Seaclusion Beach Townhome

Had the absolute best time. This couldn’t have been any better! So well stocked for beach days and rainy days too! We hope to be back again next year!

Property was generally as advertised, beach location is very good. Start up supplies for quests were sparse and absolutely of lowest quality. All hand soap dispenser bottles at each sink had been topped off with water. In a post covid environment this fundamental disregard for sanitary standards is simply unacceptable. The grill was gross, had large chunks of burnt meat and fish, it had not been touched. Lower level game room specifically the pool table should not be advertised as playable. Felt is full of holes and torn, siderails are bare with chunks of cushion dropping unto the surface, there is cardboard propped up under some of the legs supporting a completely unlevel table. Slidding doors and screens doors very hard to open or close. Game room smells of stale musty air. Kitchen was ok, beds were comfortable, no operating sound system in the home. TV's worked but basically cable channels were not accessible. We booked this home looking forward to playing pool in the evenings as several of us play regularly. I would not recommend this place and regret booking it.

Luxurious, spacious, clean, and a great location all rolled up to create a very special vacation experience for us. The furniture, including beds, were comfortable and clean. There are many great restaurants nearby. We highly recommend that everyone try Sweet Sage. We did not want to leave and we look forward to staying here again.

Family was happy with the rental. Great location, beautiful views, easy to get around. Plenty of space didn’t feel like we were all on top of each other. Definitely would recommend it.

This home is beautiful and great for a big family or large group. The beach access is very easy, and the beach here is one of my favorites in the gulf and not too busy. We will definitely return when we have the chance.

The house was a great place to stay with an amazing view. Beach was like a 5 min walk. It was a comfortable stay. We could not find any trash bags in the house which was an inconvenience and the hosts didn’t reply on time for the issues we were having. Overall a good stay and a great location.

This property was perfect for our 4 grandchildren (ages 3-7), our two children with their spouses and us. The beach is at your doorstep, restaurants are within walking distance and the basement was perfect for the kids!

We had a group of friends that haven't seen each other to get together on a ocean front property and enjoy each others company. It was relaxing and accommodated all of our needs.

9 adult friends stayed in the house. It’s a perfect location with beach access in a place that’s not too busy or commercialized. You walk in and out of the backyard onto the beach. Beautiful sunsets and very nice outdoor space options with views and plenty of furniture. Walkable and easy driving to restaurants and we rented kayaks and played pickleball right up the road. Plenty of room and kitchen was very well stocked with equipment for cooking and eating at home. Only downsides: 1) second floor has two full baths but one is en-suite, so 5 adults folks did need to share one bathroom there. 2) we missed the fine print that they didn’t have beach towels. 3) basement was quite musty, not sure if that’s from the hurricane or more permanent. Overall we would definitely come back!!

This is a beautiful Gulf front townhouse. Nicely appointed decor and kitchen appliances. The 5th bedroom is only a sofabed, which can be missed if you don’t read the fine print. Absolutely loved the crows nest upstairs patio. Besides that, it is a lovely home we would gladly rent again.

We had the BEST vacation at Seaclusion! The accommodations were better than described! We had a family of 12 with various ages and lots of room to spread out. The rental was clean and well cared for. The elevator was not functioning the first day. We were contacted before arrival and a technician came out the next day and considered what time was most convenient for us. We will be back for sure. This was a 5 star plus vacation rental!!!

We had a family gathering to celebrate a birthday. It was the perfect fit for a family with adult children. The adults were all able to have large private bedrooms and there was plenty of activities on site to enjoy. There is some maintenance that needs to be taken care of, but other than that it was a great location and size.

Our family had a very enjoyable stay at Redington Shores. Beautiful location right on the water. There were a few issues, but the managing company was very helpful right away. We appreciated the outdoor shower, high pressure for the indoor showers, open floor plan and beautiful balconies.

We were looking for a nice beach house for our family get together. Seaclusion was absolutely perfect for our need. The house was comfortable and spacious and certainly net all our expectations. The house was beautiful and right on the beach which made for perfect beach days and gorgeous sunsets watched from our balcony. The owners need to do a small number of repairs, ie the door handle on the French door / patio door is broken off so we had to be careful not to cut our hands, Also several of the deck lounge chairs are broken and need replaced. It would also be nice if a pack n play was included for use. All in all it was a great house and accommodated all 8 of us very well. Would definitely return to this place.

Shower door was broken would not close, one balcony chair was broken had to remove it. Other than those two things it was spectacular. Would love to stay again.

The location was excellent and I would stay again. There were a few maintenance issues like a missing patio door handle but nothing major. The property manage was a little rude when we were leaving and would not speak but overall we had a great time.

Beach area was fantastic! Clean and lots of kitchen items. Wish there were steps to basement instead of elevator. Be sure to take trash bags since only one was supplied in kitchen. Gave 4 stars for cleanliness since the upstairs pull out couch sheets and mattress pads were very soiled. We had 12 people staying and there was not enough hot water when we came up from the beach.

Great location right on the beach, fantastic views, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen! We greatly appreciated the beach chairs and fishing rods. Our family of 10 had a great time! We were pleased with it! There was construction next door but that is temporary.

7 adult women spent 3 nights in this fabulous beachfront home. The premier location on the beach could not be beat. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping but we drove everywhere - at the most 15 minutes away. The elevator was a plus! The home was immaculate and had everything we could ask for. I can't say enough about this home except that I want to buy it. We didn't want to leave.

From the time you enter the view just takes your breath away. House decor was very nice and practical. The layout of the bedrooms gave privacy and overall the house had plenary of space to be comfortable for a large family. I would definitely come back and recommend to friends and family.

We had a group of 12 guys come in for a weekend Bachelor party get together. The pictures don't do this place justice. Perfect location. Literally 20 steps away from the beach. Far enough away from the large crowds in Clearwater Beach and Downtown Tampa, but near enough for a short drive to explore those areas. Highly recommend and would love to come back.

We had a group of 12 guys get together for our friends Bachelor Party. The pictures don't do this place justice at all. Literally 20 steps to the beach. Perfect location. Far enough from the busy areas of Tampa and Clearwater beach, but close enough to do day excursions there. Highly recommend.

We were celebrating our annual Girls Retirement Weekend! The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach. Luckily we had beautiful weather… the view and sunsets were breathtaking. The beds and couches were very comfortable. The living room/dining area were open and large enough for our whole group to be together. The top bedroom can get warm, so we suggest leaving the curtain closed. 4 cars can fit for parking. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This beautiful beach house has a perfect location. We were just steps away from the beach and enjoyed breathtaking sunsets. The house was comfortable and had all amenities that we needed. The large living room/dining area is perfect for large groups. Maximum 4 cars parking. We were able to walk to a beach side restaurant for dinner.

We had such a wonderful time. The photos on the Airbnb website were so accurate. the views from the house were amazing. It totally accommodated our group and we had no problems what so ever. An excellent stay.

Multi story home with patios on each level and stunning waterfront location. The beach is a 30 second walk from the downstairs patio. Well equipped house and very communicative property management. Perfect for our yearly family reunion. Good for small children.
