The property is really nice. The pool and hot tub were nice. The beds were comfortable. The screen door slides need some attention and I’m sure that will happen so that the screen doors are easier to open. I will be back!

Loved our location at Land's End in the 9 Building. Lovely views of the water. Close to the pool. Very quiet setting. Quick walk up the beach to Caddy's for dinner right on the beach. Rented boats from two marinas and cruised around the intercoastal and the bay. Lots of great restaurants. Our favorite find was Shrimpy's Blues Bistro.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view in this unit is spectacular. The ocean breeze thru the unit was refreshing. This unit had everything you needed as far as the kitchen we cooked most of our meals in. We wanted to stay a few extra nights and the rental company was so helpful and arrange everything for us. our unit had a couple small issues that were addressed immediately, I've never had a rental company that responded so quickly and my husband and I travel often. The bed was comfortable and the living space was very nice. I read a lot about mold in reviews before we went but you have to understand this is Florida people and there is humidity which accounts for the musty smell in the washer and dryer, we used both and our clothes were fine. We found this unit to be everything we wished for and more. The grounds are incredible and well maintained. The pool area is HUGE and wonderful. The pictures look like the beach is a long walk but it's not at all far. The provide a ton of beach gear in this unit (chairs,cooler,unbrella,toys,boogie boards ect.) The rental company is top notch and the staff very professional. We highly recommend this Comples as well as this unit.

We enjoyed our trip to St. Pete Beach/Treasure Island very much and the location and facilities at Land End were GREAT!!! We would definitely come again. Here is our feedback..... Land's End - A wonderful facility with a lot to do in a great location with respectful guests and nice atmosphere -Gated entry & Friendly staff -Shuffleboard, volleyball, boardwalk, pool and beach....we used them all. -Under building parking - A LOT to do on the island and in surrounding area. -Beach was NOT crowded and had lots of shells Building 10 - Best building location on property (right next to the pool and club house, close to volleyball and shuffleboard) -Beautiful views - unit faces west = sunset/ocean views Unit 204 -Very nicely decorated and comfortable -Perfect size for our family of 4 (could accommodate 6, if children shared beds) - In unit laundry was a huge + -3 tvs, land line and wiFi -Kitchen stocked with basics -Bathrooms with towels - Beach Items - 2 folding chairs, 3 boogie boards (one set of paddles), small sand toys/buckets, umbrella (but no anchor for it), large rolling cooler - Game closet with puzzles and family games was really nice! FYI's for future guests .....these are NOT complaints...just simply things that might be helpful to know before you come...... You have to pick up your keys OFF SITE. We did not realize this and had to drive to get them after we arrived. About 10 minutes away. You also have to return them to that location, so plan extra time before heading to the airport. There are no beach towels....so bring some or u will need to buy them. Bathroom towels are white and not big enough for beach. A large beach blanket would be ideal. Kitchen had basics for cooking. Only 1 Tupperware/storage container and no ziploc bags- so if you plan to do some cooking and want to keep left overs, you may need to buy some. This would also be helpful for taking food to the beach. No water bottles or thermoses....again would be helpful for the beach/pool No hot pads to use with the oven....we used dish towels. Pool does NOT allow tubes or floaties. Only noodles and water wings for small children Ceiling was thin....if you are a light sleeper, you may want ear plugs.....I could hear every time the people above us moved a chair or shut a door. Overall our family was VERY pleased with our staff. We all felt this was one of our favorite vacations and would definitely come back again. THANK YOU!!

Our family has been using Resort Rentals to book a yearly family reunion getaway for a quite a few years now. My wife and I have family from across the country and Lands End is the perfect place to get all the kids, grandkids, cousins, nieces, and nephews to get together for fun in the sun. Lands End is beautiful, well kept and all the condo's are low-rise and a few feet from one another. The beach is right out your door - the pool is large and excellently kept. Lands End's location is within minutes of everything your heart desires. This is all made possible by the professional staff at Resort Rentals
Oh, BTW its for all ages; our family group encompasses folks 75+ through babies less than a year old. What more can any family ask for.

The condo was exactly as described and very clean upon our arrival. There is a lot of construction going on at other buildings but it never bothered us. The only downside was that the boardwalk was closed but we still had direct beach access. We had a great vacation!

Have stayed in this unit several times. Some general maintenance issues...patio doors need replacement as well as the vertical blinds for patio.

We have stayed in this complex many times - second time in this unit. There is a perfect view of the Gulf with spectacular sunsets and just steps to the pool.
The unit itself is a little “tired” and could use some TLC. Bedrooms are fine with king bed in the master and 2 double beds in second bedroom. Living room furniture is not comfortable and unit needs a paint job.
There are many excellent restaurants nearby.

We had an excellent experience at Land's End. We always do. Only a few issues; we had one palmetto bug in the unit, the remote for the tv was bad, and one security guard was very rude.

The condo association does spray the grounds regularly, as do the condo owners, but we are sorry if one of those little buggers got by! This condo is well managed and well maintained. Our unit overlooked the Gulf of Mexico and we enjoyed spectacular sunsets each evening. The units have fully equipped kitchens and grocery shops are close. We enjoyed many different restaurants in the area.
There is plenty of sightseeing and lot of shopping in the vicinity.

This was a very nice condo with some updates. Comfy and nicely equipped. It is nice having leather couches. We choose this condo for it's good location near the pool and spent tons of time on beach. Land's End is a perfect location for views and beauty. The double beds in the extra bedroom were great for the grandsons and we wish more condo's did double beds rather than twins for the non-master.

Couldn't ask for anything more.
Just one caution, each condo is individually owned so they are not all the same with the same amenities. Research your selected unit carefully before committing. Pictures can be deceiving.

Stayed at this unit 4 nights after moving from another unit. This unit is very nice and mostly updated. Kitchen is well stocked and updated. Blinds in living area are missing several slats but other than that, would not hesitate to stay in this unit again. As always, Resort Rentals is the best to book through.

We have rented for four years at Lands End and each was a pleasant experience. Our gulf front unit was clean, had a well equipped kitchen and an upgraded bathroom. It is comfortably furnished, quiet, and convenient to the pool and boardwalk.

This was the second year in row, we stayed at Landsend, and it was great. This community has everything - access to beach, quiet, safe, clean, pool, sand pit for beach volleyball, tennis courts, and broad walk. Condo's are well maintained and have most amenities which would be expected in a home. We will highly recommend it anyone.

We have been staying at Land's End at least six times and we always enjoy the location, secluded and private. We will definetely go back and we do recommend it. Resort Rentals service is friendly and professional.

One comment is that in the master bathroom, it seems that the toilet had been used and was not flush, there was urine and paper. The other one was spotless, first time this happened to us. In addition, there should some window cleaner left insude, so we could clean the glass top dining room table and also the table in the living room.

We love it at Lands End and have stayed there many, many times. In fact, we just keep coming back. The condo was nice and clean. The community was safe and private since it is located at the tip of the island. Plus, there are many things to do in the area as well. I would highly recommend Lands End.

Location met our needs - on the beach, away from the traffic, and safe. Unit was well appointed and relatively clean. (carpet needed cleaning which was done as requested). Dishwasher needs to be repositioned (it's unevenly installed), and TV remote control functions do not all work properly. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and plan to be back next year.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Loved the Lands End complex. The condo we stayed in was perfect. It was close to the pool and walkway to the beach. The beach chairs and umbrella's were a plus. Will definately stay here again.

This was our third year at Land's End and this was our favorite unit. They had everything you needed including beach chairs and extra books. I loved the coffee mugs! They are right next to the pool and beach access. Other times we would pack our lunch and take it to the beach, this was just as easy to run up to the condo. We got concerned with the road flooding during Tropical Storm Debby and spent one night in Tampa so we missed out on some beach days, but this unit is a gem.

Would choose this location again - close to pool, walkway to beach. The full size beds in the 2nd bedroom were a bonus. Appreciated having the beach toys and chairs available. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful sunsets from the deck.

The unit was decorated nicely, lots of space to put your things away, and had a TV in each bedroom and living room, which was nice. There were also beach items like chairs, towels, toys, and a cooler. The unit had a great view of the beach and was next to the pool. The only negative was the inside bifold doors were off the hinges, poor quality, but this is a tiny negative on what was otherwise a perfect unit! Very well-kept. Thank you!

The room couldn't be in a better spot. There is a perfect view of the beach and the water. Building is next to pool and boardwalk out to beach. I stayed here over 20 years ago with my parents and siblings, and was more than happy to start a vacation tradition with my family!

WE LOVED OUR CONDON AND THE RESORT. POOL WAS CLEAN AND LARGE. THIS RESORT WAS NOT OVERLY CROWDED AND WAS QUITE.

The appartment was excactly as portrayed on the photos provided. Resort Rentals you rock. We found the appartment clean, well equipped. The location, right on Sunset Beach, is perfect! We enjoyed watching dolphins playing in the ocean in the morning. The beach is nice, and the sunsets are so beautiful!

Lovely pool area, local restaurants and a great day out boating to Egmont Key to snorkle and see dolphins. Best beach vacation we've had in Pinellas!

This condo is next to the pool and the path that takes you to the Gulf and even your parking spot is conveniently located so that when you return from a day to the beach you can drop your beach junk in your trunk on your way back to the unit.

Living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom newly renovated and owner stayed away from the old Florida standard: whicker furniture. Other rooms are okay but would benefit from a little upgrade.

All in all, a very nice unit. We will come again.

Everything was great.
Our only concern was the conditions of the taps in the kitchen and the shower heads they seemed to be worn out but aside from that it was an amazing place for a family vacation.

We have stayed at the location before, but this condo had been updated more recently and is extremely comfortable. The preparation of the condo was less than I expected, but nothing that would discourage me from renting this unit again. (below the name of our town is Wabash)

We stayed at Lands End resort on Treasure Island, St Pete from 9/27-10/16 2010.
We arrived late at night, tired after almost 24 hours of travel from Norway. Checking in late at night was no problem. We picked up the keys at Resort Rentals location on Blind Pass Rd and easily found our way to the appartment.
The appartment was excactly as portrayed on the photos provided by Resort Rentals. We found the appartment clean, well equipped and spacious enough for our 3 weeks vacation. The location, right on Sunset Beach, is perfect! We enjoyed watching dolphins playing in the ocean in the morning. The beach is nice, and the sunsets are so beautiful! Our children (7 and 12) loved swimming and playing in the great pool! The spa was closed for almost our entire stay. That didn't bother us much though, since we found it too hot when we checked it out on our first day there.
We drove a few times to Orlando to visit theme parks and outlet malls. Beeing about 1 1/2 hrs drive from Disney, we found the drive a bit tiresome.
Tampa Bay Area is such a great spot for your vacation, and has so much to offer! The beaches are absolutely gorgeous, there's lots of shops everywhere, and even theme parks! You really don't need to leave the area to have a fun filled vacation (and that's coming from a huge Disney fan)!
We would like to thank Resort Rentals for the wonderful service provided! Even from the start, our vacation was great! Our e-mails was responded to promptly, and we were given all the information we needed. Always kind and helpful! We would recommend Resort Rentals and Lands End Resort to anyone!
