Manatee Home - Water Front Pool Home

The home was exactly as pictured. All the furnishings looked brand new and the home was very spacious. The view from the patio was stunning looking at the Intercoastal where Henrietta the great blue heron visited us on the dock several times. Mandy, the white egret came almost every day. The dolphins also visited several times a day. The pool was clean, heated, and refreshing. The neighborhood was delightfully quiet, but easily accessible to both Caddy’s Grill and the Kai-Tiki for the 3$ cheeseburgers. The beach access was just across the parking lot in the front yard for watching the sunsets. After only being there 2 days, I already booked it for a month again next year. The accessibility to the bars, restaurants, and venues from St. Pete Beach and north to Clearwater is perfect. The gas grill was also a bonus. I’ve traveled to the gulf coast for 25 years and this is my favorite.

This is my 4th year staying at the Manatee House. Love everything about it! It does feel like a home away from home! The master shower was an added bonus! The outdoor space is wonderful! Lots of upgrades. You have the intercoastal in the back. Across the street is the beach! it doesn't get much better!

Now to the Manatee Home: It is the most beautiful place for a vacation you can imagine. In this house, there is nothing wrong. The equipment is comfortable and luxurious. It left nothing to be desired. The pool is clean and refreshing, it was maintained and cleaned weekly. From the fishing dock we could watch dolphins and manatees every day.

We loved this home it's convenience to beach and everything as well as being on the bay with a heated pool made it outstanding.
There were a few minor issues that the manager took care of immediately.
We would have preferred the masrpter bath have shower rather than a jacuzzi tub but it was manageable.
We would stay there again in a heartbeat if available.

This was the first time our vacation was this long. We were very pleased with the home we stayed in. Dolphins swimming under the dock, cranes, ducks, all types of birds sitting on the dock and in the pool were a joy watch. My grandsons thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the openness of the floor plan. Everyone had such a great time with the beach across the street that it was hard to lack up and come home.

We spent Feb. 2015 at the Manatee Home. We had a awesome time and found the accomadations were perfect for 4 adult ladies. I have stayed at the Manatee home for two years and will return next year. This home is exceptionally well equipped with everything you need. Furnishings are wonderful and very comfortable. The staff of the rental agency are truly very friendly and always prompt with any needs/concerns. The owners of this home are also great to work with! The Manatee is a "home away from home" for me!

I think this was our 6th year at this home and each vacation has been more memorable than the last. Its nice to see the new owners making some upgrades but there are a few things still needing addressed, none of which were a detriment to our stay. If you prefer the St. Pete Beach - Treasure Island area, I doubt you will find a better combination of location, amenities and management anywhere else. We are so disappointed that this home is going to monthly rental only and it looks like this was our last stay here. So many good memories of the Manatee Home, we will miss it dearly.

The best way to unplug from the every day rat race.Whish we could wake up to does beutyfull sun rises every morning,to witness the schools of dolphins,the rare spices of birds and yes lets not forget the fishing of the peer out back was absolutly off the chain good ,the hole family love the house,it was all good.

It was a rough start to the week with Debby churning in the gulf and deciding to take her vacation there also. We have stayed in the Manatee Home before and we love the home. Unfortunately we did not get to use the pool due to the bay breaching the seawall,but even with the T.S. churning outside we did not regret staying in Manatee. It is such a great home (I am so happy the owner allows it to be rented for vacations)and we love the location on the bay and just a very small distance from the gulf (across a couple of streets). Even though we lost the ability to get in the water for a few days, we were not disappointed.We know when you choose to vacation at any coast the threat is always there that inclement waether can set in.
I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting the perfect property,location and staff to vacation with, Resort Rentals and Manatee Home is the perfect choice.

We really enjoyed our stay at your Manatee Home in Treasure Island, FL!!! The location was great! We loved that we only had a short walk to the beach. Having the pool in the back yard was great as well. We also enjoyed the view of the dolphins in the intercoastal waterway from the swings on the back patio! Your home was lovely and had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable!!! We would definitely recommend it to others :)

We enjoyed our stay at the manatee home a lot It is very good located, close to the beach, not far away from all the shopping facilities and restaurants. Furthermore the litte garden was very lovely, we enjoyed lying on the catwalk and sunbathing. It was also very very nice to jump into the sea directly at the house. The canal there is very wide and therefore also clean! Thank you to the owners and to resort rentals for a wonderful holiday there!

This home felt like a peaceful cottage out on the dock overlooking the intercostal and just across the street we were on the beach. We saw dolphins 3 days off the dock. The home was very comfortable and spacious for 5 of us. The pool was small (about 2-1/2 hot tubs) but big enough for us. The fridge was a little old and the back right burner on the stove did not work. Having instructions on how to use the 3 remotes would have been appreciated. The overall feeling from the house is comfotable, peaceful and spacious. We loved the location and the house and hope to come back soon.

Beautiful property. 3 upclose encounters with dolphin right out at the dock. Manatee swam under the dock on our last day. We couldn't have asked for any more!!! Resort Rentals are wonderful to work with. We are looking forward to returning next year! Thank you so much!

The process was easy; from filling in the online form to picking up the keys. The house was clean, comfortable, and charming. A Blue Heron landed by the pool four times and came within six feet of us. We saw White Egrets nearby, two dolphin in the bay, a school of fish near the boat dock and beautiful sunrises. It was wonderful to sit in the swing under the stars, look at the lights twinkling off the water, and feel the breeze on my face. So much serenity packed into one week. Thank you!

This is the second property we have rented in this area. We definitely enjoyed the heated pool, house was very nice and roomy. Location is great, you can walk to the beach and the local bar with good food. Very close to many stores, groceries. Only complaint we have is the kitchen amenities. Lack of silverware, pots and pans that should not be used.

This was our 5th year vacationing at Sunset Beach and our 4th in the Manatee Home. I doubt we would even consider a rental anywhere else. The location is unbeatable. The home has all the amenities one could want while on vacation. The management company
responds to any questions or concerns instantly and it seems our satisfaction is always their top priority.

2nd time we have stayed at this house and will be back here or try another house/condo Resort Reality rents. You can tell the staff cares every time you call. Had 2 small problems and they handled them and made sure it was solved with a callback. The house
itself has everything you need to enjoy a week stay. I would suggest every couple months do a deep clean of the place for the dirt under beds and couches, but general areas were clean. Other then that, we really enjoy this house, setup and location. Please
note this is a non commercial area, so it is a lot more quiet and less action them in resort areas. I would say it's set better for relaxing adults then for small kids and teens "my opinion and what we like about this small area". THANK YOU for another nice

2nd time at this house...We will come back to this house or try another one of Resort Reality's houses or condos again 100%... A couple small problems popped up, but the staff handled them for us. When talking on the phone any time, you can tell staff
cares. House extras provides anything you would need for a enjoyable week stay like: beach chairs, umbrellas, blender, deck furniture, grill, ect. Just a little better cleaning under beds and couches is needed, may I suggest a deep cleaning every few months.

Perfect vacation for everyone! The ceiling fan in the sunroom did not work. The sliding door to the pool area was so hard to slide that an old person would become locked out trying to get it open. Other than those two minor problems, the week was wonderful!

The house only has 1 shower, which was difficult with 6 adults. Overall the house is in a great location, just a few steps across the street from the beach. The house is for sale and I hope it will be available for rent next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Manatee home. Access to the beach was great, it was not a busy neighborhood and we had our own boat dock in the canal out back. We were able to access anywhere we wanted to go with ease. The staff at Resort Rentals were very nice to us both in check in and check out.

The home is equipped with everything that a family would need for their vacation. The private pool is a big plus, you don't have to worry about getting a chair or table. You also have the trees to provide shade. The staff at Resort Rentals are great to work with. Any concerns that you may have are handled quickly and they are friendly. We will return and hope that we can get The Manatee House next year.

The place gave a whole new experience for our many stays in this area by enjoying the waterway which we were SURPRISED how much we liked that, not just the beach. Basically, just cross the street and the beach was there, so not much different then staying right on the beach.

There is more space inside then anyone would need and plenty of space outside deck/dock area. Pool is very small, so plan on it just as a quick dip to cool. Grill ran out of gas and with a call, they were there right away to replace it. Place needed a better job on gerenal cleaning, they said they will address AND I believe they will because they seem like a STRONG customer oriented operation. GLAD we made this choice for our stay.

This is the best house we have ever rented. You cannot beat the location it is close to everything beach,restraunts,shopping and nightlife. We had a few minor issues with the house but it was nothing to keep me from coming back. The swings overlooking the bay and the dock were awesome not to mention the video I was able to get of the dolphins. I can see why this house stays booked. I hope to rent it 2 times next year and Resort Rentals is great the staff is so helpful and so nice. Thank you for making this our best vacation ever.....
