Condo is so clean and beautifully decorated. Loved that there were beach chairs, a tarp & a small umbrella. View is amazing. So many great restaurants just minutes away. GREAT place to stay. Only tiny issue was the blender, didn't blend well. So no frozen drinks for me. (LOL) The gate keepers were also super nice and helpful! Would 100% stay here again!!

Fantastic unit. Super clean. High end appliances which we appreciated. Quiet and well soundproofed units. The gardeners have crazy loud leaf blowers which seem to be operational too often. They really should be electric and not disturb everyone! Other than that the stay was perfect.

We had another wonderful stay in this beautiful condo! The owners really look after the place; the kitchen is well stocked, and there are thoughtful inclusions for the pool and the beach. We will be back again next year!

Our stay at Lands End was absolutely fantastic! Everything in this unit met or exceeded our expectations from the comfortable beds and furniture to the beautiful decor and very nice bathrooms.The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials needed and the view is incredible!! We were a party of four adults and the unit had only two beach chairs but we were able to go to the resort rentals office and borrow two more for the week by leaving a small deposit. Check in was very easy and the pool was very enjoyable, we would highly recommend this unit! Thank You, Dave Cicerchia

Beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable. View was outstanding. Beach was wonderful. The only problems: 1. Someone smoking on another balcony that we could smell. One night we smelled marijuana which was bad. 2. Could use counter-tall stools to see over railing of balcony.

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautifully renovated condo for two weeks, and rebooked the second we got home! The owner’s attention to detail in the renovation (which was just completed) was outstanding. The condo is extremely comfortable, clean, bright, and very well equipped! All the appliances are brand new and everything works perfectly. Checking in and out couldn’t have been easier. This is truly a wonderful place to stay with a million dollar view!

All appliances worked, but the unit itself is tired. Carpet is worn and stained and the furniture is the same condition. I've stayed at Land's End over ten years and know what a premier unit looks like, but this isn't one of them.

The folks at Resort Rentals are friendly, accommodating, and were extremely responsive. While not terrible, the unit wasn't completely cleaned when we arrived and there weren't many supplies. One call and someone was at our door. We definitely appreciate Resort Rental's staff, effort, and their desire to make things right and will be back again.

This was a great property with an excellent location. I do agree with a previous listing they need to change out the shower head in the hall bathroom. This unit could also use some updating. We always stay some place that has a kitchen, this place has everything you could possibly need. They even have beach chairs and toys available, the beach umbrella was broken so we purchased a new one to leave there. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back to this location in the future.

Beautiful property and very comfortable. Views of the gulf and pass were amazing. Pool and spa kept at a nice temperature and rules are established and enforced for use. Easy access to a seldom crowded beach.

Being at the most southern tip of Treasure Island the beach ended at our condos so it was very quiet. The unit was clean and the master bed was extremely comfortable, which is sometimes not the case. Even the pillows were nice. The rental company, in particular Dawn, was extremely helpful and easy to work with.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was modern and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The location's access to a great pool, boardwalk along the inlet and river, and beautiful beach area made the stay very enjoyable. The view from the balcony was perfect. All appliances worked, the TVs were modern and had cable in all rooms. Secure WiFi was available and easy to access. There were beach chairs and toys in the 2nd bedroom and clothes baskets and plenty of hangars in all closets. The only negative was the master bedroom bed. It was very firm and quit uncomfortable to sleep in. But all the other amenities greatly outweighed this one negative. We would stay here again.

For those who like it quiet, and a bit out of the way, this is perfect. You will need a vehicle to get to most restaurants, grocery and other stores. Our unit was clean. Kitchen was pretty well furnished. The decor was decent, if maybe a bit dated. The garage parking spot was huge and immediately next to the elevator. We had really only one issue - a toilet that squealed, for some unknown reason. There are several beach chairs and an umbrella. You must bring your own beach towels, which is a bit cumbersome. We bought thin towels and managed to get them home. There are many things to do, by vehicle. The property management was extremely helpful, especially when a cleaning crew showed up a day early. The property itself is well managed and everything is neat. We never tried the pool area but it looked nice. Walking the beach is extremely fun.

We loved everything about this condo and complex. We have nothing negative to say. Condo was perfect! Comfortable couches and beds, kitchen wiell stocked for cooking and eating. The view from living room and master bedroom was best view we have ever had, you can hear waves. Beach was perfect, clean and very few people. Walkway around facility gorgeous, pool gigantic, clean, and private. Loved Treasure Island, beautiful area! Saw Dolphins from walkway. Sunset gorgeous over ocean.

We came back here after our last visit in December 1988 with our then 2 year old son. It was very much as we remembered, lovely sea views, especially at sunset, and a very well appointed and comfortable condo (though possibly in need of some re-decoration) and with a very pleasant pool. Only the weather might have been a let down, as we were told it should have been a lot hotter, but one cloudburst and some windy days apart, it seemed fine to us and certainly better than the snowy forecast we left behind us. A very pleasant stay.

We have stayed at Land’s End for many years and find it to be a very welcoming place. The current condo we rent is located ocean-sude and gives us an awesome view of the beach and the glorious sunsets on Sunset Beach. The condo is well equipped and spotless. If we need anything, or we seem to be missing items, Resort Realty comes to the rescue.Lands End Is a gated community, and their staff is friendly and eager to insure that we have an enjoyable stay. The heated pool and hot tubs are well maintained. We have met a number of very friendly people around the pool who are very welcoming. We are looking forward to lengthening or stay next winter. The weather was really great during our last stay. ( Only one rainy day, when we went to the movie- a theater with reclining seats and reasonable prices). Lots of great restaurants nearby ( P.J.’s, Oyster Shucker, Skidders, Willy’s Burgers In Corey Ave)and things worth seeing if you are into museums, art and craft fairs, and nature preserves.their is great beach walking and a great scenic boardwalk around the complex.

You provided our family with 2 condos in a perfect location, with the Gulf as our backyard,the surf our background music, and the sunset viewed by our family together from our private balcony as our last image of every day!

The property was well designed, with a boardwalk that leads from the building to the edge of the beach, an adequately sized pool, good sized parking spot, and generally clean conditions. The only problem I observed was that the carpet in our unit was in need of shampooing.

We spent there one week and had a good time.
The condo has a great view (gulf side) and is well equipped. You will find plenty of space at the beach and some local bars and restaurants are near by. Everything you need for your vacation.

The condo has a great view (gulf side) and is well equipped. You will find plenty of space at the beach and some local bars and restaurants are near by. Everything you need for your vacation.

My husband, daughter, and I were at Land's End on Treasure Island for a week. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It was quiet, and was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the gulf view right from the two decks. The sunsets were gorgeous. The property was very clean and well maintained. It had all the amenities of home and more, including two hot tubs and a beautiful pool. The beach was clean and not crowded at all. I would highly recommend Resort Realty when booking your vacation. They were very responsive to any questions I had prior to the trip, and everything went like clockwork for checking in and out. Thank you for a wonderful time. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed at Lands End for approximately 10 years , usually in March. We have added a november visit recently. The facility, the landscaping ,the pool and the privacy make ideal. i think this is more an adult facility than a family one. When booking your condo, look carefully at the photo displays of each condo. The layout is the same but they are all not equal in terms of maintenance

Gardens ans surroundings very well kept.
Pool has plenty of long chairs, a few more sun umbrellas would be useful as shaded areas are limited.
Easy access to beach and close to some nice restaurants.

Following a hectic but most enjoyable week visiting the thyme parks of Orlando we headed to Treasure Island for a touch of beachside R&R.

Land's end was the perfect location to rest and recuperate. We stayed in a top floor beach front apartment offering fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The apartment was very well appointed and nicely decorated which provided everything we required during our stay. Local shops, restaurants and attractions are all within a short driving distance but a vehicle is essential.

We will certainly be looking to return very soon.

Lands End has provided us with wonderful accommodations for the last six years. We have been fortunate to enjoy six similar but distinctly tastefully decorated different units The last two including this unit were among the growing trend of upgraded "Premier" suites, making the returning desire easy to fulfill. If you can't afford to own what you might like on a perfect beach setting, you'll be sure to find a rent version of it here!! If all things go as planned, you will more than likely find us back here next year! You know what they say; the best thing about a vacation coming to an end is that you can start looking forward to your next vacation!!

When we checked in to the room there were a few minor things that needed attention. When We called and told Resort Realty, they had the issues resolved within a half-hour. That was the fastest service I have seen from any resort company. The staff was very friendly and they had some great suggestions as far as places to see and things to do.

My family and I were very pleased with our unit at Land's End. It was very spacious and spotless. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything from a coffee bean grinder to a hand mixer and blender. It was convenient to the beautiful beach and included beach chairs for all of us. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others...

Top floor with a gulf view couldn't be beat. Condo in nice condition with all amenities provided. Weather was cooperative too. After dinner swim in the pool was a bonus. Overall a relaxing experience. I would stay here again.
{ I recycle religiously, so wish Resort Rental could provide information on where to recycle (cleaning crew doesn't recycle). I did find a large drop-off dumpster not too far away on Bayshore.}

This place is an ideal location for a stay even in the middle of January when it is winter in Europe. The unit is very well maintained and you enjoy all the amenities. We however would not recommend Lands End because this place will be discovered by other guests making this excellent accommodation not unique anymore.

We love Lands End. You feel like you are in your own private world but you are still near a big city. It's at the tip of Sunset Beach, a part of Treasure Island, and it really is the best part of the beach. This unit was, clean, comfortable, and well stocked. They even had beach chairs, swim noodles, and sand toys!

We were very satisfied with our stay in building 7, unit 402. The unit was in good shape and well supplied with beach chairs, dishes, utensils, linens, etc. The furniture was very comfortable. The views of the sunsets from the beach front balcony were fantastic. The only complaint was that the sliding door to the balcony was "sticky" and sometimes noisy and hard to open, but that is easily fixed. The grounds were beautifully kept, the pool was clean and there were always pool chairs available. The beach was also very clean, and quiet. We had no complaints and would return for another stay.

We were extremely pleased with the condition of the condo. The area was beautiful. Closeness to the beach was great. It was very quiet around the resort. Expected it to be much more crowded, but that was a plus. Was disappointed when it was time to leave, would love to go back soon again. Recommend if you are planning a quiet get away. Although we did not have children with us, I believe it would be a nice safe place for kids. Pleased with the condition of the condo and everything that was available there.

We've been to Land's End 5 times and we really enjoy our stay there, the property is beautiful, quiet, the beach is quite private and it's near Tampa or Bradenton. We will certainly go back to Land's End.
