This was our fourth time at the Lands End property and first time renting with Resort Rentals. I will say that this was the nicest unit we’ve stayed in. Place was clean and view was great. On the negative side, there were black flies that were present when we first walked in. We contacted the rental management company and they responded, However, these were never able to be eradicated, even though there was some effort to do so. Resort Rentals/Lands End, should have taken care of this issue before we arrived. Secondly, the knife block was not full when we arrived, so we do not want to be charged for missing knives. We have stayed in this condo for many years from January to early March. This condo has everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation. The view from the living area is breathtaking!! The condo is a corner unit which makes it extra special with many windows to let in the Florida sunshine!!

Overall the Lands End experience was great. The Condo was as advertised and the views and location were perfect. Our only complaint would be the carpet needs cleaning and at this price point the TVs need upgrading.

This was our second stay at Land’s End and in this unit. Love the decor and the artwork—so tropical and so Florida. Love the fact that this end of Treasure Island is very quiet. The unit looked exactly as the photo. And again, the owner called from England to see if we needed anything. Now, that’s service!

This condo was perfect for our family!! We cook a lot on vacation and the kitchen was perfect. We do bring our own cast iron skillets, but they had plenty of pots and pans, and utensils in the kitchen.

The place was spacious, comfortable beds, exactly as it’s listed, there were no surprises. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the beach wasn’t crowded.

We loved it and will return!

Always easy to work with Resort Rentals. They are friendly and efficient. The unit was very clean, the view was perfect. There was no tupperware present in the unit, which presented a slight hiccup, but we just bought a few small pieces at Publix. Owners art on the walls was a nice touch. We enjoyed seeing the dolphins daily and would absolutely recommend to a friend or relative.

We were staying together with a group of enthusiastic private pilots for a second time for a little bit longer than two weeks and enjoyed the apartment, the compound and the surrounding again.
No one can be made responsible for the red tide and we were informed about the construction work in advance. The 4-star rating below concerning condition and cleanness refers to these circumstances; in general we know it ?s worth 5 stars.

This is our family's third year at Land's End. We've stayed in a different condo each time, and, so far, have no complaints. The beach is beautiful and very private. It's located at the end of the island beyond a mostly residential area. We've seen dolfin, manatees, and turtle nests. Of all the vacation locales we've frequented over the years, the family agrees, Treasure Island, and in particular, Land's End, is our favorite. This particular condo, although very nice, could use some updating, and beware, there are no beach chairs, umbrellas or toys. For a cash deposit, the rental company will loan 2 chairs and an umbrella. Over all, no complaints.

We love to hear that you enjoy Land's End and the area as a whole, it really is a great spot! We have 2 different categories of condos in our program, standard and premier units. This condo that you stayed in falls into our standard category and in the premier units you will find recent updates throughout. If you would like to have something a bit more up to date for your next visit, perhaps a premier condo could be a nice fit for you! :-) Beach chairs and umbrellas are not a required item for the owners to leave in the condos as we have found they go missing on a regular basis, which we find to be very disappointing! The inventory changes constantly with those and that is why we keep a supply here at our office to help with. For a $50 fee we will supply you with 2 chairs and a umbrella for the beach and upon bringing them back we will give you the $50 right back, so really it is a free rental with just a holding fee. We do apologize if those items were not found in your condo and we understand that frustration but know that we are happy to help with those! :-) Thank you so much for staying with us and we look forward to your next beach vacation at Land's End!

Chek-in was a breeze (we came after hours, and our paperwork was ready). The place has a nice layout, with bedrooms close to each other. We had a child stay with us, and the closeness of bedrooms allowed for easy nights. The beach view is priceless, and the beach itself is almost at an arm's length. The swimming pool is great to have when ocean water is too cold or overly active. One thing that stands out about this particular condo is that it is not overly filled with furniture. We have been to several different condos and houses, and more often than not, every inch is filled with a chair, a chaise, an ottoman, or some other useless thing that we just move as close as possible to the wall and try not to bump into. This was a complete opposite: just the right amount of furniture, and enough free space. Again, staying with a child, this was invaluable.
It is filled with mirrors, which can be a turn-off for some, but we got used to them after a day or two. Overall, this was an extremely enjoyable experience.

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The unit was spotless and the quiet location is peaceful and beautiful. Our only very minor complaint was that there were no beach towels or beach chairs but we found chairs under the clubhouse that we could use so that problem disappeared quickly. Super location and a very nice Resort. Beside our activities we enjoyed the dolphins, the beach and the sunsets.
The only disadvantage were the cockroaches in the trashdisposer.

As the garbage shoots are part of the exterior hallway of the complex and not under the owners control, I will pass on your comments to the Lands End Management company so they can look into the situation. In the future, if anything is not up to par, please do not hesitate to contact us. The Association does have a monthly pest control service and can have them retreat the area if it becomes necessary. This is the first vacation I have taken where I stayed in one place. No daily trips to attractions and museums. It was very relaxing. The refrigerator could use an upgrade, but otherwise, the furnishings and remainder of the appliances were perfect.

Lands End 7-406 was really a nice condo to stay in. Great view, location, quiet, and clean. The grounds are well maintained and very tropical and picturesque.We had a great time there, walking the wonderful beach, dinning out at several excellent restaurants, boating,etc. Could have better start-up supplies in unit like coffee filters, dish soap, scouring pads. Highly recommend Land's End.

We have been going to lands end for about twenty years, we usually go there after a cruise, this year we had great weather and a great vacation, we love the condo ie. 406 building 7, and we will mostly rent it again next year.

It was great, I have coming to lands end for over 20 years I love the place, I have two complains, I think there should be more of a start up kit such dishwasher detegent and washing soap and not small bars of soap that are left there, the second is the garbage shoot
it is was so full of what look like cockroachs that I would not drop my garbage there I threw it in the door on the ground floor the shoot should be spray, and apart from that we had a great vacation and I am going to book the same

Thanks for your review! Glad to hear you will be returning again next year. After 20 years it must feel like your home away from home. I appreciate the feedback concerning your experience. As the garbage shoots are part of the exterior hallway of the complex and not under the owners control, I will pass on your comments to the Lands End Management company so they can look into the situation. In the future, if anything is not up to par, please do not hesitate to contact us. The Association does have a monthly pest control service and can have them retreat the area if it becomes necessary. Land's End is, in my opinion, the best location on Treasure Island. It's a gated community with lots of extra amenities. Located at the end of the island, It's also quiet (if you are on the Gulf/beach side) and offers spectacular sunsets. This is my second stay at Land's End and I will undoubtably be back to this complex. I personally like the top floor, and have stayed in two top floor units in building 7. Also didn't need to go on a dolphin cruise to see dolphins-saw them everyday! Rays and manatees too! Overall, it very relaxing vacation and the weather was fairly cooperative!

This was our 3rd trip back to Land's End. It is a great location, great pool, clean condo's and plenty of good restaurants within 20 minutes.

The unit was very nice, clean and well stocked with supplies for the week. I think we had one of the best ocean views on the complex. Would recommend this place to any one and will plan to return in future years.
