Madeira Bay Resort I 1408

This property was clean and very comfortable, the only problem was the parking, because they had only one parking space available for apartment, but for the other things was amazing

We were really pleased with the resort and location. Everything was as described. There was even a washer/dryer in the unit which we did not expect.
Finding the office to get the parking pass was confusing, and the phone number provided wasn’t manned after the check in time. After we figured that out, the rest of the stay was great.

across from the beach, I felt this was a perfect location, easy access to beach and a 2 minute walk to John's pass. Great communication, clean, great AC, we could see the ocean on the balcony! We will be back!!!!!

I would say it was a pretty great place . Close to everything including the beach . From the balcony we could see the beach and on the other one you have a clear view of the marina . I wish they had lights out on the marina so you could see the water late at night to see if there is any wild life lurking around . But all together we would be coming back in the future . There’s a huge plus also if you’re looking for sand dollars you’ll be able to find them right at the sand bar around 4pm which we found about 50 of them . Highly recommend .

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as stated. Loved the beach chairs. The balconies are wonderful to set out on. It was nice to not have a room key and be able to access with codes. Thank you for a wonderful stay

My siblings and I came here on our first annual siblings trip. We were just 1 cross walk away from beach access and had a great time. The space was as pictured and it was very comfortable. The pans we tried to use were of poor quality though which made them hard to clean after we scrambled some eggs but otherwise, everything was lovely. Was less than ideal to have only 1 parking space for a group of 4 but we did it and it was covered parking so that made up for it. We got a message every day about how to contact anyone if we needed assistance and there were clear instructions for checkout on the fridge and in an email. The whole process was so very smooth. They even reached out to asked about item found that potentially belonged to our party though it didn’t. Would stay again! We all had a wonderful time!

We are so glad we found this spot. Great place to stay. Right across feo. the beach, very short walk to John's Pass with great shopping and restaurants. We would highly recommend this property. My son lives in the area and we will definitely book here again.

nice beach chairs in unit.
beach just across the road.
Fabulous shops and dinner options. you can see the ocean from this unit.
you can't hear the waves because there's a bit of traffic nose. you CANNOT hear the traffic noise inside the unit.
bring your beach towels and floaties. stay a while. you won't regret.
planning to come back in the Fall.

We love coming to the Gulf Beaches, this is our second time booking through Resort Rentals - I purposely sought them out after booking through them last year. Very easy to deal with, pricing is fair and you know you are getting what you are looking at in the pictures. Great experience overall. I will continue to book through Resort Rentals for our vacations and have recommended them to family!

This condo was perfect!!! The balcony views were great and we loved watching sunset! Everything is super walkable from the beach to all the music, shopping and restaurants.

My wife and I enjoyed staying at this beautiful clean condo. We loved the 2 bedroom/2 bath split floor plan. We were fortunate to have an end unit so we had such good views and lighting throughout the entire home. The push button door locks were so easy to use and we felt safe especially with the covered parking garage. It was just a really nice place to stay. Of course, being able to walk to John’s Pass was an added perk! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it anyone wanting to have a stress free relaxing vacation. Also the management was very quick to respond to us and very very friendly and nice.
