The room was clean. Described exactly as the description stated. The only complaint o have is that the pool area doesn’t have lounge seating so you can sunbathe.

Clean and well appointed condo in a perfect location right on the gulf. Several good restaurant options within a quarter mile, so walkable if you don't want to drive. Easy access to downtown St. Pete.

Loved the location! It’s right on the beach. Nice pool and the residents are very nice! It only has one washer and dryer on property. So it took a few times to find an open time to wash laundry.

We had a great time at Sunset Beach. We enjoyed the location. We could walk to Caddy's. The unit was very clean.

Someone should have notified us before arriving that building maintenance was scheduled most of the month. Water was shut off periodically during the week.

The Bedroom needs updating. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall in the bedroom.
The bathroom needs a retractable clothes line to hang wet swimsuits.

Our vacation experience was good despite the Coronavirus. We felt that Resort Rentals could have been a little more forthcoming to our question before we arrived about whether the pool had any restrictions with regards to the Coronavirus activity. Additionally, only one of the 2 elevators was working the majority of our stay. Very Inconvenient!(which is really an issue that the HOA needs to address) Otherwise, it was a very nice stay, and the Resort Rental Staff was very responsive to any issues.

Excellent location. Great access to the beach. The unit was very comfortable. The only improvement would be more places to hang things that need to dry - like wet swimsuits and towels. We liked it enough to be making plans for next year.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunset Chateau. The location is perfect, right on the beach with a full view of the sunset every night from the balcony.

Quiet and relaxed atmosphere, but there are restaurants and bars within walking distance.

My wife & I rented the sunset château for Christmas. As we were staying during the high season, we had to rent several different places in Treasure Island. Actually four of them. Sunset Château may not be the fanciest place, but it is the coolest one and the cheapest one with great people around us.

Unit 506 was very nice, attractively furnished with everything we needed. It seemed really clean, and I especially liked the abundance of white towels (with all linen laundry service provided). The location is perfect: gorgeous beach, quiet location, but still near anything you could want. This was our 8th year at Sunset Chateau (in different units, but always on the 5th floor), and the 5th floor is the greatest!!

We brought our 2 Grandsons to Florida and had the best time at Sunset Chateau.The beach is so close and enjoyed the pool. Everyone was very friendly.Would stay again. The condo 506 is very clean, exactly as you see in the pictures is what you get. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable

This condo sits directly on the beach and is a wonderful experience if you love the ocean. It is a simple building and easy living!!!

Sea Hags and Crabby Bills had excellent sea food! Easy access to church, grocery stores and retail mall and golf courses. Property was well maintained...pool was heated....neighbours were very friendly...relaxed atmosphere....wonderful customer service from Rental Agency 5 min from the condo.
We hope to return to this location!

The property itself was in great shape but the location is what makes it paradise. The view from the bedroom is over Boca Ciega Bay toward South Pasadena and the living area faces the Gulf of Mexico. Great for sunrise and sunsets. Of course, it also has the wonderful beach sands of Sunset Beach for a mile in either direction.
