Land's End 5-202 Gulf-Bay Front - Premier

This is my families third time staying in this unit and we loved every second of it, as usual. The unit continues to be updated and renovated, and gives us such a comfortable feeling. This is especially important as we’re travelling with children. All appliances are in great working condition and the furniture is pristine. It’s obvious the owners take a lot of pride in the unit. The views are priceless. Being steps from the beach is fantastic. The unit also comes stocked with beach accessories - umbrellas, paddle boards, sand toys, etc. Very helpful and thoughtful. We are already looking into our next stay and we highly recommend staying here.

Convenient location, safe and fairly private stretch of beach. Access from road only through a manned guardhouse or after hours with card. Buildings and grounds kept immaculate. Unit was in great shape and tastefully furnished and came with beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys.

Our family stays at Treasure Island just about every summer, and Lands End is our favorite location. The complex is gated and has many amenities to offer including an awesome swimming pool. We love this particular building due to its proximity to both the Gulf and the Blind Pass. You’re literally right next to the water and can watch manatees and dolphins from the comfort of your balcony. We have stayed in several units within this development, and this unit did not disappoint. Everything was as described, nicely updated and very comfortable. This unit was also very clean, and we didn’t have any issues at all. Resort Rentals was easy to deal with and answered any questions that we had in a prompt manner. They also provided a great starter kit with some basic necessities (trash bags, dish soap toilet paper, paper towels etc.). One thing to consider is that you do need to provide your own beach chairs etc., as there is no beach service/rental available for this stretch of the beach. Based on previous reviews, I wasn’t sure if this particular unit included any beach chairs for our use, but we were pleasantly surprised to find that it had chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for our use — super helpful. The beach is beautiful, pretty quiet and spacious, as it is reserved for this condominium complex. We would definitely stay here again!

This Unit is at the very southern tip of the resort on Treasurer Island and you cannot get any closer to the water. You will hear the waves all day long and experience spectacular sunrises and sunsets from your balcony. The sandy beach is just a few steps from your Unit and is great for a walk in the morning after your coffee or in the evening at sunset. You can walk on the beach to local restaurants where you can enjoy your dinner or drinks on tables right on the sand. The Unit is spacious and kept very clean. One of the resort's hot tubs is conveniently just outside the Unit and is almost never busy. Local restaurants and bars have excellent food and are easily accessible from this location. I've been home for a couple of weeks now and am missing the sound of the waves. Highly recommend this Unit!

Pros: Beautifully decorated Great location, couldnt get any closer to the water! If sleeping to the sound of the waves is your thing, then this is your place! Great walking path around complex. Cons: Could have been cleaner. All furniture was elevated so could see lots of crumbs, loose change etc. underneath that a quick swiffer could have taken care of. Parking was an ordeal. Prepaid the $30 fee, but gate attendant didnt seem to know what to do. Still a great place and would not hesitate to book again.

We traveled in October with our two children under the age of three. Once we saw the unit we instantly felt at home. The location is prime! Literally a two minute walk from the beach which was perfect with all the accessories we needed for the kids. The pool was also very close, so clean and huge! The unit is so well kept and decorated beautifully. With a south exposure, there’s a beautiful view of the ocean and sun all day. We even saw dolphins numerous times while we were sitting on the balcony. The parking spot is conveniently located right under the unit. Resort Rentals was fantastic to deal with. They accommodated a few additional things we needed for our children that we weren’t able to travel with. We’ll definitely be back next year and highly recommend it.

The condo was just as described. Beautiful view and close to the beach. The condo was located very close to some awesome bars and restaurants. The management company provided us with many emails on where to go for check in, what to expect. The condo had wifi. But the passwords we were first given did not work. I made a quick call to the management office and they got us on-line in no time with the correct passwords. Wonderful place, will be back again.

Could not have asked for a better vacation. The condo was so comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was well equipped, except could use some wooden/ plastic utensils for cooking! The scenery was great! Going to sleep listening to the water on the rocks was soothing, as was drinking morning coffee watching dolphins and boats go by. Being so close to the beach was awesome too. I will definitely rent this condo next year!! Thank you!

This condo is amazing and in a great location. Views of the Gulf coming into the intercoastal are beautiful. The waves crash on the rocks less than sixty feet from the balcony. The condo was beautiful and was well equipped in the kitchen. The pool is huge and gorgeous as well. The only improvement we could suggest is a number pad to gain entrance to the condo instead of a key. The picture used on the website is EXACTLY how the condo looks! Hope to come back to this same unit in the future!

Owners were easy to work with. The property exceeded our expectations and the beach was perfect (not crowded, quiet, soft white sand, clear water). The pool was big, clean, and a good temperature. I personally prefer an area with a few more tourist-type activities (mini golf, go karts, etc) but we definitely enjoyed our stay!

This was our 5th time to lands in and 3rd time in this unit. The water is right outside the patio door and we watched dolphins and manatees daily. Our kids always beg to go back. Beds are pretty comfortable with a stocked kitchen. They also usually have floats and sand toys you can use in the cleaning set.

Its a nice quiet stay, you can hear the water crashing on the rocks. The only negative is on the weekends the Bar across the bay blasts it's music really loud.

Condo has everything that you need and it is in a great location. This is my 3rd year in this condo and 4th at land's end. I tried the condo above it one year and it does not come close to the amenities and cleaninges as 202-5.

The only issues I have with this condo are the pillows and mattress in the master bedroom. Way too hard, so hopefully this changes as I am planning on returning.

Best place to be during the week of July 4th! Condo was great, clean and had lots of kitchen supplies. Only problem we had was the elevator broke down on Wednesday and was still down when we left on Saturday.

We had to do an initial cleaning of our own. The 2nd bedroom also had a loose hinge which caused the door not to close. Luckily I am handy and fixed the hinge so my kids could have their privacy in that room.

We have been going to Lands End for over 20 years and I enjoyed it every time I go there. Excellent! Wish I could have stayed longer. Maybe next year...

We had a great time and the unit was really nice. Wish they would have supplied more things, like beach towels, beach umbrellas that weren't broken, more than 2 beach chairs, and maybe a cooler. We have stayed at Lands End a few times, and the units have always supplied beach stuff.

Thank you for your post, we are glad you had a good time and enjoyed this condo. We apologize if you did not find the beach items that you were looking for. With each condo being privately owned, the inventory that you find in each will vary. Beach towels are not a required item for the owners to leave in the condos as we have found they go missing on a regular basis, which is quite unfortunate. As far as beach chairs and umbrellas, if those are not in the condo please contact us at our office as we do keep a supply here that we are happy to help with for the duration of your stay, based on inventory. We've stayed at Lands End 3 times in the last 4 years and love it! This unit was by far the best we've stayed in with updated furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, and beautifully decorated. We will definitely being staying in this unit again!

We spent 10 lovely and peaceful days at Lands End, sighting dolphin and manatees from the patio. The unit is well maintained, with very comfortable beds. Beach access is very convenient, and 20 people on the beach at the same time would be considered a mob. Most days felt like our own private beach. We had a truly wonderful vacation.

This was our 3rd year staying at lands end. One of our favorite vacations. We saw dolphins, manatees, sting rays, hermit crabs, crabs, and of course fish. Condo was clean and comfy and staff was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Great place! We really enjoyed the condo and the entire complex. Though not in the middle of 'touristy' areas, it was a clean, well-appointed facility that gave us access to all that we wanted. Great pool plus easy access to the beach with a very short walk across a little bridge protecting the beach plants.

The unit was lovely and perfect in all aspects, and exactly as depicted in the online pictures. The view from the patio is beautiful, and watching all the pelicans and gulls swooping and diving for their food was so much fun to watch. The location has been the best that we have stayed at. The bay on one side & the beach on the other side! Hands down great property, great location. The only problem we had is the sheets on the bed, the bottom fitted sheet was not deep enough & would not stay on bed, frustrating. Do not like sleeping on mattress pad. That was only problem.

We so enjoyed our condo at Land's End. It lived up to all our expectations. We stayed in Building 5, Unit 202 and it was comfortable and was our home away from home for a week. Loved watching the dolphins and manatees swim by, the birds that came to visit every day. We hung out and just relaxed and enjoyed the beach and pool. We came down for our daughter's graduation and after a busy weekend, enjoyed out time at Land's End.

This condo was everything we wanted. To start it was very clean, spacious and very well maintained. The views from the private balconies were amazing. The sunsets were incredible. The beach was clean with soft white sand. Never crowded. The pool was also very clean and spacious. The island its self has alot to offer. I love this place. I plan on returning.

Our trip was fantastic. The property was gorgeous. The view from the balcony was of the ocean and bay. We saw dolphins every day playing in the bay which we loved. The property and pool were always kept really clean. The staff was very friendly as well. The water in that area is also full of life. We brought our snorkel stuff and found star fish, sand dollars, conchs,and a huge horse shoe crab. A few fisherman also let us join them in their fishing off the pier that wraps the property. We will probably make this an annual trip.

What an incredible property! The complex starts where the road ends. Overall the complex is typical. Nice pool area, sporting activities on site. Sport equipment available to checkout (no cost). One note, the grills are charcoal. Walk from condo to beach is 1 min, condo to pool is 2 min. This unit is in a great spot. The afternoon sun stays off the balcony so you can enjoy it in the summer. If you are on the gulf side you get blasted by sun. On the intercoastal side you get to enjoy bar bands playing until the wee hours. We opened the bedroom patio door and listened to waves all night. Saw dolphins most every night where the intercoastal meets the gulf. Saw a manatee one afternoon coming along the rocks. Under building parking is really nice. The only downside for me is the boardwalk around the complex. It's like having a sidewalk just beyond your balconey. If you are looking for high energy activities and a staff of people to wait on you this probably isn't for you. If you are looking for a quite, safe, relaxed, upscale, family friendly place where you have everything you need to take care of yourself, I would recommend it.

Wir hatten diese Wohnung im September 2013 für 3Wochen gemietet . Es blieben keine Wünsche offen, super eingerichtet, sauber und ein toller Blick aufs Meer. Die traumhafte Lage ermöglicht es , vom Balkon und sogar vom Bett aus Delphine, Manatees uns Stingrays zu beobachten. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.

My husband and I and our girls had an amazing time staying here. The unit was very clean, updated and spacious. There was plenty of room for the girls to spread out and play. We loved the boardwalk that circles around the complex and took many walks in the evenings. The beach is so close, and we were pleased to see that it was not as busy and packed with people as many other beaches are. The girls also loved the pool which was great! One of our favorite things to do though was sit outside on the balcony. The view is great and every morning we watched manatee swimming back and forth. Also, on three evenings during our seven day stay we got to watch dolphins directly in front of the balcony!! We couldn't have asked for a better experience! We'd definitely return!!
