For over 20 years, my friends and i get together once a year. This house had everything we needed. The location to the beach was incredibly convenient. It was a perfect weekend!

We had an amazing time at our Redington Beach rental. The beach was directly across the street down a cool path. You can see the ocean from the bedroom on the 3rd floor which was nice. The place was as clean as could be and had a ton of space for 9 people.

Perfect stay at the beach with family. Lots of room to spread out and let individuals do their own activities or be with the whole family. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this house with our toddlers and family. The host was flexible and communicative, which made organization and check in easy (we flew in from PA). The house was comfortable and convenient to the beach, shops, restaurants, and a park. We were comfortable and the space was incredibly clean. Thank you for hosting us!

Everything was great, just steps to the beach. Right in between Clearwater and St Pete beach, with Mad beach, indian rocks, and johns pass all close. Highly recommended house

The house was perfect, exactly as advertised. Beach access was awesome and easier/closer than anticipated. It was great to have access the beach supplies. Area was great with restaurants, grocery and shopping. Although our trip was cut short due to the hurricane, my family can’t wait to go back!

This is by far the most beautiful, VRBO I have had. It was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, the view was nice, We love the shutters and the elevator was very convenient. The only down fall was the dryer. The timer kept starting over and it took to long to dry clothes. Other than that this was a very beautiful home. Also, the beach access was very convenient.

This is a great place to stay at the beach. We took our whole family. Lots of bedrooms, lots of space, everything worked as promised and the unit has been renovated very nicely. It is literally steps from the beach, very convenient so that you don't need to haul all your stuff; come back and forth as you please! Kids loved it. Elevator made access a breeze. This is a very residential neighborhood, which makes it quiet and peaceful and you basically have the beach to yourself, but there's also not a ton of amenities within walking distance. A great place to stay if you're looking to relax at the beach!

The place was gorgeous and having beach access right across the street was the major draw! The beach was beautiful, clean and not crowded being it was by private access. The house looked exactly like the pictures, accommodated 10 people. Area was less busy which we were looking for but close enough to other attractions. We would definitely come back to this place.

Cons:
The plumbing I would recommend looking at, it would make a high pitched squealing sound - we thought it was one of young ones crying and at times the toilet wouldn't flush so we had to open the lid to get it to flush. The price you pay for the cleaning service you would think that on the last day you wouldn't be expected to take out all your trash etc; the trash bin when we came had bags all around, so we basically had to take out others people trash on pick up day which was of annoyance. I would recommend that all trash be taken out before new renters came so they wouldn't have to deal with previous renters.

This is a beautiful place to stay with family! We had plenty of space for an extended family vacation, with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms, and a huge open kitchen/family room. We enjoyed being so close to the water (literally across this street), and walkable to restaurants in the area. Plenty of parking space in the garage and driveway (we had 4 rental cars between our group)! Overall, a wonderful property and location!

This townhome was immaculate and the nicest Airbnb my family has ever stayed it. It was just gorgeous! The interior finishes are beautiful from the double height living area to the new kitchen to the huge master suite. There was ample room for 3 couples to stay and a child and newborn. Everyone in my family raved about it. The only downside is it faces a busy loud street but you can easily walk across then take a bridge to the beach. The beach was beautiful, white sand, peaceful, private. I can't recommend it any higher!

Perfect - Perfect - Perfect! A small group of us came down for a long Beach weekend and could not have asked for a better location & accommodations. Easy access to the beach. Close to great restaurants and beach bars.

Very spacious and clean townhome right across the street from the beach. Unfortunately, the beach entrance right in front of the place was closed, but the next entrance was only a 700ft walk from the door, so it was still very convenient. The place itself had a very well stocked kitchen (pots, pans, baking dishes, cooking utensils and appliances etc). The house also had a beach cart/wagon and beach chairs (no umbrella). We used the beach cart everyday; it was super convenient. There is a Win Dixie a rocks throw away from the place, which was great. There was also a Pack'n'Play in the closet. We had originally asked about this and were told the house was not equipped with Baby equipment so we ended up bringing our own (just a note for future renters). Lastly, there was a park about a 2 minute walk from the place which was great for our toddler. All and all, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to friends and family.

We LOVED our stay at the Redington Beach House and would love to return someday! Perfect location, directly across the street from the beach access. Redington Beach is a favorite for the locals, same gorgeous beach as all the others near here but without the crowds.

The home was perfect too! It’s a new build with top of the line everything and plenty of essentials in the kitchen for cooking in and entertaining. Nice grill is also available and a back patio with a hose for rinsing off all the sand before entering the home.

It is really a four bedroom (with a closet) but the fourth bedroom has a toddlers bed and desk in it (no adult bed). That is really the only thing I would recommend changing. We put an air mattress in it for our teenage son.

There was plenty of parking available (3 spots).

We had a couple minor questions - the management company was very fast, professional, and helpful and helped us to quickly find a solution. I would highly recommend a stay at this townhouse.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Calling fan on bedroom #2 wasn’t working properly, garage door also have problems open and closing due to active bird nest on top motor. Have to open door manually a couple times. Really heavy for the only man in the family!!
