Land's End 8-204 Beach Front - Premier

We really enjoyed our stay at lands end! The condo was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the sound of the gulf!

We couldn’t be happier with the rental. Everything was as described, a few extras that were nice. Had everything we needed for our week get away from home. Definitely would recommend and plan to come back. Only suggestion I would make is a Kuerig coffee machine for those that don’t like to make full pots of coffee.

My Family and I stayed at Lands End, units 8-204 and 8-401. The units were clean and both offered their own comforts. Unit 204 was very updated and beautiful while unit 401 was dated but the view made up for it immensely. The best part was dealing with the staff at Resort Rentals, Lindsey and Marvin. When our original condo was scheduled for roof replacement, Lindsey found us the units at Land End and I was forever grateful. As long as we vacation on the west coast of Florida, Resort Rentals is my choice of rental agencies. Thank you for an amazing vacation.

Wonderful area, love the boardwalk walking path around the property. Saw dolphins on my walks. Enjoyed Tampa Aquarium while we were there and many great places to eat. Beautiful place with spectacular views. Perfect vacation

We loved how low key the beach and whole condominium was. The unit was comfortable and very home like. Very well stocked and clean. Overall, we are very happy with everything. Just a few minor issues that would benefit the owner to know. Top rack of dish washer is broken so it was a pain to open and close it, also the bottom of the blender is cracked so while using it would leak. Bed could use an upgrade and better pillows.

We were a party of 2 that rented Land's End, Building 8, unit 204. The unit itself is very nicely updated - we loved the beachy colors, hardwood floors, faux(?) shiplap, and decor. Bathrooms were nicely updated as well. In general, the kitchen was well-equipped, although we noticed some utensils and cooking tools had sticky stuff or rust on them and needed to be extra cleaned. We took note there was really only one serrated knife in the entire kitchen, which presented a bit of an issue on nights where we ate in. Other knives in the unit were paring knives that had rust on them. We would suggest updating some of the silverware. In addition, the mattress on the king bed in the master bedroom is in dire need of replacement... prior to sleeping in it, we could see indents on either side of the bed where individuals slept. We sunk into these when we slept (was not very comfortable). I cannot speak to the beds in the second room - we did not use those. We did also take note that the drawers in the master bath cabinets and master bed bureau were dirty (i.e. hair, dirt, etc) in them when we opened them. As a result, we did not use any of the drawers in the master bath to store our items. A suggestion to the cleaning staff to vacuum these out in between guests. We had some large ants come in, especially in the master bedroom. However it was clear the unit had been treated for pests... these ants never made it too far into the room before dying. Overall, this was a nice unit to stay in for a relaxing week-long trip to the beach. We've been coming to Land's End for many years (have stayed in many units) and this one was one of the more nicer ones. I only wish it was on a higher floor so that we could better see the ocean!

My husband and I went down for our 25th anniversary. We really enjoyed the trip. The beach was peaceful and quiet and the boardwalk was definitely enjoyable. We took a nightly walk and it was a nice way to end the evening. While the condo was beautiful and clean for the most part there were a few minor details that could be improved. We had to clean a toilet and a shower as well as clear out the garbage disposal. Again very minor details, but wanted to mention for the cleaning staff. We definitely recommend this unit and complex and we will most certainly stay again. Absolutely great customer service and friendly staff! Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

The condo was well stocked in the kitchen but could have had more bath towels. Sadly we were limited due to the Red Tide. When I called Resort Rentals and asked about the RT I wish they would have been more forthcoming about it.

This was our third stay at Land's End, and this was by far the best property we've stayed at. The condo is full of updates, all of which make a substantial difference. The floors are beautiful, waterproof, and easy to clean. The decor is clean and the condo is spacious. Excellent location, oceanfront, two minute walk to the pool. Fantastic!

The condo was beautiful. It was very clean and fully stocked. Check-in was very easy and we had no issues at all. The complex is very well maintained and the security is rather strict at the pool. There is sand volleyball courts, tennis and shuffleboard, ping pong. No need to bring rackets, they are provided. Very nice, quiet location. All positive. Only slight negative for me was the mattress in the master. My back still hurts. However, my husband had absolutely no problem with it.

Spent a week at this unit in Lands End and loved it. Gated community in a peaceful spot in Treasure Island. Grounds were very well maintained. Beautiful beach feet away with a great pool too. Nothing was crowded. Unit had it all except good beach chairs and umbrellas. No worries because Resort Realty provides both with a refundable $50 deposit. Gail from Resort Realty was outstanding when we picked them up. Relaxing on the beachfront deck with a cocktail was perfect. Short drive to spots like Johns Pass or Pass A Grille. Will be back someday!

We were ready for a relaxing vacation, and our stay at Lands End was excellent! The location is quiet; the beach area was private, clean, and beautiful. The sunsets were SPECTACULAR every evening!

Our condo was clean, comfortable, and fit our need perfectly. I gave the condo 4-stars, only because little handprints were all over the sliding glass doors (not a big deal to us, but could be for someone else).

Restaurants are just a short drive away. The "Frog Pond" served our favorite breakfast; The Conch Republic and The Toasted Monkey served our favorite lunch, and Middle Grounds Grill served a fantastic dinner.

Clean and newly remodeled with great view of ocean. Bring everyday kitchen supplies because you will run out. Everybody on the grounds was friendly and helpful, especially the guard at gate. John was great!! Helped us in a pinch:)

Very nice property. Good size for a family of four. A little out of the way, but the location is beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The only negative was the dishes were dirty in the cabinet.

The description did not do this condo justice. Very well maintained and in a quiet location! We literally walked out the door and were 100 steps from the beach. The sunsets were amazing. This condo was sufficiently furnished with anything you might need. The only downfall is that some of the chairs and umbrellas were broken so unless they have updated since our stay, you might need to bring them. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking in this area. Also, check in and check out was a breeze!

My husband and I booked this condo going off of location and pictures. The condo is up to date with all appliances (except, it has an old fashion coffee maker and not a Keurig ), decor, etc. The condo was beautiful and would hold a family of 7 comfortably. The view of the sunset was beautiful. The beach is a 5 minute walk and you can not see the beach from the balcony due to the Habitat area. The walking path out to the beach was very nice. The beach was very enjoyable, pretty white sand and the Gulf was clear enough to see through it and warm enough to enjoy it. Overall, it was a great stay and we will definitely be back. The only recommendation, would be to rent a car if you fly. We ventured to the public beach and the state park. The vehicle we rented was one of our best decisions.

Although we've been staying at Land's End for many years, this was our first stay in 8-204. From it's perfect gulf front view from both the living room and the master bedroom, to a very well stocked kitchen and it's "beach house" decor this unit presents so well for a longer stay. Other amenities include an office nook and new efficient appliances are conveniences only thoughtful owners have included. As happy campers, our next stay is booked in this unit!

We have stayed at this location on the Florida Gulf coast for 15-20 years. We have usually rented through Resort Realty.Our specific stay in building 8 has been a positive experience -overlooking the Gluf, near the pool etc.The people at Resort Realty make the process of booking, arrival,and departure fairly stress free.
I do wonder what "Fall Special" we were to receive. I had asked at the time of booking for a 'November Sale' and was told that there was not one.

From it's perfect gulf front view from both the living room and the master bedroom, to a very well stocked kitchen and it's "beach house" decor this unit presents so well for a longer stay. Other amenities include an office nook and new efficient appliances are conveniences only thoughtful owners have included. As happy campers, our next stay is booked in this unit!

We have usually rented through Resort Realty.Our specific stay in building 8 has been a positive experience -overlooking the Gluf, near the pool etc.The people at Resort Realty make the process of booking, arrival,and departure fairly stress free.
I do wonder what "Fall Special" we were to receive. I had asked at the time of booking for a 'November Sale' and was told that there was not one.

The unit could use a makeover although the master bathroom was remodeled and was nice. If you’re looking for a low key place to stay with great views I recommend this! I don’t think it’s a great place for families with children.

This resort made our 20th year anv one to go into our life memory bank. The location was right on point! We were near everything and the property was nice and clean. We spent hours sitting on the beach because of the beautiful view. Trying to talk my husband into coming back here next year instead of the cruise.

Nice condo. Well equipped and nicely furnished. Very clean. Bed linens not the best quality but they are OK. Lot of towels provided. The view from the condo is beautiful. This is a very quiet complex for a relaxing vacation on the beach. Resort Rental is easy to work with. We won't hesitate to come back.

We could have not been more pleased. Everything was as promised.

The check in was flawless, directions spot on and the condo was as advertised.

Quite simply our two weeks was one hundred percent better than we expected.

Weather was wonderful this year 2014-15. Compared to last year 2013-14 being so much colder, this year it was Fabulous! Lands End is always spotless, the security staff are wonderful, and is really convenient to everything. If you want a peaceful friendly location then Lands End is the place, we've been coming for the past 8 years, and there is no place like Lands End.
Lands End has 3 views from the various condos: Gulf beyond the white sandy beach with the most romantic sunsets, The end Condos where you can see the sunrise and sunset along with the view of the Gulf and the Inlet to the bay (where we try to stay when available), then the condos overlooking the inlet with great sunrises and option to listen to the music from the restaurants over the bay (Where we have stayed most of the time). You can usually see the dolphins at play in the Gulf as well as the inlet and bay (best views have been for us in the bay). If you enjoy watching Dolphins the best we’ve seen has been at the pier at Fort De Soto, which is a short drive from Lands End.
Treasure Island’s Publix which is an upstairs grocery store with parking underneath is a few minutes toward the left on Blind Pass Rd (699) leaving Lands End, with another Publix in Pasadena leaving to the right on Blind Pass Rd (699) to the end then left on (19A, 693) which turns into Pasadena Ave S over the bridges, taking a left at the Pasadena Ave and Gulfport Blvds (Publix outside parking is on the right) They have the most amazing snow balls – yellow cupcakes covered in white coconut cream icing – Must try them at least once ? Any Publix will make them for the next day, but they are normally always available at this store.

We have never had a bad experience staying at Lands Ends.
