Sunset Chateau 312

Our second year in a row at Sunset Chateaux. We absolutely loved it and will be coming back. We went w the two bedroom this year. The beach isnt crowded at all and its 20 yards from the elevator to the beach. The pool is heated which was nice as it was kinda cool outside. A couple of laces to listen to music and grab a bite/drink within walking distance. 5-7 minute drive to grocery store/ and many restaurants.

Nice place with comfortable furniture. Directly on the beach. Elevators were not working properly when we arrived but the were being fixed while there.

Great views of the gulf. Easy access to the beach very clean and comfortable. Only two restaurants and bars within walking distance. But overall great place to stay hope to be back soon.

We come to Sunset Chateau every year and this was our fist time staying in this condo unit. The furniture was comfortable and all our needs were met. Will definitely be looking to stay here in the future.

The beach and sunsets were the best. The dishwasher was leaking on the floor on arrival. Our stay was for four nights so we requested repair after we leave. The only thing that was not available was an on site restaurant. There is a Caddy's only 1/2 mile away. Walk there if interested. Parking was $6.00 an hour. We enjoyed our stay The place was not new, but it was clean and safe. Broken appliance.

great location on Treasure Island. Listing says newly remodeled, but I am not sure when that was. Unit is in decent shape. As listing says, toilet paper and hotel-sized shampoo and soap provided as well as a few dish washer pods. lots of pots, plates, glasses silverware and cooking utensils. No hairdryer, hand/dish soap or paper towels, so bring your own. No clothes washer or dryer in unit (paid machines on each floor, $1.50 each, so bring change). No rack to dry towels, which would be nice.

This place is amazing. You can’t beat staying right on the beach, the view out the front door is literally the prettiest ocean view. The place was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. Parking was not a problem at all and they provided everything you may need for the beach: chairs, umbrella, sand sifters, pool noodles, etc. We never used the pool because the Treasure Island beach is the prettiest beach, warm clear water and lots of shells to find. The beach was peaceful and lowkey. You do have to pick up your keys at a different location but it is right around the corner and was not a problem. There are 2 restaurant bars on the beach that are only half a mile away, great atmosphere and on some nights even a live band. We absolutely loved our stay!

Right on the beach. Clean accommodations and comfy beds. You do have to stop at an office to pick up keys and parking pass and then drop off at office drop box on departure day. Would definitely book again. Can’t beat the view.

My husband and I loved our stay at this condo. The beach was very easily accessible and we loved having a view from the bedroom and living room. We also felt very safe with needing a key for the stairwells and elevators! The rental had beach chairs, some floats, and a beach umbrella. The only things I wish the condo had were beach towels and a hairdryer.

But the kitchen was poorly stocked with necessities like cook ware and utensils. It also has carpet and no way to sweep it???? Spend a few dollars on some of these things and the next tenants will have a perfect stay.

We used a sheet to cover it up but replacing the couches would have allowed me to give it a 5 star in all categories.

Great stay and great check in, check out procedures. The only suggestion I would have is since the condo is partially carpeted, please provide a vacuum for use. It got pretty dirty throughout the week. Also there was a broom but no dust pan. Great place but lacking basic cleaning supplies.

We love the close location to the beach, the pool is well maintained and the property is well kept. Our Condo is fairly well equipped but could be a bit cleaner (carpets need to be cleaned & bedroom door and paint peeling off the Livingroom side) minor compared to the excellent location.

This was a family vacation with my wife our son and his family. The owner of the condo was kind enough to allow all six of us to stay in their condo. We had a wonderful time and the weather was great. We went to Sea World and took a ride on a Pirate Ship at John's Pass. Also ate at great restaurants. Looking forward to booking future vacations at this wonderful condo!

The property was great. The beds were horrible though. The rest of the furniture was good. Needed a toaster, however we made due with the toaster oven. All in all it was a great stay and loved the location.

This was our first time renting with Resort Rentals but, it definitely won't be our last. The condo was great! The master bedroom was enormous and the bed was VERY comfortable. My husband keeps talking about how comfy the pillows were. The walk1in shower in the master bath was great after being on the beach all day. Our two girls LOVED their room and separate beds. This condo had everything we needed except measuring cups we needed for one meal but that was minor. We are most of our meals in since there were two grocery stores within 5-10 minutes of us. Having two bathrooms was a plus since we could have both showers on and hot water wasn't an issue. The only negative is the screen door was literally coming out of the frame exposing nails, but to us it wasn't a big deal since our girls are old enough to know better. MORE THAN AMPLE closet space for over-packers like myself and plenty of storage for groceries and toiletries. On the last couple days the second elevator stopped working, but we took the steps. The pool was perfect and right off the beach.
