend this condo. The pool & Gulf were readily accessible, too. The staff was warm, friendly, accommodating, and so helpful. We already have plans to return next year. Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Before leaving Colorado, we upgraded from a single bedroom to a two bedroom condo, so we could host our 90 year old father. The location of Land's End was ideal for us; easy access to places. The parking & elevator made it so simple for us. The bedrooms, the restrooms, kitchen, dining & living room areas were clean and nice. Wi-Fi & tv worked perfectly. The balcony was a plus,. We highly recommend this condo. The pool & Gulf were readily accessible, too. The staff was warm, friendly, accommodating, and so helpful. We already have plans to return next year. Thank you!

The condo where we stayed was clean, very well equipped, and had a wonderful location. We sat on our balcony and enjoyed the view as boats came in and out. It was a very short walk to the beach. The pool was nice and centrally located. We especially enjoyed walking on the board walk and walks on the beach which were nice and shady in the mornings. If you want to take a break from the sun, downtown St Pete is easy to reach and very quaint with shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!!

We had a great time at this location. We enjoyed the view, its quiet, friendly people and most of all easy access to and on the beach have been a wonderful experience.

We had 2 issues with the A/C unit. Both were fixed within 2 hours. Very impressive. We appreciate the strict pool rules. No throwing toys or jumping/splashing at the pool. You can actually enjoy it as a pool. Good sized and heated also. Very short walk to the beach. Nice boardwalk to beach and around property. Security staff keeps noise to a minimum. No partiers. Very relaxing and great secure place to take your kids.

We loved the quiet location and the fantastic views. Unit 406 overlooked the bay, the beach was right in front of the next bldg-a 2 minute walk. Beach and bay views! Our 2 bedroom with 2 full bathrms was spacious and clean. 2 adults , 3 boys-10,17,17-plenty of room. At less than $1,000 for 7 nights-a great deal. Large clean pool, not crowded. We will be back! Only two wishes-1)new linens-they were clean but aged 2)a better explanation of clubhouse usage. Again, a great place!

Unit 406 in Bldg. 4 is a delightful property! We were very pleased with the unit. No complaints whatsoever. Look forward to returning to returning in the future.

Our bunkbed broke in the middle of the night and Resort Rentals had it fixed the next day. The repairman was midly rude, but fixed the bed regardless. We love Lands End!!!!! We've stayed here 4 times and our friends are owners there.
