Sunset Chateau 207

This was our first time staying at Sunset Château, and I have to tell you our family will be back. The condo was clean and well stocked. to our surprise, there were beach chairs, umbrellas, and a sunshade for the Littles to play outside on the beach with ~ but keep in mind. These items are not guaranteed, but rather items left by previous renters. The location of the condo was fantastic, right next to the elevators and overlooked the pool area. if you have small children, the noise from the stairway door could pose an issue, but it wasn’t an issue for our family as my children are nine and 15. The check-in process was smooth as well as the checkout process. I would highly recommend this condo to families looking for their beach vacation getaway!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Sunset Chateau. The location is perfect, off the main busy road, but close by to restaurants and stores. It is also on a less busy part of the beach and so just local residents use this portion of the beach. The condo was as advertised and perfect for our week. Our only nitpick is that the shower could have been cleaner, and perhaps a matress pad for the bed would be nice, although the bed was comfortable. All in all we highly recommend this place as the location can not be beat. All communication was excellent and there was a very easy process for late arrivals (such as we were) where it is no problem if you arrive after hours. We will look forward to coming back.

Very well kept up, construction going on but all in the name of improvement. Staff was constantly at property cleaning, updating, sweeping, etc. Very nice.

Location was great! Can't get any closer to the beach! Everything was around you you needed I'd say more towels and linens. There was a dog in the pool and the facility states no pets allowed. No enforcement anywhere on the property

Great location. Condo was clean and comfortable. We had a great time. Other guests were friendly, the beach was great and the water was crystal clear. Also close to places to have fun. There were (possibly) items left from past guests that it would have been nice to know were there, so i didn't have to use up precious suitcase space bringing along. For example, hairdryer. There were also many floaties and some beach chairs available and a cooler! ALL GOOD THINGS! We also left things. For example, more chairs and beach towels. So perhaps updating the list would be helpful for all future guests. Also, if information was left in the condo about the free transportation options that would be very helpful!

Location is great. Can’t beat it. Stayed 2 weeks. Our 4th time staying here 2nd time in #207. Needs a little updating. A new coffee pot for sure maybe a Kuerig. Bathroom could use update. But we love it here. There was walkway construction going jack hammering and concrete sawing was very loud and annoying. Maybe should have let guests know in advance this would be going on. But otherwise we love it and will be back.

Excellent! Amazing location directly on the beach. Just a few steps from door to sand. Great pool. This unit was clean and comfortable. Very comfy bed - memory foam. Kitchen well stocked with all the essentials. Would definitely book again. 10/10

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location.
