Madeira Bay Resort I 1505

Location was awesome! Next to John’s pass and beach access was super easy with a cross walk right in front of the property. Only one elevator and no stair access to go up made for some long wait times to get back to the room.

We loved the location - just a few minutes to the beach, the pool, restaurants, stores - great location. And the room was clean, spacious, decorated so cute and with a gorgeous view of the marina - we saw dolphins and a manatee one morning from our balcony! The whole trip was perfect!!!

Let me start with the condo accommodations, everything was excellent just as advertised. Two bedrooms two bathrooms very well appointed. Loved the armoire wardrobe plus a bureau dresser in the Primary bedroom as well as a tall bureau dresser right outside the Primary bedroom. The bed was extremely comfortable. I could go on and on about the spacious condo and the “Cherry on Top” the Balcony that overlooks the marina where we saw dolphins in the morning while having coffee. One more thing, we have stayed in the Madeira Bay Resort a few times with units that had the Gulf view and loved it but what exceeded the Gulf view was the Peace and Quiet on the Marina side. No motorcycles and race cars roaring up and down Gulf Blvd or sirens from police or ambulances. Now onto the convenience of this location to everything basically within walking distance, beaches, restaurants, shopping etc. If you are looking for a great place to relax and just enjoy life Madeira Bay FL is the place to visit. We really should have stayed longer and we will next visit in November!

Great condo, amenities and location. Very clean and plenty of towels and linens. However, the water pressure in the showers was abysmal and the bathrooms in general could use updating.

Great location! Very close to everything in Tampa and the Gulf Beaches. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well stocked. Great view out the back of Boca Ciega Bay, and marina. Would stay here again, great for families.

The condo was comfortable and included most necessities needed when flying in for a week. We liked that there were beach chairs but would have appreciated a few beach towels. A dish drainer would be nice for those who don’t use a dishwasher for minimal use. We enjoyed our stay.

This was a great place for a weekend destination wedding. We enjoyed being across from the beach, local restaurants, shopping and easy access to St. Pete.
Unit was as described - well equipped with what you need. Would have liked some beach towels or pool towels because if you fly it’s hard to fly or travel with those.
Easy access to the parking garage, and it was not crowded at all during our stay.
The water pressure was a little bit of a challenge in the showers, and the kitchen sink seemed to have an issue drain below the sink. Not sure there is much they can do to help the pressure, but wanted to mention it as you may want to find a lower level unit.

Beautiful new development! Love the layout and design with tile and wood flooring! The view of the marina from the balcony was breathtaking… This was by far the nicest place I’ve ever stayed in Madeira Beach and I’ve been visiting there for close to 20 years. Love the easy access to John’s Pass, I walked over there every night for dinner and drinks, and shopping. Will definitely stay there again! Beach access was directly across the street and very user-friendly. And kudos to the owners of the unit… Loved the way it was decorated!

Enjoyed a long weekend with family. The condo was perfect. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was even nicer than the pictures....very clean and cozy. Also a perfect location to walk to surrounding restaurants and bars. We would be happy to rebook this unit in the future.

Overall happy with the location. The property was easy to get walk to the boardwalk and the beach. The property was clean and nice. It was easy to check-in and park. It would have been nice to have a TV in the second bedroom but that is only a small issue.

We were very happy with our rental. It was exactly as described in the write up. Check in was very easy and seamless. The location was great, walked to the beach and John's Pass shops and restaurants. Management company was very helpful when I couldn't figure out how to lock the door correctly. The condo had beach chairs and towels, which was a great feature. Great view of the marina.. overall very nice experience and would recommend to others.

I thought every ent very smooth, it was a little bit of a chore to find the office for the parking pass but once we did it was great. Awesome view’s convenient location, close to so much fun!
I will say that I didn’t know what kind of coffee maker they had. Since I was doing Walmart pickup it would have been great to know what I needed! Also on the listing it says no hairdryers to my surprise there was 2 but I did pack mine, I don’t like to have to do that so I wish the listing stated that. It could have come with extras such as a few coffee pods or mini laundry detergent but overall it was a great stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!

Great place to stay. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The condo was in a great location. Just steps to John’s Pass where a ton of options for bars, restaurants and shops awaited.

Beach chairs were available which is very appreciated. The beach was just across the street and easy to access. Plenty of seating around the pool.

The condo overlooks the marina where we saw dolphins and manatees.

The owner was easy to work with, all responses were immediate.

We enjoyed our time and would stay again.

Had a great long weekend at this condo! Nice and clean, with a great view of the boats coming in and out. Location is very ideal, close to restaurants and shops, but also just enough away to be peaceful. Property stocked well, beds comfortable, and decorated nicely. Easy beach access. Only 1 Parking Pass allowed which is typical for such a great location, but there's a great covered and secured 24/7 deck (John's Pass) just down the road for only $20/day. Public parking is available everywhere, but it's strictly pay by the hour. Great host as well! Would stay here again without question!

The property was exactly as described and as seen in photos. One thing they could have improved was to provide enough bar soap and TP for our group for 6 nights. A hotel would replenish those items and so should a vrbo host.

This place was in a great location for walking John's Pass and local restaurants. The condo was clean and had some great surprises. They had three different coolers to use, beach chairs, sand toys and beach towels. We tried buying sand toys on the way and couldn't find any so that was a nice surprise for the kids. The pool and hot tub were nice also. A little smaller then I originally thought, but the pool was warm and hot tub was hot! We met some great people also. We had a problem getting our initial first email, but we're able to get ahold of them and sort it out right away. They were very polite and gave us a number if we had any issues at all! 10/10

Had a quick visit to Madeira Beach. This was a nice condo, although small for our visit. The location is fabulous and the condo was clean and as advertised. The only downfall was the slow elevator! :)

This condo was just fine. There was some hair left in the bathtub, the refrigerator door wasn’t clean, and the steps on the bunk bed were dirty. The bunk beds are very hard and the pillows are not that great. Also be sure to purchase trash bags as there was only one replacement for each can and we could have used more. Other than that it met the needs of our family and we enjoyed our stay. We purchased some items for the beach and did not have room to take them home so we left them For other guests to use. We would stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Beautiful property, beautiful view over looking the marina, everything you could possibly need to have for beach fun is there to use, plenty of space to spread out an relax, cooking utensils were perfect, loved the glass coffee cups, and slept very comfortable in the beds. Would liked for elevator not to have broke the day we grocery shopped, would like a rug at front door to catch sand, no trash shoot as the refrigerator instructed and never figured out how to get in gym. None of this impacted us negatively .

We had a great time despite being there during the red tide. The condo is as listed and was so clean and the colors made it so peaceful and very beach like! It was very confusing as to where to pick up the parking pass and that there are 2 buildings to the complex. Once we got settled and found everything it was great!

We loved the room, location to shops , beach, restaurants. The only snag was trying to check in. We were told that we needed to go to another location to check in only to find that we had a key code to get into building and room. Also, it took a while to find out how to find the door to get into the building and also it took a while to find out where to get a parking pass but once we figured that out, it was smooth sailing.

The condo met all of our needs. The location and proximity to the beach was terrific. The unit was clean, comfortable, and perfect for winding down at the end of the day. Kids loved the bunk beds and the master bedroom was very nice. The beach chairs, cooler, and towels made the days at the beach relaxing. Being provided a few more amenities could have been offered. Having laundry soap and a few more dishwasher pods would have been nice. We bought some laundry soap and coffee for the next guest but wonder if it will be removed during the housekeeping process. Overall, we had a wonderful family vacation and would certainly book again.

Very nice condo with lovely view of the marina and close to the ocean. Owner was responsive to the few issues that arose. A few K cups to get you started in the kitchen would have been nice but everything else was fine and well appointed. Comfortable king sized bed but pillows were uniformly hard and difficult to sleep on.

Fantastic location! Convenient walking distance to all things fun & interesting. Couple of minutes to:
beach, bars, restaurants, John's Pass Boardwalk, water sports, etc. Peaceful mornings on the balcony overlooking the boat slips (its nice that this unit faces the bay instead of the busy, loud road). Having beach chairs & beach towels was a really great benefit! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Cons: The sheets/beds are not very comfortable...mostly due to water-proof protector on the pillows & mattresses (necessary in a rental unit).

My granddaughters and I had a wonderful stay. The condo was complete with everything we needed including beach towels, and chairs. We loved being on the marina side and the beach was right across the street. The condo is next to John's Pass which was very convenient for shopping and dining. We had a problem with sofa bed but the condo managers sent someone right away to fix it. They were very nice to work with. The only thing I would like to add is it would have been nice to have some little hand soaps to get us started before we went to the store, and some large coffee mugs. Mugs provided were very small. We will definitely visit again.

This is a perfectly located condo! The layout allows room so you don't feel cramped but it's comfortable enough to relax. The bed in the master is a king, not a queen so that was a pleasant surprise! The bunk bed room was cute and cozy. If you're counting on the pull out bed in the living room, it's not the most comfortable, but would be perfect for kids. St Johns Pass stores and restaurants are literally a block away and the beach access is directly across the street. Parking was always available, so that was a blessing. The pool is heated and there's a hot tub too! Will totally rent here again in the future!

The rental process was easy and the communication was good. The access codes to get into the place were sent the afternoon of arrival which was 3 PM check-in. Facility is quite new and in good shape. You have to go to the hotel to the north of the building to get a parking pass. In between the two buildings is a pool and hot tub which we did not use. Overall the place was great. The beds were comfortable and it had a nice view of the marina. The best thing about this place is the location. All of the shops and restaurants at John’s Pass are a couple minute walk away so if this is the location you want to be in I would recommend it.

1505 was very clean and well appointed. It had a nice relaxing view of the harbor and was close to the action at Johns Pass but still peaceful and away from it all. Beach was across the street. It has two really nice beach chairs.

I would stay here again - nice to be right at Johns Pass with access to boating and shopping. Literally walk across the street to Madeira Beach, which is long and nice. Two beach chairs and towels are provided. We had to purchase laundry and dish detergent and cleaning spray, which are normally provided in VRBO units. But that is only a mild complaint. A bluetooth speaker would be a nice addition to the unit.

This condo is awesome and the location can't be beat. We were a family of 4, staying for 5 days. I wasn't sure about how far the beach and restaurants would be before booking but both were great and so convenient. The beach is just across the street and very easy to get to. Several crosswalks make it super easy with the family. Plus everything else is really close by. The walk to John's Pass is really short and they have everything you could want there. We went parasailing and rented waverunners there. Plus so many restaurants and ice cream places to choose from. If you don't want to walk the few minutes to John's Pass, the Mad Beach Fish House on the same property as the condo is amazing. We ended up eating there twice! The condo itself is great and has everything you need. We cooked breakfast in everyday and had coffee out on the balcony in the mornings. Even though the condo is on Gulf Blvd, the balcony is super quiet and peacefully overlooking the intercoastal. We never ended up using the pool or gym because there were so many other things to do and we ran out of time. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking in the area.

We absolutely LOVED 1505! From the moment we walked in. Everything was communicated really well to us regarding entry. I was even able to text the management (which is easier for me then email) and they got back to me within a really short time frame! SUPER CLEAN very cozy, my daughter absolutely loved the bunk beds and the tub! The view is GORGEOUS. We got to see dolphins from our balcony. You get a view of the marina, the ocean, a pool, the sunrise each morning. Gorgeous windows in the master bedroom (with blackout curtains) made the stay extra luxurious. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we could need. From beach towels to pool towels to laundry, we were able to really feel at home and stay comfortable. And for a great price. I will absolutely be heading back to 1505 in particular!
We were easily able to access multiple restaurants when we needed, plus the free shuttle was super helpful as we didn’t want to rent a car! We went to the grocery store which was a super easy fast ride away, multiple times to utilize the awesome amenities in the condos kitchen. It’s the quickest walk to the beach too! The condo really sets you up with beach goodies for your adventures. Chairs equipped with straps and pockets for carrying your essentials. You just cross Gulf Blvd and you’re there.
I would totally recommend this condo to ANYONE! And we can’t wait to come back!
