Great location with access to a pool and the beach. Near all attractions and restaurants. Rental agent was responsive and gave clear instructions for check-in and check-out.

Wonderful location. Pool and ocean are great Only thing lacking was that the property needs a thorough cleaning and some cleaning equipment so longer rentals can tidy up while they are there

NO ONE ON CALL!!!!!!!!
We arrived on 12/25/23 Yes it was Christmas day. I could not get into the condo due to the code would not work. I tried and tried and tried to contact someone left message after message and yet no call back. So here we are on Christmas day no place to stay. So after 3 hours of getting no where We were able to book a room at barefoot condo yes that was a very expensive unexpected expense. so after 3hours of not being able to contact someone the first day of vacation was shot. The next morning i was able to speak to a person from the office and they meet me at the condo after about an hour we were able to bring our stuff in. They did give the money back for the condo i rented which took a week to receive so there went my spending money. They would not give me back for the night lost on the condo. All this could have been avoided if the person who cleaned the room would have reported the code wasn't working. So long story short vacation sucked could not do what i wanted with that unexpected cost.

This property is centrally located near John’s Pass & plenty of restaurants. Would definitely return. ?
Condo was spacious & very clean. There was someone on the premises every day doing something to keep the grounds clean. Very beautiful being on beach front. I thought the price for a 7-day stay was reasonable & customary. There bed in the single bedroom had where on the bed frame with no locks to lock the bed in place. The bed rolls away from you as you sit on the side of the bed. Beds were very very firm. There are no grab bars in either bathroom. Light switches in both bedrooms did not work. You had to use the pull chains & if you are short, you are SOL. The gap between the pool & the edge of the pool looked like there was mildew or something blackish there.

Our family with multiple teenagers enjoyed the week stay. Enough space even on rainy days. The couch was comfy, and the table was big enough for all. Loved being able to take steps downstairs, the elevator is slow. The view from the balcony was enjoyed the entire week. Property was well cleaned each morning. (pool, steps, and trash outside) Forks were limited. We used disposable to reduce time in the kitchen so it didn't impact us.

MAY 2023 As a Realtor from the Nashville, TN area, I love #106 Seabreeze Condominium in beautiful white sand Madeira Beach, FL! Over the past 12+ years we always choose to stay at #106 for many reasons: This updated, spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath condo (sleeps 8: 3 comfy beds + sleeper sofa) with separate dining area and eat in kitchen has lots of natural light! #106 is on the first floor above the covered carport parking (which is on the ground floor) so it's easy to access from the elevator or stairs (1 flight); it's easy for me to walk with my arthritis. The location of the condo in the building allows us to watch our family directly below the balcony in the gated updated pool jacuzzi area as well as to see them on the beach! You can also watch your favorite person grilling your yummy fresh caught seafood on one of the two gas grills by the pool (bring grilling utensils & pot holders). We usually grill at least two times while we're there. Publix just across drawbridge past John's Pass also one on Tom Stewart Causeway. Winn-Dixie seems a little expensive. Fresh fish markets nearby. Wi-Fi at the condo. We bring our board games, cards, and fire stick from home. #106 CONDO: Keyless electronic entry, free covered parking, all tile floors, updated kitchen with granite countertops, under mount double sink with disposal, all new stainless steel appliances (convection oven, smooth top electric range, dishwasher, and refrigerator-no ice maker/water), microwave, pantry, brand new couches (sleeper sofa), comfortable decorative beds/pillows/linens, dressers & nightstands in both bedrooms, primary walk in closet and oversized closet in secondary bedroom. Spacious primary bath has 5 foot updated tiled shower and separate sink area. Second bathroom has a tub. Lots of storage in both bathrooms! Separate dining room with large wooden table to seat six. Kitchen has small round table with two chairs. Balcony has 3 chairs and a few side tables with excellent view of the pool and oversized jacuzzi! Kitchen has countertop appliances such as crock-pot, waffle maker, blenders, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, small measuring cup, measuring spoons, various utensils, wine opener, some serving containers, pots and pans. A person can easily walk to many restaurants, 7-11 convenience store, & even John's Pass Shopping/restaurants. We usually drive wherever we go. HELPFUL INFO: #106 condo very safe & secure with whole condo private access (no public beach entry) keyless electronic keypads for elevator use, stairs, gated pool, gated beach access, and keyless condo entry. Trash chute/disposal on each floor by the elevator. Debit/credit card operated washers and dryers on the fourth floor. **PARKING: plentiful free parking at condo with parking pass in windshield. We have not used local trolley. Parking at John's Pass throughout the day. It is easily available before 10:00 a.m.(busy later) & currently costs $3 per hour (debit/credit) with a 8-hour maximum per day per license plate or $60 fine. **POOL: secure outdoor bathroom to use before your check in so you can access the beach while you wait for your check in time. Some inner tubes, noodles, boogie boards, and beach chairs right outside of the bathroom area. Bicycle parking as well as two grocery carts and a luggage trolley to help bring your items to your condo room. Bring your beach towels, a sheet for the beach to lie on, or rent some of the wooden lounge chairs w umbrellas on the beach. Reclining lounge chairs by the pool & some coverage tables. 10 person outdoor jacuzzi, outdoor open shower faucets to wash beach sand off and one at pool. No marshy grass to walk through. Seabreeze Condo private beach access. Never overcrowded beach-- just enough people, located between Treasure Island, Redmond Beach, Clearwater and St Pete Beach. ***RESTAURANTS: too many to list but the ones we've been to Salt Rock Grill, Sea Hag, Dockside Dave's, Pipo's (Cuban) Delosa's Pizzeria (at Jones Pass), Shrimpies, Yogurt City at John's Pass. Kids pick: Mochi Nut (Korean corn dogs and donuts), Jollibee (chicken), Ice and Cream Creamery, SUPER SCOOPS, and taffy shop on the boardwalk at John's Pass. **THINGS TO DO: The Pirate Ship: Royal Conquest (at John's Pass) free alcohol and beer for adults, beverages & activities for children (pirate themed gift shop). Some upgraded beer for purchase. Make sure you get the pirate map at check-in for discounts at other activities. EAGLE PARASAIL photo package and GoPro package available. Smuggler's cove Putt-Putt golf. Shopping/dining at John's Pass. Dolphin Tour at John's Pass, Wave River rental, swim out to the sand bar and dive for sand dollars straight out from the condo, take a day trip to Shell Island to snorkel near the sand bar for seashells. HAVE FUN!

Gorgeous Madeira Beach!
My husband and I took a siesta from the cold winter in Nashville to sunny Madeira Beach, Florida! The key takeaway for us is location, location, location! The SeaBreeze Condominium Complex is located on their own private beach of sugar white sands. Our condo #106 was wonderful, providing all amenities required for a comfortable stay including a nicely stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture for relaxing after a day at the beach, comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms, great decor. While it was just the 2 of us on vacation, the condo is spacious and would accommodate a family. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone for future vacation plans.

Lovely, peaceful bliss!
What a perfect two weeks my friends and I just had at this spacious, beautifully decorated, well appointed beachfront condo. From the close ample parking, to the luggage carts (and a shopping cart), then up the passcode elevator, move in is a breeze! Enter the door code and you immediately see the Gulf of Mexico out the balcony door! Unit 106 is perfectly located with a view of tall sand dunes, hot tub to the right, and Bocce Ball to the left. With ground floor parking, restrooms, bicycles, and beach gear (surf chairs, Boogie boards, floats, noodles, sand castle toys, etc. to use and return), this 1st floor unit is actually on the 2nd floor giving a great view of dolphins! Inside the unit are more beach/pool items such as 2 beach umbrellas, lounge chairs, cooler, baby floats, and toys. With 2 queen beds in the spacious Master bedroom (overlooking the ocean with balcony entrance), a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a very comfortable pull out queen sofa bed in the Living room; we had ample room for 6 women. Linens are high quality and plentiful. There is enough space for everyone to unpack and store their clothes in a dresser and 2 large closets. The elegant yet casual beachy furniture is beautifully accessorized and comfortable. The large eat in kitchen (with view of the Intercoastal waterway) has new stainless steel appliances, ample dishes/cookware, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, etc., and room in the 2 pantries for the food we brought. Several styles of wine glasses were well used for our daily sunsets on the balcony. The large dining room table handles feasts, card games, crafts, jig saw puzzles, etc. with ease. For women in our 60s & 70s, we appreciated the large, beautifully tiled walk in shower and sit down dressing table in the Master En Suite bath. The windows open so we were able to hear the waves lull us to sleep each night. The propane grills next to the heated pool, are easy to operate and have the needed utensils. The unit was clean, fresh smelling, and inviting. The tile floors throughout, and the vacuum cleaner/broom made it easy to clean up tracked in sand. Having the double lounge cabanas for rent at the beach kept us from sunburn! This vacation was heavenly, and I hope to make it an annual tradition. Thank you for the wonderful memories.
