Property is wonderful, everything you need for a quite get away. This location is far enough away from the main beaches to provide privacy, but close enough to drop into any of the local resorts and attractions. We will be back!

We have vacationed at Land's End for years and this is our favorite condo! It is well stocked, has a great view, and is clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoy the balcony and the high top table enables you to see the beach and the water easily! We can't wait to return!

This was our 7th stay in a unit found on Land End’s property. Building 7, Unit 306 was by far the best renovated and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped to include every type of cooking gadget you may need. Understanding that most people don’t want cook on vacation; however, when you do prepare a meal having a fully equipped kitchen is a real bonus. The high-top table and chairs on the balcony gave us a splendid view of the gulf.

The layout of the living area was wonderful with having a sofa, loveseat, and 2 chairs supplied plenty of seating for the four of us. The large island in the kitchen gave us plenty of room for preparing and serving our food. The dining table was a suitable place for playing games with our family and sharing meals together. The beds were comfortable.

You will not be disappointed in renting 306 in building 7 and highly recommend it. We are planning to rent it again.

We rented 4 units for a family vacation in this building. My husband and I stayed in this unit. What a beautiful unit! I loved it and all of the decor. You new it was redone and well taken care of. It had everything you would want in a gourmet kitchen.The bathrooms with lovely tile showers were great. The views were amazing and of course the pool never disappoints! We would stay here again. We will be back because we love Land’s End and Treasure Island.

I stayed here with my husband and 2 adult children. The condo has everything you need for a great time. Lots of dishes, towels, pillows, and books. The location on the beach with a pool was just perfect us. The cable went out intermittently but we were able to watch the SuperBowl. We did have issues with internet on arrival. We are from Canada and have to pay for roaming and data. We let the manager know immediately that the password given wasn’t working. We spoke with spectrum support and went through all the troubleshooting. After 2 days and a few phone calls and a visit from resort rentals they realized we were given the wrong password.

The place was extremely nice...I would do a couple things if it were my property to improve things. The cable/internet was a joke, the dishwasher needs replacing (which property manager said they'd do), shower chair needs work (it was falling apart and pieces were moldy) and it def could've used a better cleaning. The closets are full of pillows, and the cabinets are so full of pots and pans etc that there is no place to put your food. This being said, we managed to deal with all of the above and really enjoyed our stay and would def go back. Management treated us fairly when addressing our concerns.

This condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Most importantly, you could tell that there was great attention to detail with regards to cleanliness. I would recommend maintenance on the dishwasher, as the bottom rack would not stay on track and was difficult to use. The balcony provided a wonderful view and we would definitely recommend this condo to others. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic condo complex. Condo was nice but bathrooms are really small and the second bedroom could use a dresser for clothes. Beds were comfortable and condo is beautifully decorated. Nice and relaxing. The walkway to the beach for this building location does have steps so if you have a beach buggy/wagon be prepared to walk to another point of entry...not a big deal just worth a mention. Both hot tubs weren’t in operating condition. The larger of the two we were told the association doesn’t have the funds to have repaired and the one in pool area spit out air and didn’t bubble.

We had an outstanding experience. Unit 7-306 was very comfortable and had an excellent gulf view. Renting through the Resort Rentals was very easy and check in was smooth. The pictures and descriptions of the unit were very accurate and there were loads of supplies in the kitchen. Beds and furniture were very comfortable in this updated condo.

Really nice unit with great beach view.
One of the nicer unit you will find on the property. Only complaint would be king bed not very comfortable and AC did not flow well into master bedroom. Overall though, great stay.

Our unit was clearly recently renovated within the last couple of years with modern finishes and was like a home away from home. It was both clean and comfortable.

The location is unbeatable if you want to be on the beach. It was like walking into your backyard and as it's on the end of the island there's no through traffic.

We didn't even make use of the pool and clubhouse as we had great weather and spent everyday on the beach (did I mention that it was like in the backyard).

As this was our first time in the area, Gail in the office gave us great suggestions on dining and activities in the area that were spot on.

This condo that you stayed in falls into our premier category of condos so yes, it was recently updated and the owners did a lovely job!! Land's End is the perfect location and it really is like having the beach in your backyard! Since the property is at the end of an island and is gated, it truly is "secluded" yet in close proximity (with a car) to get to all that you need. Gail is our gem in the office and we are so glad she was able to assist you with our local area attractions, she is just AWESOME!! We love staying at Land's End - and our condo this year was beautiful! It would be nice to know when there is construction going on when you book reservations - as the two condos next door were being renovated, so some noise. The only suggestion I have for our condo this year is to have a crock pot, a few more pots/pans and a better coffee maker, other than that, the condo is perfect. We enjoyed our week and will be back next year!

We keep a number of frequently asked for items here and if we can get anything over to you, we are more than happy to do so! In regards to the construction noises that you experienced, we know how frustrating that is and we try our very best to make everyone aware of anything taking place on the grounds that we have been made aware of. Unfortunately we do not manage every condo at Land’s End and there are a number of year round owners that do have things done that we are not always notified of. If we do know about them, we will for sure pass that along to our guests as we want to ensure everyone has the best stay that we can provide!! Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at Land's End - and our condo this year was beautiful! It would be nice to know when there is construction going on when you book reservations - as the two condos next door were being renovated, so some noise. The only suggestion I have for our condo this year is to have a crock pot, a few more pots/pans and a better coffee maker, other than that, the condo is perfect. We enjoyed our week and will be back next year!

We had a great time at the resort. The location is PERFECT, it is quite and relax, but at the same time near everything you need, Publix, restaurants, many cities to visit after a wonderful day at the beach like Anna maria Island, St Petersburg, Sarasota, etc etc. The unit smells soooo good, very clean, nice decoration, the view is priceless. The only thing I will change will be the shower in the master bathroom , it did not work very good. WE WILL COME BACK....:)

The rental unit was exactly as shown. View was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and everything was redone. The complex was clean and well maintained, pool was large, warm and clean. We enjoyed walking on the boardwalk. Beach was quiet and great for families. The rental agency was excellent and very helpful.

we stayed in a beautiful condo at LANDS END,7-306.The unit has had a recent make over and done tastefully.the LAND'S END facility is maintained in impeccably good shape, you would think it was built in the last few years.clean inside and out. I've been going there for 7 years now and it still feels new. it has a large pool(bigger than most pools for a condo) and plenty of sunning area, and if that's not enough, you can walk about 50 steps to the gulf of mexico and relax on an almost secluded beach.This place will not let you down, and if you do have any problems RESORTS RENTALS is there to help. (my wife forgot her hair drier and RESORTS RENTALS provided her with one)nice of them. the area features great restaurants,just ask around and you'll get a list of great places to eat. so come visit and relax,eat,tan and i promise you won't want to leave.. p.s. I've recommended this place to my family and friends.

Everything about this condo was NEW! The design was elegant yet comfortable and the colors used were calming. Since all the appliances were new, there was a bit of a learning curve on how to operate them. Everything I needed in the kitchen was available. The beds and pillows were good as well. BUT!!! The VIEW!!! Every moment of every day I could just look outside the balcony windows and see and hear the Gulf waves. The staff at the condo clubhouse was helpful in every way. I did not use the pool, but the hot tub by building 5 was just the right temperature. I always had a parking spot right in front of my building. I hope that I can return to this SAME condo in the future!
