Las Brisas 202

Overall fabulous; parking for more than 1 vehicle is a bit tricky and $25/day at the parking place across the street.
There are restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. Most are good! There were beach chairs and a couple pool noodles within the rental you can use.

Amazing location! Condo was just as described and was the perfect amount of space. An added bonus was that there were beach chairs and items in the laundry room, even though they weren’t advertised. We added to the stash with items that we purchased for future guests. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was nice, the location, beach access the beds were comfortable. There were roaches The bedspreads were brown with dirt. The laundry room was cluttered with a disgusting dirty mop and bucket. The toilets were dirty around the rims. Not paper towels or toilet paper. I heavy picture fell off the wall because it was not hung properly. Thank god my daughter had left the night before because it fell on the bed. I can go on but I’m not . I suggest you get a new cleaning service

The property had a fantastic view and plenty of space. We had seven adults with us and there was room for all. The only issue that we had was the fact that there is only one parking space. Since we had seven adults with us we needed to vehicles. We had to purchase parking from the hotel across the street which wasn't too terrible. Overall a very good stay!

Fabulous beach and balcony. Pool was warm and miles of beautiful sandy beach. Beds were comfortable and great layout. More clear front door lock instructions would be helpful...indicating the keycode should be followed with deadbolt turn to the right and then open the door knob.

Overall, our stay was as expected. We have stayed in this area many times before, but not as this particular complex. The unit was as described and we were pleased overall. A few highlights for those considering:
(1) Security is a little lax. The stairwell door doesn't lock behind you once you exit meaning anyone can come up to the units. Elevator access was the same. Most concerning was the unit lock was mastered by our 9 year old and come to find out, it really didn't lock securely.
(2) Bring earplugs if staying in the back bedrooms (I always do) as the road is a bit noisy at times and you can hear people coming and going. Just a packing tip.
(3) This unit only has 1 parking spot. If you have more than one car or are having people meet you - this is an issue. Luckily, another renter was nice enough to let us use one of their extra spots.
(4) The kitchen is well stocked and we were pleased to have what we needed to cook inside the unit most days.
(5) The unit had the necessities!

We had a wonderful time staying at this home. So very quiet and clean. We went in the clean large pool every single day! Loved it! We had fun taking the Old Town Scottsdale golf cart taxi back to the house after dinner. I would stay here again. 100%

Very nice rental! Only complaint was the amount of bath towels. We had 5 people and was provided 6 towels. I did contact the rental company and they did offer to give more towels but said I needed to come pick them up. Thankfully there is a washer and dryer. Surprisingly the closets were full of floats and noodles that were put to great use in the gulf. Thank you again!!!

Great property for families. The kids enjoyed the beach and pool! Unit had adequate kitchen supplies but could use an update on washer/dryer. The unit could also use a steam clean on the tile floors, they seemed to be dirty upon our arrival. It would also be a huge benefit if the unit supplied beach towels. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Very clean, and well maintained. Day 2 of our trip, I went down to work out, in the heated pool, and it was ice cold. I contacted Resort Rentals, who readily offered to contact the condominium association. By the next day, the problem was fixed. That was MUCH appreciated!

They also provided a couple washer tablets for the dishwasher, and the clothes washer, which we certainly appreciated. LOVED the electronic door lock, so No hassling with keys.

Only minor issue with the condo (that I did not report), was that the ice maker wouldn’t dispense ice. It MADE plenty, so we just poured it from the dispenser into a big bowl, and kept it in the freezer.

You can’t beat this location. Right on the beach; convenient to great restaurants; and John’s Pass. We will definitely be back!

Stairs, pool area, and picnic/tiki area cleaned every day too!

Shops, restaurants, grocery and johns pass. Love the dolphin watching from our patio. Beach was so clean and not a far walk. Can’t wait to go back.
Place could use some updates. Washer / dryer were older and the dryer didn’t dry great. One of the Queen beds were broken , did not affect us. I would rent again.

A few points we wanted you to know - - 2 wine glasses were cracked after being in the dishwasher. - No potholders were found in the kitchen. - In the twin bedroom, the bulb in the lamp on the dresser burnt out. Otherwise, everything was great!

I went with my friend for a girls trip. First of all, the location of this property is absolutely perfect. Views were amazing. Balcony was wonderful. The furniture on the balcony is super comfy. Beds were comfy. Walking distance to whatever you need. Nice & quiet. A couple things - The toilet in one of the bathrooms wouldn’t flush when we got there. Thankfully my friend is pretty handy & figured out that the water had been turned off and was able to turn it back on & that fixed the issue. The back door doesn’t lock - even when the lock is in the locked position, you can jiggle the door and it will come open. Also, I gave a 4 for cleanliness due to the fact that I went to get myself a glass of water from the fridge door, and water went spraying everywhere. We looked in the little tube where the water comes out, and it was all clogged up with black gunk. We cleaned it out but didn’t feel comfortable using it after that. We just bought bottled water and moved on. Obviously none of this was a big enough deal to contact anyone about & didn’t at all change how much of a good time we had on our trip. Overall, we loved the location of this condo and had a great stay. Would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks!

Was a great place for a long overdue family vacation. Size was perfect and well decorated. The ocean front view was amazing and being able to listen to the waves any time was so relaxing. Was great to have extra beach chairs and an umbrella. Seating on the balcony was great and plenty space for everyone. Only complaints would be no coffee filters or dish washing liquid. Dishwasher was hard to start but might be just we weren't used to it.

The location was great - right on the beach and a quick 40 min drive to Tampa so we were able to get up there for a couple days to the zoo and aquarium. The place was pretty clean -dishes had to be cleaned before use - but besides that great. Had lots of games and books for use and beach stuff but wish there had been some essentials provided like salt, pepper, cooking oil, detergent, coffee and filters. Had to buy all and leave remainder since we flew in but maybe it's a covid thing? Other condos DID NOT adhere to the quiet after 11 rule - had a very noisy party of males close to us cussing and wrestling around til 1-2 in the morning but our first night was very peaceful. Great beds though and tons if space! All in all a great place and would recommend!!

We loved the condo in a perfect location but the kitchen pots, pans, utensils, silverware and plates, etc need to be replaced. Need new fry pans of a couple of sizes. Everything else was great and beds were comfy. Nice big condo with great balcony. Thank you for letting us share. Master bath toilet needs fixing too.

Patio furniture is literally falling apart with holes in most of it, there were 2 good chairs we could sit in, for $2000 a week I expect better. The living room furniture is covered with sofa covers and the couch has a plank of wood under the cushions for support.

My parents and our family of 5 stayed here and we had plenty of room! The view was pristine and the walk to the beach was manageable even with 3 young kids. It is close to John’s pass, dining and putt putt. We would definitely return!

The 3 bedrooms were all nice and beds were comfortable. The space was nice for our family of 5 plus set of grandparents. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was very clean! The view was perfect and the walk to the beach was so short! Even our 6, 4 and 2 yo’s didnt mind it. The beach has smooth white sand and wasn’t too seaweedy. We experienced unseasonal rain while there and it could have contributed to the pool being like a wind tunnel. Besides that, the pool area was clean and a good size. The wind didn’t stop our kids from swimming either. We visited John’s pass and Clearwater Marine Aquaruum while there and love those experiences. We saw tons of dolphins at Johns pass! I would highly recommend this condo and would love to return in the future!

This property is right on the beach, and convenient to many restaurants and shops. It was very roomy, comfortable and attractively furnished. They have pretty much everything you need to take to the beach or pool. The only minor inconveniences were things that probably fall under the domain of the cleaning/management company (several burned out light bulbs, couldn't get the cable to work). I would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are six women who chose this beautiful unit on Mad Beach for our annual getaway. We LOVED the upgraded kitchen (although it wasn't as well stocked with standard kitchen items as other places we have stayed), and the three bedrooms/two bathrooms proved to be perfect for our group. There was plenty of closet space (with hangers enough for all of us), and the furniture in the living room was particularly comfortable. Our favourite part, though, was definitely the spectacular view from the big, roomy balcony! Unfortunately, the patio furniture is not in great shape, and the beach chairs and umbrella that were in the condo were rusted and broken. (We bought 4 brand new Tommy Bahama beach chairs and left them in the unit for the next guests.)
We also want to mention that Las Brisas has no on-site collection for recyclables, and this was a tough one for us Canadian girls to swallow. In addition, we would have liked to have been able to leave the keys on the counter when we checked out rather than having to travel off-site to deliver them elsewhere.
Overall, we would absolutely recommend this unit to a group like ours or to a large family. It was clean, roomy and modern, and we hope to be fortunate enough to return one day.

We saw dolphins most days and sunsets every night. The suite was well equipped, with lots of room and a great layout. The big TVs were very nice to have. Our only complaints would be the elevator was a bit sketchy, and the beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom were squeaky. A DVD player in the living room would have been appreciated. All in all a great rental, especially for a big group.

I would recommend it to friends but it is a large apartment with only one parking space. We had two cars and it was a headache running around with the cars all day and paying all locations around to leave one of the cars during the day and then at night and over paying to other hotels to allow us to park in their parking lots. We got there on a Saturday night and no one was able to help since offices were closed.
