The condo had the best views in the Lands End complex. The community is beautiful and off the beaten path so very peaceful. The condo itself is not newly updated but well appointed (even beach chairs and umbrella) and comfortable. Publix and pizza delivery nearby. Convenient to all areas we wanted to visit. The beach is easily accessible and free of big crowds. Good shelling beach as we found many sand dollars. Sunsets are dreamy and why we wanted a beach front property. Access to the community and condo were uncomplicated. The instructions from the owners were clear and reasonable.

Lands End is the perfect family getaway. Bldg 6 unit 301 has a stunning view and just seconds from the beach. Lands End is secure and safe and very close to everything a family needs to make great memories. Additionally, I want to give a special thanks to the owner of Bldg6 -301. He is a caring owner that has gone out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect.

We spent Spring Break here and it was wonderful. You can't beat the view. We say dolphins daily. There is nothing like waking up to the sound of the ocean. While the place isn't the most up to date, it was just fine for our family. The washer and dryer in the unit was so convenient with small kids. We cooked most of our meals in, and the kitchen had the essentials. Land's End was beautiful to walk around and the kids enjoyed the pool and tennis courts. Thanks for the great trip!

My husband & I have been coming to this area for the past 15 yrs or so...I have been coming down much longer. I found this condo 8 years ago and have returned every year since. I love this condo mostly because of the location but also because it now feels like home. The condo has always been in top condition when we arrive and we leave it as we found it so there would be no issue in our returning.. Unfortunately we had to cut our time short this year due to hurricane Ian but I look forward to returning next year

We have been returning to Land’s End (LER) for 22 years now. (We missed 2017 when we took the grandkids west to CA and 2020 due to the pandemic). We go every year as soon as the kids are out of school.
My grandkids ages 21,20,18,10,9, and 6, along with their parents wouldn't choose any other destination. LE is their favorite.
This year between my family and my sisters we rented 5 condo Units. We had 3 and she had 2. Other years other brother and sister's families have made the trick and we've had as many as 8 units rented.
We have found the location to be perfect. The grounds are immaculately kept. The beach is never crowded, the pool is magnificent, and the location allows for easy off-site adventures.
We have also come to know many of the owners of the units we have rented. They are all so very gracious and accommodating. Trust me when I say LANDS END is the perfect destination for making and keeping family memories for years to come.

My husband and I just loved our 2 week stay in this condo, we loved it so much! Our 1st day there we saw a Manatee and a mother and baby dolphin from canal balcony that is in master bathroom. Both balconies have great views. I loved sitting in living room or dining area watching the ocean, couldn’t ask for better! Fully stocked closet for beach with cart, chairs. things for kids. My grandsons loved it also. Bathrooms, living room, and bedroom up to date and nice. Kitchen definitely needs updating, but was fine. Would definitely recommend this condo, and we would definitely stay in it again. Beach beautiful and quiet, pool very big and not crowded. Resort is beautifully maintained, this is our 2nd year going . Could use some more supplies for cooking, which is great money saver instead of eating out all the time

Brought my mother and two aunts with me. Since they can’t walk on a beach I wanted a place that had amazing views. This was it! Unit is very spacious and clean I bought 2 beach chairs to bring. Didn’t need them. Unit has plenty of chairs. Grounds are beautiful. Sea Hags restaurant is not far and very good food.

Took substantial discount through condo exterior renovation period and found that none of it effected our lovely two week stay... unit was lovely with panoramic views of the Gulf and Blind Pass...weather was perfectly sunny throughout...I understand it has rained although since our departure... with ‘Alberto’ on the way... too bad.

Reviewer Comments: I chose this condo over others on the Resort Rentals site because it was a corner unit and had great views, although it did not look as luxuriously furnished as some of the others. The photos were very accurate. The booking process was very easy and quick. The condo was exactly as described. It was very clean but the decor looked a little tired. The location was brilliant with fantastic views of the ocean and inlet. We spotted dolphin on numerous occasions. The downside was that dredging was underway in the inlet and at 7am even on the weekend the tugboat started up and was incredibly noisy, waking us up and destroying the otherwise peaceful setting. It was odd as they usually stopped using the tug by about 8_8.30am and peace was restored. There must surely be a local rule that limits the time they can use noisy equipment, especially on a weekend. It would be worth checking out if dredging is still going on before booking. Its not something that the homeowner or the agency have any control over, it was just bad luck. However, i would definitely rent here again, even the same condo as the location is everything and it was brilliant.

At night, we would sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins eat where the bay met the ocean and also watch the sunset. Included in the rental was beach chairs, umbrella, and little kids floats. Since we flew from Nebraska, my only complaint was I wish it had more cleaning supplies. There were little hair balls left in the bathrooms and I wanted to sanitize the place a little better.

Beautiful apartment. We have been vacationing in Florida for years with resort rentals. In Lands End, we have already lived in apartments in buildings 1, 3, 4 and 6. All apartments were nice. We must however say that the apartment 301 in building 6 is sensational. The furniture is partly new and the view from every window is just great. The bed seems to have a new mattress and is very comfortable. Also new is the sofa set in the living room. The apartment was very clean and we would love to come back.

The panoramic view from every window is the best you will find anywhere. The beds are comfy and there is plenty of room to read or nap. The boardwalk around the complex is great for walks. The condo could use some fresh paint and new carpet but was very clean. Highly recommend!

We love condo 6301, not because of the interior, but because it has the best view possible of the gulf and the intercostal! It is gulf front, and the side is on the inter coastal! Beautiful view of water, dolphins, even manatees swimming by. Interior is fine. Clean, pretty, just not updated.

Resort Rentals always provides a seamless experiance for our vacation. My family and I have used them for 9 years.

Lands End as place to spend your time in the Florida is by far the best.

Awesome describes the winter vacation to Lands End. The view from ever room is breathtaking I made reservations for two more weeks before I left! can't wait to spend more time at this little touch of paradise

The 'ultimate' unit at the very end of Lands End with sweeping views to the Gulf out front and Blind Pass along the side all with a mantle of palm tops in the foreground. A very private, exclusive orientation. The decor may not win any style awards but the unit was exceptionally clean with all the expected amenities in perfect working order. This will be our preferred accommodation going forward.

We enjoyed our holidays in Florida. The contact to Resort Rental was from the first inquiry until leaving the cond. excellent - very friendly and always competent.

The appartment was exactly as shown on the Homepage of the agency: spacious rooms, great view (especially dolphins again and again).
The furniture could be updated, but everything was clean and okay.
Our advantage was, that during our stay very few guests have been in the whole condominium. So there almost nobody was at the beach - just our family, some few walkers and many birds ...
... but at the beach we were rather shocked when seeing the warning: "Shuffle your feet for stingrays" ... - and there have been a lot of! The most problem though have been so many jellyfish after thunderstorms so that we almost didn't want to go into the sea anymore ...

But nevertheless: we really had a great stay!

Thanks for such a great review! I am pleased all went well for you during your stay. Sorry about the issues with the Stingrays. Unfortunately there are some things we cannot control and mother nature is one of them. The signs are posted on the beaches as a precaution to help avoid any unpleasant encounters while enjoying the Gulf. I am glad that this did not deter you from having a good time. We come every year and stay in the same resort. We absolutely love. There is one complaint we have. It was almost 4pm when we were allowed to get in our condo when check in is at 3pm. other than that always a great vacation

LANDS END property is my favorite vacation spot. I have been to the Bahamas, Virgin islands, Cancun, & other beautiful vacation areas. In my opinion nothing compares to Lands End. I have been coming here with my parents since 1989. I was 26 my first time here. I am now 54 and bring my grown children & their kids with me. I still cry on my way home every time I leave here wondering if I will get back again. The rooms are beautiful (stayed in many different condos). Some are better than others but they are all beautiful. I particularly love the view from this condo. Bldg 6 is my favorite. I am now planning my next years vacation here. I truly love this place. When I am sad during the year I watch my videos from here. It always makes me remember & have something to look forward to for the next year.. If I could I would live here. The staff is wonderful also. The only thing wrong in this condo were the curtains on the side living room windows- They need to be fixed. Other than that I had no complaints. Thank you LANDS END!!!!!!!!

A great place to vacation. Pool and hot tubs are well maintained as are the grounds. More flowers on the grounds would be welcomed. Parking under condos is a good feature. The waterfront view is great as is the beach. We will keep returning.

The condo is very nicely appointed. It was great to relax on deck with waterway on side and ocean in front. The proximity to the ocean and beach was very short walking distance. The grounds are maintained excellently. Anne at the Resort Rentals who gave us the condo information was fantastic!!
Great time for our family!

I searched and searched in the months leading up to this trip and found this unit. I chose it for the square footage(we have 2 teenage boys and a 7 year old) and also the views on all sides of the condo. We were not disappointed! It was absolutely beautiful! The kitchen could be stocked with some newer items to cook with but that would be my only complaint. We ended up not doing a few things we wanted to do because we hardly wanted to leave the beach/pool/condo! We love that it wasn't crowded and we met some of the nicest people. We plan to come again next year and to this unit!

We had an enjoyable time . We have rented this property for about 14 years and the owner has made many improvements. We suggested that he enlarge and update the kitchen and the bathrooms at a later date. Many owners have done this. Sam and Jean Long
