Land's End 8-306 Beach Front - Premier

The proximity to beach and Gulf were the best features. It was a very enjoyable stay. The gorgeous sunsets were picture perfect and the sound of the waves were very relaxing.

The property is beautiful. The only thing that could have made it better was if someone had left instructions on how to work the TV. Sometimes it would work just fine, then the next time it would say no internet connection. Then maybe it would work and maybe not. The last night we were there it took us an hour or more to get it to work.

My family and I loved our stay at Lands End. It is very close to all the benefits of St Pete beach but is on a peninsula and felt very private and relaxing. Good security, heated pool and great hot tub. The apartment was the perfect size and has amazing beach front views. Watched sunset everyday. AC worked well and showers were hot with good pressure. Only minor issue is that WIFI was somewhat spotty at night. The rental company was very accommodating and quick to respond. We really loved the Lands End development and the condo itself. Would definitely stay again.

Condo view was absolutely beautiful!
Floors in the condo were nice and seemed to be updated recently. Bathroom in master bath could use some updating. Shower/bathtub a little outdated and small. But guest bathroom shower was great! The only thing I would say is having to keep the temp at 72 is a little warm after being out in the sun and trying to sleep - it gets hot. Also - master bedroom could use some Curtains - otherwise be ready for wakeup to light at 6:30am.

Other than that - beautiful view of ocean, boardwalk around Lands End is very nice, I liked the location - away from all the hustle and bustle of Treasure Island but yet close enough for short driving distances to restaurants.

The upshot, we would rent again. The unit was as described. We liked the tile floors over carpet (they just seem cleaner). The view was nice. Nice shower in the second bedroom. Master bath was an ok tub. The following are just suggestions and/or heads up to the next renters: Would be nice to have a Keurig coffee maker. Only two 'beach chairs' that were big heavy camping chairs and one was busted. Building 8 is a little hike to the beach as you are between the two boardwalks. Furniture a little worn but ok. Linens provided but no beach towels. The pool is heated but not as warm as we would like. The unit doesn't have electronic access, just manual keys. As far as communicating with the rental company, sent them a couple of emails on non urgent items/questions and never got a response. Recommend you call them.

We have stayed in this complex before. We love the facilities, the location and the solitude.
This was the nicest unit we have stayed in for many years. It was updated and extremely well stocked. The kitchen had everything one could ask. It also had numerous beach chairs and umbrellas....oh, and fishing poles. The bathrooms were very nice and modern.

I LOVE this property overall.Unit 306 building 8 has not been updated in at least four years, but is adequate. A family member rented 201 in building 8 and its fabulous except for a few plumbing issues. Resort Rental has always been wonderful. We always rent from them and used them as a rental company when we owned. Yes, I would recommend Resort Realty, and I have recommended both RR and Lands End to many friends and family.

Despite the rain, we had a pleasant visit at Land's End.
The staff is always very welcoming and attentive at check in, while dealing with so many guests arriving at the same time.
The condo was very well maintained and clean. It fit all of our needs.
We would definitely recommend the Land's End property others.

This was our first trip to Treasure Island and we were very pleased with our beach front unit. The unit was clean and well-maintained. It felt like our home, away from home. We appreciated there were beach chairs provided for us to use, but it would have been nice to have lighter chairs that one could take down to the beach. The ones provided were very heavy and awkward to carry. Other than that, we felt the unit didn't lack amenities. We would highly recommend this unit.

We were stranded in Florida because of Dora at The Resort Place not booking our reservation. I called and talked with David then Rudy and was able to get a 2 BR 2B oceanside on Memorial Day weekend! We loved it! What a lifesaver and gorgeous place! Will come back!!!!!!

On January 22, 2011, we began our sixth, seven week, stay at Land's End. We have come to love it more each year. The sunsets are magnificent! The beach spectacular! The grounds are always so very well maintained! The boardwalk is great for keeping in shape! We look forward to returning in 2012!

What a great unit. Updated with great floors, kitchen with marble, and great baths that have my wife talking about a remodel at home. Kitchen had all the tools you will need to make wonderful meals, beatiful sunsets, peaceful surroundings, close to everything. Wish we could get conch fritters in Ohio.
