Land's End 6-203 Beach Front

We enjoyed the ocean view every day! Only couple of steps away from the beach. The kitchen was well equipped. The AC/heat only worked in the living room but not bedrooms. Couldn’t control the volume on the living room TV. We checked all of the romotes but none could turn the volume up or down. Otherwise the stay was great!

Nice apartment, convenient and clean with stunning view from the balcony!
Beautiful quiet community, easy beach access.
Great that the beach wasn’t public and had barely any people. We saw a lot of dolphins, sand dollars, fish, birds and even a manatee!
ATTENTION! Covered garage has low clearance 7’2 so plan to use a smaller vehicle if possible. But overall it’s not a problem, we were able to park our pick up truck outside and since the community area has a lot of trees, our car wasn’t burning hot :)
Definitely looking forward to coming back next year like worst of tenants we’ve met there !

This Land's End unit as great. The building location is the best in the complex, and the unit had updated laundry machines, which is great for a week at the beach. The unit was clean and had an excellent view. I would stay here again.
Resort Rentals was quick to respond to our questions.
I did suggest that they make an addition to the airbnb listing that the 3 TVs in the unit (living room and each bedroom) are old flat screens, not smart TVs. There is no way to utilize streaming services without bringing your own firestick, roku stick, chromecast, etc. Or, install cheap streaming devices for times you need a break from the heat.

The screen in the back bedroom and screen to the patio need to be replaced, otherwise I was really pleased with the condo.. The large price increase was a bit of a surprise. I was unable to return to building 5 because I could not get my long-term rental transferred to a different unit. I have been trying at Land's End for 15 consecutive years and overall love the location...

Condo is in an excellent location. Very private and quiet. Beautiful sunsets every evening. Only suggestion would be to have adult size chairs for the beach and beach towels.

Everything was perfect with this condo. You had everything you need and more. Lots of silverware and dishes and pots and pans. Also beach supplies like chairs, pails and shovels. We have stayed in many condos over the years and this was by far the best stocked one we ever stayed in. We are planning another trip there sometime next year.

The condo unit itself could use a good cleaning, along with the bedding and the mattress on the sofa bed needs replaced. The main bath receptacles did not work at all. The Condo was beautiful. We had four kids with us, so I was very happy the couch was a pull put bed. The condo was very accommodating. It had plenty of towels and wash clothes. It had laundry hampers. It had beach chairs we could take to the beach with us! I loved that. There was also an umbrella. It had a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. I loved the view of the beach. It was very easy to check in and out. I was happy we could park our car in the garage below the unit. The walk to the beach was very short. We found lots of clams and crabs at nights very fun! So being flash lights!

The condo pool was amazing! We spent a lot of time there. It was not crowded at all when we went, so there were times we had a lot of time to the pool ourselves. The kids loved the pool. Very big and very clean! If you do go, and you use the not let your kids sit on the side of the hot tub and put their feet in. Apparently this is a "no no". The guard that told us about this rule was very nice and discreet about it. He bent down to our ear level and was very sympathetic about it when he told us. I appreciated how he handled it.

Another couple did the same thing we did a couple days later and let their kids put their feet in (didnt see rules about this anywhere...they should probably specify that. It just says they cant get in the we saw lots of people letting their kids sit in the edge and put their feet in....I guess they cant even sit on the edge). Anyway, there was a different guard and he came out and was very loud and impolite about it. He barked at them up and down. 3even though it wasn't my family that he was talking to, I felt so upset at how he treated them. No need for him to have talked to them that way. It upset the rest of my time at the pool because I was so mad about it. That kind of stuff never sits well with me. So he ruined my peace just by talking to another family lile that. Whoever that employee was needs to take lessons from the other employee

Property was great all around for our family of 5. Only hiccup was with rental management company not having our keys in the lock box upon our arrival. But they addressed quickly after calling their after hours number. Would stay again.

The location was lovely giving easy access to both the beach and bay side of the ocean. The beach view was beautiful! Stayed in July, 2019. What a wonderful, relaxing vacation! Condo was extremely clean and well maintained with large master bedroom and bathroom! Steps from the ocean made this rental superb! Balcony views were magnificent! I can't say enough good things about this rental property! I would highly recommend this property along with Resort Rentals! They made this such an easy experience!

First time ever leaving Cincinnati to go somewhere and we choose Florida and when I say that condo was the best ... Besides one problem we had on arrival a crack in a mirror in one bedroom... we did contact office they responded very quickly ... Besides that myself and family enjoyed ourself and look forward to Rent again ... Perfect condo , friendly staff and Friendly neighbors , Did I say the BEST AND PRETTIEST VIEW From the balcony...
