We were very pleased with the cleanliness and location. The cleaning crew was still there upon arrival at 4:00 and left around 4:15. Aside from this we had a wonderful time. We also appreciated the beach cart with chairs, umbrella and cooler.

As a first timer using VRBO, I was very impressed with the ease of booking and checking in. As for the Condo we stayed, it was wonderful.. Clean, well decorated but simple and classy. Everything was there at our disposal and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone and will most likely book again for myself.

Great beach vacation with friends! There were a few very minor maintenance issues noted to us at check in time (one light out in master bath, built in microwave not working but a replacement unit had been placed in the unit) but property management team was very proactive in informing us of what was going on which we appreciated. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable and included the amenities as described in the listing. Very close to Winn Dixie which made shopping for food and basic supplies a breeze. We did not end up using the building pool since the beach access was so close (5-7 minutes walking) but it looked nice from the outside. The condo was well situated a short distance from a number of bars and restaurants. Easy check out procedure. Would recommend!

Beautiful AirBnb which has been kept in wonderful condition. The location couldn’t have been better. You’re across the street from the beach and can walk to many restaurants, bars, shops within 5 mins. The unit was stocked with everything you need, including beach chairs, umbrella, toys, though you will need to bring your own beach towels as they aren’t provided (we purchased cheap ones from Winn Dixie next door for less than $10). The only complaint we had during our stay was extremely loud neighbors from the house behind the unit which you can hear from inside the primary bedroom. Also being on the 2nd floor you can hear the tenants stomping around in the unit above you. Aside from the noise complaints, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & will gladly choose this AirBnb when we visit the area again.

Overall we had a great stay. Unfortunately, the place was not cleaned. Management did send over new cleaners to ensure our bathrooms and living space were cleaned properly.

We loved this place! Everything was new, fresh and clean. It had all the conveniences of home (and more!). The kitchen was well stocked. Beach chairs, cart, towels, etc available for use. Enjoyed the pool several days. The location was fabulous - a short, easy walk to the beach. (some other reviews mentioned difficulty crossing the busy road but it was simple with a convenient crosswalk). We would definitely go back. We mostly accessed the beach across from the putt putt place but the public beach was a fun place to go to get a drink and people watch. Some favorite stops were: Saltwater Hippie (a short walk, lively place to hang out for drinks and live music), Angry Pepper (was recommended by some locals - short drive, great BBQ).

This condo-apartment is just a few minutes' walk from a great beach (with showers and foot showers) as well as steps from shopping (large grocery, dollar store, CVS). Parking spots are also incredibly convenient and hassle-free. Our extended family had an incredible week enjoying the Florida sunshine and the complex's heated pool. All amenities are as-pictured.

The condo was not cleaned properly. There have been dogs in the condo and there was hair everywhere. The condo is suited for 8 people however there are only 4 chairs around the table.

We had a wonderful stay at Madeira Del Mar. The location was so close to some of our favorite places like the Salt Water Hippie and our new favorite breakfast spot Sweet Sage Cafe! The condo was spacious, I especially enjoyed the large master suit, bathroom and closet. The condo had lots of storage space and full size washer and dryer.
We travel with our dog and it was great place to bring a pet with quiet streets to walk a pet any time of day.
Resort Rentals were fantastic, my son left behind something in our condo and they helped us get it back. We had 3 teenagers with us and they loved how close the condo was to the basketball court, putt-putt and pickle ball court. The close proximity to the grocery store also has a huge plus.

Everything was wonderful except one weird thing. Walking distance to some great restaurants. Had a lot of space and every bedroom had its own bathroom. Grocery store is just across the street. Weird thing. The house behind the condo had a ring camera faced up at the balcony. A little unnerving. We just waved at it every time we were outside.

This is a very nice condo that is spacious, updated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals, along with a Keurig coffee maker, a regular coffee maker, and a French press. There were plenty of towels, beach towels, sheets, blankets, and pillows. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys for the kids, a cooler, and a cart to pull it all to the beach, which was a short walking distance away. There is a grocery store (Winn Dixie), liquor store, a dollar store, and a great beach store all within walking distance. I would absolutely recommend this property!

Great place! One block away from a beautiful beach. Unfortunately we only stayed for 3 nights but it was awesome! Little things we got to appreciate that are not common for any rentals. The place was full of nice little surprises: garbage bags, dishwashing soap, condiments, paper towels and toilet paper, shampoo and body wash, beach gear and a great cart so you can carry everything you need on the beach. Beach chairs , a cooler and toys for kids.
Kitchen was fully equipped
Supermarket and a CVS one block away.
We also checked in an hour early!
All together a great experience!

So much to do and see and eat around this centrally located condo. Brand new-fresh and clean. Comfy beds and strong A/C. Lots of beach toys. W/D in unit. Elevator and stair access close by and large parking spaces.

We enjoyed our time at Madeira Del Mar! Nice location with a short 5 minute walk to the beach. You have to cross a busy road, but the public beach access is close. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Except beach towels! One previous review said beach towels were provided, but they weren’t. Several restaurants were within walking distance, and Winn Dixie was right next door. We were happy with our stay here!

Excellent Airbnb. It looked exactly like the pictures. It is new and very clean location. The mattresses are comfortable and bedding was nice. This was a coffee drinkers dream: drip pot, kuerig, French press, Moka, water kettle, and a grinder.
This space had all the kitchen amenities you needed, great beach gear, and basic cleaning supplies. Pool was warm and the beach is a 4 minute walk.
We brought our five year old and there was nothing breakable!
Located on the quiet street right behind the main access street.
Checkin/out was easy. Use the portal they send you. No communication was needed. The company was slow to respond to an Airbnb inbox question but it was pretrip and not urgent. Internet was solid and all tvs were smarttvs. It was accesible for my Father in law with Parkinson’s.

We enjoyed our stay and really liked how close it was to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast. We ate out for dinners and the local restaurants were yummy. We would stay here again!

Spacious, bright, and so cute! Lots of extra touches, like the beach supplies and games. The beds were also very comfortable and I’m going to try to find those pillows for my house.

The Madeira Del Mar 205 unit is a fabulous place to stay! Our family including adult children truly enjoyed the stay in this wonderful unit. Everyone appreciated the three beautiful bathrooms and the very comfortable beds. The unit is perfect and new. The kitchen has everything needed and the beach cart is full of everything for a long day at the beach. The large balcony is a pleasant place to sit and enjoy the fresh air. Our family would love to stay here again.

I would certainly stay here again. The apartment is very spacious. The design is very open and beautiful! The bedrooms are quiet, allowing people opportunity to retreat for privacy. The pool was fantastic and the beach is just steps away. The amenities in the kitchen were very helpful. The place was spotless and odorless. We had a great time!

Enjoyed our stay overall. Location is great and only 5 min walk to the public beach. Listing was as described however some amenities we would have expected were missing like shampoo. Also the foil and plastic wrap was empty. The lights were very bright especially at night as they were the bright white LEDs. Would be nice to change them out to warm LEDs. Check out time was at 10 am and at 955 the housekeeper came and was standing in the kitchen watching us which made it very uncomfortable. Overall stay was good though and with some tweaks could be amazing.

We had a fantastic visit to Madeira Beach. Perfect rental for our group- a young family of 5 plus a grandparent. Master closet was ENORMOUS and easily served as an extra bedroom for toddler’s pack and play. Spacious bedrooms, closets, and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable, plush bath towels, great decor, well equipped, clean, and easy in every way. The beach was beautiful. You need to cross one busy road. Beach cart made transport to and from the beach super easy. Main public beach access was VERY crowded. We used a small public access across from Smugglers Cove, it felt like we were on a private beach and better scene for our young family. I did contact company to inquire about beach towels before our visit. I was told 2 beach towels were provided. There were 8 in the unit. We had pack a bunch of towels unnecessarily. That was a bummer with flying. Also, condo pool has NO furniture. It’s so sunny, it would be great to have some umbrellas or shade provided. Overall, great rental, great location.

Property was fantastic. Perfect for what our family needed. Two kids slept perfectly in their own rooms while the adults were able to stay up after bedtime. Place was clean and had everything we needed for the week. My only complaint was the view from the balcony. It does not look out over the water as we thought from the photos but rather to the complexes behind. Did not detract from the overall experience. Would recommend this property to anyone with kids looking to be comfortable while walking distance (<5 min) to the beach.
