Beautiful location! Can’t beat the view and proximity to beach! The unit met our needs for a family beach vacation. The beds were comfortable and there were beach toys, umbrellas, and chairs available in the patio closet. Make sure to bring your own beach towels as they don’t provide those. Thankfully, we had read reviews and brought our own. Also they don’t seem to keep any extra grocery items, so be prepared to buy salt, pepper, oil, coffee filters, etc, if you plan on cooking. There were a couple of minor issues: no deadbolt in front door or lock on slider, slider kept falling off tracks and hard to open, vertical blinds in master off-kilter and have to be manually adjusted (bring sleep mask!), cabinet door in guest bath broken, towels smelled dusty until we washed them. Overall, these issues were minor to us did not detract much from our stay.

Condo was exactly as pictured. Beautiful, quiet location, even on the weekend. Easy check in. Instructions were very helpful. I didn't cook, but looked to be well stocked if you wanted to.

3 couples stayed for a week. The small bedroom is very small. No closet, just enough room to get in and out of bed. The condo was clean and as expected. Everyone we encountered were friendly. A lot of rentals in this building I think. Perfect for a beach vacation.

Nice stay. plenty of beech chairs however many were not in the best shape. we did find 2 to use. 2 nice umbrellas. lots of kids toys. floats, surf boards, and a couple of coolers. Clean. adequate kitchen utensils. no spices (salt/pepper etc). Everything you really need.

Over all very good. Beaches were not crowded and plenty of restaurants near by. The AC didn’t cool well in master bedroom but did in living area and back bedroom.

Good location. Wish there were enough sturdy beach chairs. A couple of them were not in great shape. Overall good value and comfortable. Would rent again.

Highly recommend this condo. Only knock I would give it is the water pressure isn’t that great in the showers in both bathrooms. Overall great stay!

The beds are a. Little hard, was missing the beach umbrellas the review said was there.to beach chairs arms are almost broken on. The blind was broke in living room but they did come fix it.That was a plus kitchen chairs were wobbly while there fixing blind he titened them. Bit the views and pool and hot to were great.This condo just needs some TLC...

The rental process was very smooth. Condo was clean and ready for us. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen stocked well. 3rd bedroom was very small with no closet but it worked.

What a great experience, we all really enjoyed our vacation. The property had everything we needed, beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella and even a cooler. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone!!!

This place was awesome!!! Fully stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. The beds were comfortable. The location and view were perfect to watch those beautiful gulf sunsets. The only complaint I have is that the trash can in the kitchen was way too small. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

I have been in many rental apartments for family vacations every year around the country, but none of them has been so cozy, clean, well equipped like this unit. Sunsets are amazing from the balcony. The facility has swimming pool, jacuzzi and club house that make our stay a plaesent one. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone that is seeking the best place to spend a vacation.

My family and I had rented a lot of vacation units throughout Florida and we never have had one like this one... so cozy, clean and had everything we needed. The view is just amazing and sunset like nowhere else. We could either go out or just stay in the unit... we enjoyed as well. Around the area there are a lot of places where to have either a fancy dinner or go for snacks ... the building has all the amenities ok and available to guests. Swimming pool, BBQ, club house. We highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time here. The condo was roomy and had everything we needed. The view of the beach was amazing too. We enjoyed both the beach and the pool every day. We will definitely be back!

My family's 1st vacation to Florida and it was more then I could of ever expected! I 1st wanna say what a great rental place this is to deal with! I have had wonderful communication for months and months before our trip with Anna. No matter what questions I had she always had a answer for me. We were in love with Indian Shores from the moment we pulled on to Gulf Blvd. Everything we needed was within a few miles of us. We had so many restaurants to choose from locally- or we could drive a few miles and be in Clearwater in 15 mins. The condo we stayed in was just as described plus more. It was so clean and had so many extras here and there that had been left for us Incase we needed-which were probably left from previous renters. I had brought beach towels but also found lots of beach towels in the condo for us to use. I was gonna have to buy a umbrella-beach chairs and floats at the beginning of the week and on the blagony there was a closest full of 3 umbrellas- 5 beach chairs-tons of floats-boggie boards and sand castle building toys. It was so great not to have to buy any of this. The washer in dryer was wonderful-we kept all the towels washed up. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes n pans-it was so great to not to have to eat out every meal. The beach was amazing. It wasn't crowded like Clearwater- it was more laid back. I felt confident in leaving my beach bag with my stuff in it while we were n ocean. Sunsets were just beautiful. The sand was the whitest sand I have ever seen in my life. My family loved it-I love it! I will highly recommend Sandcastle 1 to everyone. The next time I come to Florida I will be back to visit you again!! Thank you all for all you did !!

We had a great time and the condo accommodations were excellent. We were pleasantly surprised to find a closet full of beach gear including umbrellas and floats. We thought we would need to buy or rent these items when we arrived. Condo was clean and met all of our needs and more! Hope to come back!

An ideal updated condo in an ideal area right on the beach. We have been coming to this area for the past ten years. This was our first stay at Sandcastle 1 and we were completely delighted with the well kept building and updated condo unit. This condo is well equipped - a home away from home. You have even thought to include baby necessities, such as high chair and playpen, as well as beach toys and beach towels. Wonderful balcony to enjoy the sunsets.This unit is close to many restaurants, shopping and several major league baseball spring training fields. A terrific choice for a vacation.

The information provided by the woners is accurate as are the pictures. We were not disappointed and we highly recommend this condo. Our ownly negatives were a noisy elevator in the early morning, which only affected the third bedroom and our inability to figure out how to get the close captioning to work on the TV so that my mother could enjoy the programming. This is not bad for a monthlong stay that deleivered on every promise the owners' made. Nice job!

Very nice condo. Can't beat the view or the location. I love that it sits on a very narrow road with the gulf on one side and the inter-coastal on the other. Beach is narrow and never crowded, I've been there during spring break and in the off season and it's never crowded. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. St. Pete's is only 20 min away (max) same with Clearwater. Tarpan is about 45 min. For those of us that love Costco, that's only about 35 min away. Condo was great, completely renovated, you will not be disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay at your condo.Condo was beautiful and so was the beach. What we saw on the VRBO site was accurate in every detail.Everyone we met....condo guest and workers at the condo were all so very friendly and nice.We saw dolpins about every morning from our balcony and the outside area was CLEAN! Also, no problem getting or returning condo keys, very easy to rent with everyone being very helpful. Your condo was the center of our wonderful vacation. We will be back!!!! Thank you.

We had a wonderful time at your condo. Our grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed themselves and watching them run thru the sand into the ocean will be the memory I will most cherish. Apparently, the family has already decided that I look into renting your condo again in 2014... You have a beautiful condo and we did all possible to leave it in better shape than what we found it... Everything written in the details of this Condo were right on the mark!!!! My kids and I absolutely loved the condo, the view, the beach and all of the surroundings. Beautiful place to relax and enjoy the nice sunshine, beautiful sunsets and a great beach! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back again in the future. The condo was clean and well looked after. Free internet, Netflix, and long distance calling to USA was a bonus and very much appreciated. The grounds/pool/hot tub are beautiful and well kept! Can't say enough about this condo and it's location.

We loved staying at this condo - this community is one of our families favorite with it's heated pool, spa, white sandy beaches and close to everything. This time we stayed in this newly renovated unit and EVERYTHING, I mean everything was brand new - it was 5 star all the way - my teenagers loved that each room has a large flat screen TV - 40" plus and all the tech stuff like pandora, netflix With 3 bedrooms everyone had their own space which was very nice. Loved laying in bed and having direct Gulf views and intercoastal views in other bedrooms - The open kitchen was fabulous because even if when cooking you're part of everything and it has an amazing view of the ocean. The large balcony was a favorite for watching sunsets, boats going by or just people watching while sipping our morning coffee. All the beds were high quality and brand new so we slept really well and the new shower and bench in the master was a nice touch. The owners were very caring and easy to work with and would highly recommend them and can't wait to stay here again. They even had beach chairs and items for us to use so we didn't have to purchase things just for our stay. We also enjoyed walking across the street to grab dinner or hear live music at The Pub. This is a great vacation spot any time of year.

One of the nicest condos we have stayed in for a long time. Unit is exactly as it looks in the pictures and even better in person. Anyone planning a trip to clearwater should HIGHLY consider this place. Many extras are included that you just don't find at other places. free Wi-Fi, netflix, beach toys, beach blankets, beach chairs. Clearly the owners have spent alot of effort on this place as it is brand new with all new TVs, bathroom renovation, kitchen renovation. It was as comfortable as home. Most of all, we loved the pure view of the ocean with absolutely no obstructions. Eating breakfast on the balcony or having a drink and watching the sunset were a daily experience. It was great therapy for some very busy parents and stressed out professionals!!!
