Love Lands End and loved this unit!
I had a wonderful stay in this unit. Lands End is quickly becoming my favorite place to stay in St Pete when visiting my son at college. The living room furniture was super comfy but my favorite spot was sitting in the various furniture options on the balcony drinking my coffee in the morning and taking in the breathtaking sunsets in the evening. Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the beach. We like the location of the condo.
The condo needs some updates and repairs. The air conditioning doesn’t get to the master bedroom well. We had to run the bedroom fan to be able to sleep. Anything more than a sheet to sleep under and you would be too uncomfortable to sleep.
Living room gets very cool, but the cool air doesn’t flow correctly into master bedroom. The bedroom stays hot. There is a dust rabbit in the exhaust fan in the master bathroom. Also, condo needs some dusting on light fixtures.
Someone needs to check for trash around the boardwalks. I saw a towel and trash such as beer bottles and cans there as well. This property is much too pretty to let trash stay there like that . These items had been there for a while.

I have always wanted to stay at Lands End. Have 2 daughters that live in St. Pete but have always either stayed at ones house or in a hotel. My son was able to come for much of the week and stay with us. The size of the condo was very roomy. Loved every minute spent on the deck looking at the ocean. The pool was excellent...Huge! This is a beach front condo on the corner. We went from the pool to the beach, mostly at the pool with most meals in our kitchens. The unit could use an updated Master Bath. The BEST Vacation Place.
This is the 4th year we have visited Lands End Condos.The view from our Balcony was fantastic. We try every year to book a condo facing the Ocean, however some of our bunch were in Condos bayside and they liked as well. Love this condo
This is the second time we have stayed here. Always clean and beautiful. All the staff except one was very friendly and kind. The reservation and policies are easy to follow and allow for a worry free stay. Beach and pool were never overcrowded. Another great stay at Land's End 401-8
My husband and I have been to Land's End at least 5 times and have stayed in unit 401-8 three times in the past 3 years. We love the property and the unit. The grounds are well maintained and the unit spotless. I honestly have not found anything that compares to Land's End. It is one of my favorite vacation spots. Wonderful Accomodations in a beautiful area
401-8 was a great rental. A view of the water from every window. A large balcony to enjoy family and friends with. Everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable was available in our condo. The pool and 2 hot tubs that we used were perfect. People very friendly! Definately coming back! 2 suggestions...later checkout and I didn't see on your list about what to bring...such as extra toilet paper, papertowels, tin foil, etc and garbage bags. Not a big deal but I could have brought them from home instead of buying them...(Those are just a couple of things you don't think of when you are packing) Thanks!Anonymous - Posted: 3/11/2013
Thanks for your great review! I am happy to hear you enjoyed both the condo and the property. We would love to be able to give a later check out but then we would have to make our check in later as well. We do need at least 5 hours to be able to get all the condos cleaned before the next arrivals come in. On our website we do list what the starter kit we provide consists of but do not elaborate on things you may want to bring. I will definitely pass this suggestion on. Treasure Island Land's End 2013
Our first time in a condo at Land's End with wrap around windows next to the Gulf. Awesome view. Loving photography, we were able to get so many beautiful photographs. As far as the condo itself, the only negative was the condition of the carpet in the living area. However, this is easily understood with a light colored carpet in a rental. We enjoyed the condo so much, we have reserved it for 2 weeks next year. This property is maintained well even though it is not amoung the newer ones in the area. Love the secluded location. Great Vacation July 2012, Beautiful place !
We had a fantastic stay at Lands End...perfect weather perfect views of the Gulf..great location, our condo was clean and neat and very comfortable, we had a wonderful time..not one thing wrong with this place I only wish I could have stayed longer than a week, we would definitely come back again. Another great stay at Land's End
Just about everything was perfect. On the last day of our stay there was someone smoking outside on the balcony below us and we were not able to enjoy any time on our balcony. I did not think smoking was allowed. I did not say anyting or call management since we were departing the next day but I would like to know if smokking is allowed. You can't find anything better on Treasure Island.
It's our 3rd stay at Lands End and we'll be back
