Land's End 9-201 Beach Front - Premier

The condo is beautiful, on a wonderful beach, the owners obviously tried to make the condo nicely decorated. However, the management/cleaning company doesn't do it justice and doesn't do good maintenance - the unit was dusty, with broken/missing blinds in master bedroom, broken window screen in the other bedroom.

Our family stayed for a week in June and had a great time! The condo is very nice with plenty of space. Especially enjoyed the large balcony with excellent view of the ocean. This unit is in a great location near the pool and a short walk to the beach. The entire complex was ver well maintained. We’d definitely be stay here again.

We had an amazing stay here. Great space. Light and airy. Great porch area to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening while listening to the sounds of the waves. Great view of the sunset each night, too! Wonderful, fully-equipped kitchen. Just a few steps from the ocean. Right next to the HUGE pool with lots of seating. Close to restaurants, but not so close that the nightlife intruded on the solitude. It was just lovely. The one and ONLY issue we had the entire week was the very strong mothball smell from the locked main bedroom closet. Nothing to be done but put some dryer sheets around and get used to it. Otherwise, the perfect week!

We've stayed in this unit many times and it never disappoints. The furniture and cleanliness of the unit is great. The new mattress in the master bedroom was nice. The new electronic lock was very cool! My only suggestion would be to replace or de-calcify the showerheads ;)

How convenient the owner replace the locks to electronic. We can make the suggestion to replace the showerhead. This is our second time staying a Land's End. We love the quiet setting and closeness to the beach. This corner condo was good. The dryer does take two rounds to get things dry. We did have an issue, but the maintenance man was right on it to help solve the issue.

201-9 is a great condo, nicely furnished and larger because it is a corner unit. The ocean view from all of the ocean front units is amazing. The property is nicely landscaped and well maintained. We had a great week.

Condo was everything advertised. Beautiful view, well stocked kitchen, very clean and spacious. Would return to this unit in a heartbeat. Not to be " that guy" with a minor complaint but maybe have the dryer serviced? Took multiple cycles to dry clothes. As that was our biggest issue its a great unit !!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We once again enjoyed our stay at Lands End. This particular condo is a bit dated but overall is laid out well. When we arrived, we found all of the surfaces to be very clean but the floors were another story. We soon were equipped with cleaning supplies and got the tile scrubbed clean (it was very dirty). The carpet in the bedrooms is in great need of being cleaned (or replaced would be better yet). In the master it appears as if someone stood and sprayed on sunscreen - you can see footprints where they stood and the carpet all around is filthy because it has just attracted dirt from having sunscreen on it). We vacuumed so much sand out of the master carpet - so thankful there was a vacuum available to use in the unit! We did not use the second bedroom. I did not bother dusting while we were there because there is so much stuff on all of the shelves/tables that it would have just taken too much time. I would suggest the owners clear out some of the decor and the excessive amount of dishes/glassware to make it easier for renters and the cleaning crew to clean when they are in the unit. We enjoyed being able to sit out on the deck earlier in the day enjoying the view of the ocean. The beach is wonderful. We got beach chairs and an umbrella from Resort Rentals which were greatly appreciated. This condo has a lot of beach/pool items if you have kids along which is super nice too. Another suggestion I'd make to the owners is to update the window blinds as many of them are very difficult to use and some are broken. Another item in the condo that needs attention is the oven. It takes FOREVER to preheat it! As a result, I only used it once. The fridge and microwave were super clean upon arrival. The garbage disposal started to leak water while we were there and needed to be replaced. Resort Rentals maintenance was very quick in responding to this need and were great to work with.

Love this property at the 'quiet end' of Sunset Beach. Love the general area, and some of our favorite restaurants are close by. Everyone from the guard at the gate, the office and maintenance staff are quite friendly. Enjoyed our stay as always.

We would definitely rent again. Loved the size of the unit and location away from local beach crowds. Well maintained, gated property.

Here are the comments we submitted in writing upon leaving to the rental company.
1) When the cable service went out there was no one at the rental office to answer the phone. We resolved the issue ourselves.
2) Garbage drawer in kitchen needs to be adjusted so it will stay closed.
3) Sink should have a faucet that will move to both parts of kitchen sink. Fixed at one side now.
4. Some lights were not working.
5. Kitchen was well supplied for a short stay.
6. No starter paper towels.
7. Oven is VERY VERY slow to heat.
8. Wall art was piled on the coffee table when we arrived. We moved it to the entertainment console.
9. Washer/dryer worked well.
10. Floors exceptionally clean.
11. Furniture could use some updating.
12. Kitchen well stocked with cooking items.

We loved it. Loved the second floor. Our family has stayed there for 20 plus years. Your condo accommodates families nicely. Kitchen was full of all the pans and gadgets we needed. From the moment you enter this condo there is peace. Standing in the entryway, the Gulf of Mexico is in your sights. Well appointed with a nautical beach house theme throughout, this condo also offers a very well equipped kitchen, wide balcony for sunset and dolphin watching, not to mention a scrumptiously comfortable king bed in the master bedroom. Land's End has and always will be our winter escape with its immaculate grounds, heated pool and guarded entry.

We have been coming to Lands end for 17 years now. The place is perfect. You are actually on the very tip of Treasure Island so you have perfect beaches that are never over crowded. The grounds, pool, and amenities are impeccable.
We usually stay in Bldg. six but it was under renovation so Resort Rentals suggested the two units we rented in Bldg. 9- I must say unit 201 is updated and probably the best unit we’ve rented over the years. (Thank you Resort Rentals)
We have lately made this our gathering place for family reunions. Everyone gets a Condo or two and we catch up. Also, the grandkids, the nieces and nephews get see and play with one-another. It is just perfect. Near to great restaurants, water sport rentals, and fishing charters. LE is just a short drive to Bush Gardens and a doable distance from Universal Studio's.
Additionally, we have been using Resort Rentals for the past 6 years and have been very pleased with their graciousness and customer service. They are the go-to Service Provider for our family rentals now. Resort Rentals will help make your trip stress and hassle free

This condo is a corner unit so it had lots of light! Very quiet and peaceful area to rest and relax. Beach and pool were only steps away!! Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses and utensils.
I gave it 4 stars on cleanliness as I discovered on the last day of our 7 night stay that my 23 yr old daughters mattress had a HUGE stain on it from a previous renter!! Was pretty much repulsed to know that she was sleeping on this all week. Informed Resort Rentals of this when we left.

We've stayed at Lands End 3 or 4 times now. The property and grounds are always well kept and we like the fact that it's a gated community. Pool always inviting! This condo was lovely and had everything a family of 4 needed. The only negative was the dryer vent was in really bad shape and the garbage disposal didn't seem to work. Small issues that didn't effect our stay.

The property and grounds are always well kept and we like the fact that it's a gated community. Pool always inviting! This condo was lovely and had everything a family of 4 needed. The only negative was the dryer vent was in really bad shape and the garbage disposal didn't seem to work. Small issues that didn't effect our stay.

Lands End was perfect for my family. Having a little one, we enjoyed the little bit of seclusion the Lands End offers by being at the end of the island. The unit was great, clean, comfortable, and peaceful. The beach was so nice and not crowded at all. If we come back to treasure island, we will be back to Lands End and this unit!

We had a great vacation on Treasure Island. It was our first stay in the area, but it will not be our last. We stayed at the Land's End. The property was secure and immaculate. The pool was perfect and it was just a short walk to the beach. We watched the sunset every evening from our balcony. I highly recommend Resort Rentals and Land's End.

Our rental unit was an exceptionally well maintained condo with a beautiful sunlit living and dining area looking onto the lush lawn and ocean. The area is very quiet and less commercialized, although there are two little eateries/bars within walking distance. We were right next door to the pool. The front gate supplied us with shuffleboard and volleyball gear and the condo owners had several beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle ball, and a wheeled cooler for beach use. The master bedroom's bed was ridiculously comfortable, although the 2nd bedroom's twin beds were literally like lying on a concrete slab. Fortunately, the pull our sofa took their place for our adult daughters. Overall, this was an exceptional rental and we enjoyed our time there.

Caddy's and Ka Tiki are the 2 different restaurant/bars that are down the road offering good food, live entertainment and a local gathering...both are great places to visit out on Sunset Beach! We stayed at Land's end Blgd. 9 #201. Our condo looked out at the gulf- beautiful to wake up to every morning and wonderful sunsets on the beach in the evening. We have stayed at Land's End 4 times and loved it every time! We'll be back!!

My family and I have came there for the first time and we loved it. It had a beautiful view to the beach and the ocean. The pool was always warm and comfortable to vacation at. And the Condo its very clean and ready for a family to feel comfortable and enjoy there vacation when they walk right into the room. And every time when my two daughters used to go outside and go onto the beach they always saw dolphins while they were on the beach. And you could have seen them on the beach from the room. It was always a beautiful view to see the sunset every evening and the sunrise every morning. I would definitely recommend this condo to a friend. Thank you for the wonderful experience and vacation.

Unit 9-201 which was recently remodeled and updated is the place to stay, both in terms of condition, size and proximity to the beach walk and pools. Hard to get unit but if you can, you win.

Our stay at Land's End these past 70 days did not disappoint us in anyway. Our unit's gulf front view and large balcony with and abundance of comfortable furniture offered a full view of playful dolphins on an almost daily basis. I must mention the new
updated kitchen's functionality and also its full supply of kitchen utensils making our longer stay more than comfortable. We felt welcomed from the first moment we walked through the door and sadly left when our stay ended. We are already booked to return
to this same unit next year. Resort Rentals were most cooperative with trouble free arrival and departure arrangements.
