This was our second time staying at this exact condo. We loved it the 1st time, which is why we returned and nothing has changed. The only issue we had was getting into the condo because the keypad batteries had died. However we contacted resort rentals and they sent someone right over to fix the issue. No other issues the entire stay. Would recommend and will likely be back again ourselves.

We just returned home from our 2 week stay at this listing. We had an amazing and very relaxing stay with no issues at all. The accommodations, description and pictures were all as listed plus some. We loved every second of our stay and miss it already. The best part was that we were right on the beach and for a very good price compared to other listing's or hotels in the area. Everything we wanted to see or do was within a short driving distance but we mainly relaxed on the beach. We couldn't recommend it enough and will definitely be returning again.

Extremely easy check-in, clear instructions and easy to find. Unit matched exactly the description and photos - no negative surprises. All amenities described were true, unit was stocked as described and everything worked beautifully! We would absolutely recommend Resort Rentals and the unit we booked to others. Amazing location on Treasure Island, Florida.

The room was outdated and under equipped. There was literal junk for some of the light fixtures - something picked up from a junk event and the light over the table was made of cardboard. Looks like it was last updated in the 80s - mirrored walls, and the decor was so mismatched. There was no vent in the kitchen, and the dishwasher was housed in a plywood frame that was painted white. There was crust on the utensils, food and trash left in one of the coolers, and there was schmutzy dust on most of the knick knacks. The elevators are locked for the night at 10pm (ad didn't mention). They give a key for after hours use, and we tried two sets and neither worked. We called the after hours number, and were told "we don't manage the property, only certain units". Fine, but there wasn't a hint of apology or concern. The only reason we were able to make it up to our room that night was because some random guy showed us a second set of stairs and let us in. We climbed the four flights - fine. We ended up using these stairs for the rest of the trip when arriving after 10pm. I don't mind using the stairs; I do mind that no one at the mgmt company seemed to care that we thought we were locked out entirely. I expect that for this price and this location the quality of the facility and the mgmt company would be top notch. They weren't. I'm hugely disappointed and the property is not nearly worth the price.

Love love love the beach access and view! The lady in the office was super friendly and very accommodating and helpful. Everything and anything we could possibly need like umbrella, chairs and sand accessories were available right in the condo. We will definitely be returning !!! Many other tenants and vacation goers highly recommended this building and location and I now understand why! There was nothing I didn’t like next, time I will be booking 2 weeks instead of one.

Great location right on the beach! My wife and I had beautiful views of the Gulf from the 4th floor. Great place to watch sunsets, and it is literally just a few steps to the beach. We also loved being able to park underneath the building in the shade. I would highly recommend Sunset Chateau to others, and we will probably stay here again in the future.

My parents and I had a wonderful stay. The condo was true to the photos that made me choose it online for our vacation. I had to sleep on the sleeper sofa which I was a little nervous about but it was very comfortable. The only problem was that it did not fold back together right. RR tech looked at it but was not able to fix it during our stay...so that was a bummer. 2 rolls of toilet paper was not quite enough for 3 adults for a week. The building and common areas were well taken care of. The location was perfect. We enjoyed the quietness but yet the grocery store and restaurants were just 5 minutes drive away.Looking forward to coming here again. liked it all

I love the way that there is a pool but yet the gulf is a very short distance to walk to and the water was so good parking was a challenge. only given one pass when lead to believe we’d have 2. so had to scramble to find a place nearby to park

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The condo is in a great location, right on the beach! The beach is fairly private and mostly used by people in the condos. The water was calm in the morning, but gained mild waves as the wind picked up during the day. We had a few things that needed attention by the management company and they were quickly taken care of. If you can't turn on the tv in the bedroom, it is plugged into a switched outlet. The switch by the door turns the outlet on and off. The condo itself is nothing special, but the location is wonderful! Spend your days on the beach like we did!

This condo was just what we wanted with waking up to the sound and view of the gulf. Great balcony for morning coffee and evening gorgeous sunsets! The beach was not crowded and we liked being able to walk to nearby eateries and shops. The condo had everything we needed and the owner was great with communicating. We highly recommend this beach rental!

Very nice condo with ocean front views! Great location, great beach that was not overcrowded and great for sunsets!! Miriam was very helpful with suggestions of places to eat and things to do in the area. Would recommend staying at Miriam’s at Sunset Chateau.

Nice, warm place. It’s not fuzzy and cold, but invites you into a nice Florida beach Condo. And the beach is below you, steps below you. This unit doesn’t deceive its place directly in the ocean. All amneties included.

The place was very nice and clean, the owner was super accommodating and that is such a big plus when your traveling. They had plenty of beach towels and Bath Towels. The Queen size bed was comfortable (which is a priority for me) and the pull out couch and Futon were also comfortable which is really rare to get a comfy pull out couch. I would definitely recommend this unit and we do intend to stay there again. Thank you Miriam !!

I am so impressed with this area and Miriam's condo and efforts. Let's start with the area. Well maintained, soft sand, 65 paces from the condo to the edge of the water. (Yes, I measured because most other buildings are a trek to the waters edge.) Well maintained, not crowded, almost like having a private beach. The area is a $5.00 tip ride to anywhere using the Free Beach Transport or use an $8.00 Uber. Close to a fantastic Mexican american restaurant that I highly recommend (VIP) and many other places to eat and drink. Free parking, wifi, TV in the living room and bedroom. Umbrella, cooler, beach chairs, noodles. Everything you need for fun and protection on the beach. Miriam is extremely responsive and easy to contact. The kitchen is fully equipped. Oh and did I mention the comfortable queen bed and the quiet air conditioner. Believe it or not this was very important to me. I have no downsides to share. The condo is a little older but in perfect condition. It was plenty of room for myself and my husband. Lovely sized walk in shower with plenty of towels. I truly recommend this rental and property for anyone looking for a resort feel/city holiday.

The condo was spotless. It had a well furnished kitchen, although it did not have a lot of staple condiments that other condos supplied, such as spices, sugar, oil. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, and the bath towels were extremely soft. There is a good supply of beach chairs and other items for beach fun. There is a key within the lockbox. Internet service worked well. I was able to stream on my computer with few problems. My contact for the condo, Miriam, was very responsive to my emails and very helpful. I hope to be able to stay there again.

This is a great property, perfect for 2 people. The bedroom was large with 2 dressers and 2 full closets to store all we brought with us. Kitchen was the perfect size and stocked with all we needed. Living room was comfy with a good TV for evenings. The sunsets were phenomenal and could be observed right from the deck. Through the bedroom window, Blind Pass waterway could also be seen. Walking distance to Caddy's (not the best food but great drinks and location), the 7-11 and a few other places. Dinner at Carino's was fantastic, too. Definitely coming back again for more R & R!

We loved this place! It was nice being right there on the beach. The condo was nice & the place was clean. There is a maintenance man that works all week keeping the pool clean & the area around very maintained. There isn't alot around to do, but we were there to relax & that is exactly what we did. We definitely hope to return some time.

I just spent a wonderful week at Miriam's apartment at Sunset Chateau on Sunset Beach. Everything I could possibly want was provided. The complex is right on the beach only steps to the water. On the one day that the Gulf was a little rough, I floated in the lovely pool. I walked the beach, swam in the Gulf, collected shells, meditated, and got my enthusiasm for life back. Dolphins, sandpipers, pelicans, and all kinds of gulls. Just sit, and let everything go. I look forward to coming back next year.

We were blown away by this visit! It is literally right on the beach and beautful. The condo is stocked with anything you might need during your vacation. There is also a great pool and attractions nearby. Miriam is also wonderful to work with and responds quickly. We highly recommend this vacation spot and condo :) We hope to return soon!

This is such a wonderful location!! The beach right outside your door, beautiful outdoor pool, everything you could need in the condo. We traveled with our 2 sons ages 14 and 9 and it was perfect for us. We saved some money being able to prepare meals at the condo and we had more than enough room for us and all of our goodies and baggage. I can't say enough about the location. It is not super touristy and has a real friendly neighborhood vibe. Plenty to do within walking distance. A nice scenic boardwalk that you can stroll and take in the sunrise. I cannot rave enough about this area. Great mixture of all ages. Great property, great location, and great owners. We had no issues whatsoever. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely keep them in mind for my next trip to Florida. Thanks so much!!

The property is conveniently located to many activities but its also very private. We were so pleased at how cozy and comfortable the condo was and it looked just like the pictures. This was just perfect for a relaxing getaway!

Clean and just as listed. Great place on quiet stretch of beach. Seems like lots of other snowbirds escaping the northern winter. Due to a cancellation, we were able to stay for a short time. Would love to return to the area. Lots to see and do!
