Loved it!!!
We have been coming to Lands End for years. Hands down this was the nicest unit we have ever stayed in. You can tell the owners put a lot of love and pride in remodeling and putting their touches on it. It was well appointed with everything you need and beautifully decorated. The only criticism I could give is the sofa, while practical, isn’t very comfortable and the washing machine was musty. It’s a front loader and had been shut tight, thus making it smell like mildew. Unfortunately, every load of clothes or towels I washed so smelled that way. Other than that, it was the best week. We would love to rent this unit again!!!Anonymous - Posted: 10/19/2020

The condo is updated and beautiful. We have been coming to Lands End for 6 years. My family has stayed in different units each year and this is by far our favorite! We had a wonderful week staying in Land's End 6-302. The condo is located at the southern most tip of Treasure Island/Sunset Beach. The unit is beautifully updated. The location our unit is ideal. We had a sense of seclusion, despite being in a very busy area. We had not been there in two years and were pleasantly surprised by the updates made. We loved our beach front view. Sunsets could be seen from our balcony or the beach. We enjoy staying on the quiet end of Treasure Island. An appartment with a VIEW!!
First, it is very easy to get in contact with Resort Rentals and to book the appartment - not usual if you communicate from Germany with the US.
Second - The appartment and the location was a 100% match with the photos and the description!
Third - It was an unforgetable week on Treasure Island!

A Perfect Holiday!
While on a work trip in Orlando we realized we could try to book some time on the Central West Coast. I found Land's End on VRBO and they had an opening during our dates - the same day we were to start on holiday. Land's End personnel were wonderful to work with. The condo complex is a quiet gated place with beautiful views to the west and a bit to the south. The condo itself was beautifully done and had all we needed. Sitting on the balcony enabled us to see dolphin frolicking in the water daily. Bird life was rich in the area. It's also very safe to walk/run on the boardwalk surrounding Land's End. Since it's at one end of the peninsula, the beach in front is very private. Great restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping are within 5-15 minutes drive time. One thing we appreciated about the area is that although it's convenient to all you'd need, it has an "old time" feel to it - friendliness, no high-rises, and a sense of restfulness. My wife and I stayed in a beachfront condo in Building #6 with our three small children. We had amazing views of the beach and the little bay next to it. The beach is absolutely beautiful, and being on the end of the island, it was not crowded at all. It was common to see manatee throughout the day and several mornings we saw dolphins swimming nearby. The pool is very nice and the kids loved swimming at night. We have been to several beaches along the gulf coast and this is by far our favorite.
