Sea Breeze 401

This condo has a great view and is very spacious. The kitchen was adequate. The beds were good. There are plenty of beach chairs/toys. The thing that we appreciated a lot were the recliners, made us feel right at home. It’s a short walk to John’s pass one way and Crabbys on the beach the other way. There are several other restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance. We would stay here again.

We were guests with a few extra days. Wish we could have stayed longer! Comfortable accommodations. Nice pool and hot tub. Ocean toys and chairs..great view! On trolley line. Small store across street provides basics so no need to have a car for short stays. May rent this exact spot again?

A huge very loud , nasty, unruly group of Cuban families took over the pool area, BBQ grills and area. Kids were hitting my granddaughter . We never were even able to use the pool . They were terribly rude, nasty and very loud. Took over the elevators, went right in front of us to get in while we waited. The maintenance man had to clean up their big messes by the pool. We were very disappointed that they over ran the condo. The police even had to be called for them. Wish somebody from your office was there to witness it.

Beautifully updated. Fabulous location and view. Loved the beach and pool. We’ve stayed in several places up and down the Gulf coast of FL and have decided this was our favorite. We definitely plan to come back!

My family, and I stayed here for our summer vacation. We love Madeira!! This home was everything we needed, and more. Perfect location to everything!! Walking distance to John’s Pass, and Candy kitchen. We walked every night to get ice cream. The perfect ending to each beautiful beach day. From the ocean views, to the bedrooms, this house had it all. My family, and I plan to return very soon!!

Beach view was awesome! Walked most places or grabbed the beach shuttle. Clean pool and hot tub. White sugar sand with no weeds. Very reasonable price. Friendly people everywhere!

The condo was clean & very close walk to the beach. The unit had ample linens and beach chairs for guests to use. Building was overall quite & a close walk to John’s Pass. The pool & hot tub were also very clean. Easy check in/check out process.

This was a great property! It was very clean! The size of the living room, dining room combo was really quite large! The sofa and recliner was extremely comfortable. The queen size mattresses were both very comfortable. I really enjoyed the corner balcony as I was able to watch sunrise and sunset from the same balcony. The beach loungers were available for rent (Tim, walked the beach and rented the loungers). The elevators were extremely slow, but being on the fourth floor the stairs were just as easy to take. One of the double beds could use a mattress topper. I contacted the owner, so I’m sure this will be upgraded shortly. The kitchen was not granite but I was wanting a clean unit close to the beach and that’s what this gem is!!

I was very pleased with this rental. It was clean and had lots of space throughout. The views are great from this room and its nice to be right on the beach. Parking was amazing and the location to come and go from this area is so easy. It was nice to have laundry just a few steps away, The pool could be a little bigger but it was clean and very well kept.I would absolutely stay here again.

This was our second time staying at Sea Breeze and we love it. The beach at this spot is great, location to shops, convenient and grocery stores is easy to get too. The little things like a garbage shoot in the hallway is great. The room was clean and had everything we needed for the beach that we couldn’t easily pack for our flight.

There’s only 2 things we don’t like about Sea Breeze that the condo owners should bring up at their meetings and that’s gate access. I get you want to restrict only those staying there to use the facility, and this makes sense to enter the pool area however to enter and exit the beech area is a pain especially when it’s next door to public beech access, anyone can go in and out the facility without using the gate, we often went that route rather then dealing with the code as our hands are full. It also doesn’t make any sense to require the code to leave the pool area, you wouldn’t be in there if you didn’t use it to get in and if you weren’t supposed to be there you’d just hop over the gate. Trying to leave the pool area when it’s dark you’ll need a flash light to find the letters and numbers for the code entry. The other complaint is the single elevator and how horribly slow it is. Everyone’s always waiting. If your not carrying a lot then I highly recommend the stairs, at least going down.

Location was amazing!! The beds and furniture were comfortable! Maintenance was very responsive. Kitchen was a bit worn and torn. Lots of popcorn under the couch that was never cleaned up. Sliding doors to patio doesn’t lock.

Great location, clean, restaurants and shops within walking distance, and easy check-in. Was also nice to have beach chairs, umbrellas, floats and more to take down to the pool/beach. Just need to bring your own beach towels, other than that, everything you need is at this location. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great family vacation destination. The dual balcony was so nice for a change of scenery. There is nothing more soothing to the soul than the sound of the waves. The location was great, just a short walk to Johns pass and my kids loved slurpees on the beach everyday with 7-11 across the street. The candy kitchen down the street was a cool place to check out as well. The place was exactly as displayed in the listing and the resort itself was very well maintained and clean.

6 women hard to keep Everyone happy all the time but this condo was perfect for us all.. this is our 2nd stay there in the last year In 401 and absolutely love it.. always meets our expectations.. perfect location and beautiful views comfy beds.. hot showers and plenty of room for everyone.. hopefully see again next year!!

The space, the amenities, the location... we loved everything about this place!!

The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to buy groceries and make our own food (& we even had a birthday party with birthday cake)!
The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet.

We enjoyed the ease of walking downstairs to the beach or the pool and really appreciated the closet full of beach toys and even boogie boards! Our kids had a blast.

We also loved how close it is to John’s Pass, a great place to walk around and enjoy the shops, restaurants, and numerous ice cream shops along the water.

Bottom line, we wanted to extend our stay because we loved it so much.
No complaints and can’t wait to go back!

Overall we loved the place and the location. I would return. Cleanliness wasn't the greatest: Dishes in the dishwasher and in the cabinets were not clean. Kitchen floor was especially dirty.

Had a great stay! Condo was clean with great views of the Gulf. Cupboards are outdated and pots and pans could be 'updated' but that's minor. We did not have children with us but was nice that there was a stroller & beach toys in the condo for use, along with beach chairs and umbrella's. Convenience store across the street, 10 minute walk to John's Pass with lots of shopping and bars/restaurants. Free Trolley rides with a pick up & drop off right in front of Condo complex was super convenient. Everyone we met was super friendly. Will definitely be back!

This place was much better than I expected. For the price I paid I wasn’t expecting the view that I had. It was absolutely beautiful. Dolphins would jump right outside our room you could see them from the balcony. We were within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Groceries were a 4 minute drive. The place is absolutely perfect for a getaway. I will definitely stay here again!

We needed to get away and relax. This location was perfect. Unit could be updated but not totally outdated. Room to stretch out. Nice and clean. One drawback but nothing owner's control: neighbors upstairs were stomping through the unit.

This was a great location, right on the beach and just a short walk to John's Pass for the Seafood Fest. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything you need for a weekend and to enjoy the beach. The corner unit and balconies on both the beach and street-side made it interesting. We will be back.

Property is as advertised! Very comfortable- beds and living space. We grilled out using property grill! Beautiful location the sand is like flour. Can’t wait to return! Spa has wonderful jets! Property management responsive and close by. Will be returning next year!!

The location was as advertised - end unit condo overlooking the Gulf - and was nicely decorated. Key-less entry was very convenient. Main shower was weirdly skinny, and the shower head could use a serious replacement. Two sinks were nice, though. Main closet had lots of beach accessories available to use, but was not organized. Upstairs neighbors seemed to be moving furniture all weekend long - or renovating the unit - not sure which, but was noisy. Would recommend (especially if the upstairs neighbor thing was only temporary).

We love our stay. It was comfortable and clean. We had a nice little getaway. We live close to another beach, but wanted to stay right on the beach. Coffee over looking the beach and listening the water was so relaxing. The rental agency were great to work.

Perfect beach location, close to restaurants without much traffic. Condo is in need of some updating but it was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed except beach towels (which was listed in the amenities but there were none so we had to buy) Would come here again.

It was great!
However there were no beach towels in the unit and the Master bedroom was very warm although we kept the blinds shut the whole time we were there.
It also would be more comfortable if the beds were not pushed against the wall. Not easy to get out of bed.
