Oceana 203 West

Oceana 203 West was exactly as described. Stunning views from our living room and master bedroom balcony. Clean unit with enough space for family of 5 with 3 teen/adult children. Quiet at night, no trouble with loud guests. Easy access to the beach, cabanas and chairs to rent right outside our unit, lots of nearby shops and restaurants and ice cream shops within walking distance. We went during the busiest time of year, spring break and still the beach was not crowded at all. Clean well maintained condo and beach to make family memories.

Overall everything was as expected. However, the people above me were smoking a lot! It was difficult sitting outside and at times when I had my door open the smoke came into my unit. I made comments to Oceana and to Vrbo-it did nothing to deter them.

Great Condo! Very clean, easy access to the beach. Not a very large building so you can access the elevator without a long wait. Nice pool and hot tub to use.

We arrived late and the person that helped us out (I can’t recall her name) was extremely helpful in getting us where we needed to be. We had a trailer in tow and didn’t realize it would be a huge fiasco to find a place for it while we were there. The next day Shawn at the office worked tirelessly to help me find somewhere I could store it. Eventually we found a solution. Highly recommend this place. All the staff we interacted with were very nice and accommodating

This is a dog friendly place and had a place set aside for them to use the bathroom with poop bags provided. Nobody messed with us and we were left alone as if it was our own place. The beaches in Treasure Island are non dog friendly but the beach in front of the condos was basically private. Many people took their dogs and nobody complained as long as they picked up after themselves. We loved this place and the views from our balcony couldn’t get any better. We arrived Sunday before Labor Day and the place was still quiet and peaceful. The pool and spa are new and clean. Couldn’t ask for a better place and location. We will be coming back, this is our new go to place when visiting family in Florida. I see people complain about the furniture or the rugs on other reviews but you must keep in mind that this is a beach front condo and people come in wet and sandy. They do clean the place before your arrival but it’s to be expected with a beach front dog friendly condo.

The condo was spotless upon arrival. Towels a little rough but that is the only thing that was not 5 star. Staff exceptional. Beac was not crowded at all and rooftop sunset viewing was the best. 5 star all the way.

Beautiful condo on the water with a great view of ocean and sunset. The staff were friendly and responsive. The unit was very clean and that is what makes me comfortable when I travel. I recommend this area, condo and the gulf coast.

While we like renting from actual individuals and actually having a personable experience, for the price and location, this was an excellent location and space. Adequate space for two couples or one couple with children, very clean space and close to lots of restaurants and activities. Loved having shared amenities with the bayside property for fishing and an extra pool also. Would definitely stay here again!

Great first time staying here. Extremely clean condo & loved having w/d inside. Loved being able to have our dog with us. Pool very clean. Quiet inside condo even with pool below. Employees nice & helpful & friendly. Made deposit for next year.

Nice unit. Clean and comfortable. Easy access to the beach and a really nice beach especially for walking. It was walking to several red and shopping, but on a busy road. This is a busy area but there is a sidewalk. If we return to this location would stay here again!

Nicely stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook, blenders, pots and pans, etc. Is located on a beautiful beach which does offer chairs/umbrellas for dailr/hourly rental. Many restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance.

The condo is wonderful! As advertised. On second level, but with an elevator and a trash chute that is very accessible. The ocean view is amazing. Nice, quiet pool and jacuzzi downstairs. Really nice stay for a family.

The photos are a bit deceptive and indicate the suite to be newer than they are. The upholstery is dirty, rugs need freshening, and there was mold in the bath and shower curtain. The lamp shades were full of matted dust. The beauty of the beach compensated for this. The staff was warm and competent and parking was FREE. This was a terrific perk as every other luxury property tacks on a generous sum for this privilege.

The property was fantastic. Location, ease of check in, and the views of the gulf were amazing. My only complaint would be that the condo could use a more comfortable couch and bed. The shower head in the master bathroom needs replaced.

Overall it was excellent. The linens perhaps needs better quality as well as the beds. Not bad, just need upgrade. The beach umbrella and chairs are worthless. We rented ours locally. The location of the condo is awesome! Very accessible to other shops. The room we rented Oceana 203 West facing the Gulf is very handicap accessible. Wider doors, and walk in shower The front desk personnel is very cordial and friendly. I will use this location on future vacations. I strongly recommend it for people with accessibility concerns. Simple elegant living space, very clean. Perfect for families with kids. Easy to eat out or eat in. Quick beach access with beautiful sand. Pool and hot tub were great to come back to after a day at the beach. Would highly recommend and definitely come back.

Oceana is in a fantastic location with exceptional views of the Gulf. My wife and I had a great time on our mini vacation. The unit was clean and the check in process was seamless. We highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again soon.

Having the beach so close even Mom with cane could walk to it easily. the pool and hot tub were sparkling, we found everything perfect and clean. including balcony. Apt was spotless, and well appointed, cozy, and beds very comfy. pet friendly was another plus. Hope for a return visit. J.Heimer

Only drawbacks were; 1. Very cold floor when <60 (no insulation, roof of garage was floor of unit) 2. No bikes or beach chairs 3. Very limited parking

Awesome! Property was in excellent condition. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and in a “convenient-to-everything“ location. Easy access with elevator near unit and master bath is handicapped-ready. Registration staff, property manager and others were very friendly and made everything easy for us.
