Sunset Chateau 603

The condo was in a perfect location…..right on the beach, beautiful sunsets, lots of shells, great restaurants nearby, places to shop, etc. Plenty of room for our group of four and beds were very comfortable. We all enjoyed our vacation.

Resort Rental Property Management has terrible service. Right from the point of contact at check in the service was rude and condescending. When we arrived at Sunset Chateau the Cond was not cleaned thoroughly. The windows were cloudy with thick residue, the toilet had black streaks running down the bowl, the air vents were fuzzy with dirt, and the kitchen sink was plugged. Their cleaning service is subpar. For our two week stay with 4 adults we were given 4 towels. When we called and said we would need more towels we were told "it clearly states in the rental agreement this is all that would be provided." REALLY.... Everything about Resort Rentals screams of cutting corners and being CHEAP. When spending thousands of dollars on a vacation the last thing a traveler wants to do is haul his own bath towels halfway across the country or go to the laundry mat. Get real Resort Rentals and concentrate on customer satisfaction instead of your profits. I could go on with other examples and have pictures to verify all this, but I digress......

The condo was was somewhat dated, we had an excellent time and will be going back again. I would recommend this unit to anyone who is looking for a condo at sunset beach.

Our stay at sunset chateau 603 was nothing short of amazing. Co do was perfect. Lots to do locally and a quick beach walk to caddy’s and the tiki bar. Highly recommend

This place outdid my expectations! Small condo but has everything you need for your trip. Kitchen has pots and pans and closets have stuff for the beach (sand toys,floats, chairs, etc). The location was perfect for our family, it wasn’t in a super busy area but had things within walking distance. Beaches were not crowded even with spring break going on. Only thing that could have been added is a beach umbrella for some shade. I would stay again and recommend this place!! The sunsets from the front of condo are breathtaking. Thanks for the great stay!

We've stayed in this complex before but this condo was much more suited to our needs. We had plenty of room to spread out and the beach is so close. That's one of the main things we love about sunset chateau. The only thing the condo that was a bit challenging was the location of the microwave. Both my bf and myself are on the short side and had a real problem with the location of the microwave. It was above our heads and we had to get creative to use it. Other than that the condo was great and I can't wait to go again.

We had a great experience. The condo was clean and the view spectacular. Miriam was great at communicating and I will definitely return in the future. We took out 2.5 year old son, although we were on the 6th floor it was very safe for him. We will always remember that place as it was my sons first trip to the ocean.

Nice, warm place. It’s not fuzzy and cold, but invites you into a nice Florida beach Condo. And the beach is below you, steps below you. This unit doesn’t deceive its place directly in the ocean. All amneties included.

This 2br 2bath condo was perfect for our stay. When we realized the coffee maker wasn't working, the owner was very reaponsive and delivered a new one right away. We hope to stay here again sometime.

Miriam’s unit was perfect. The place was super clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and the master bath was especially beautiful with the recent renovations (I think). The bed in the master was a bit firm but the extra bed in the second bedroom was comfortable. We used the king bed (extra bedroom) for my son to sleep on which I ended up sleeping on some nights. The extra surprise plus we received was that the chair in that second bedroom was a rocker! Helped so much to put my 22 month old son down to bed in a strange place. You can see both the ocean front from the living room and the bay from your bedroom windows. Plenty of towels and dishes. The place only had 2 rolls of toilet paper (I don’t know if ya usually provided) so we just picked some up from Publix. We’d stay again for sure with our family of 4 next year if we don’t come with the in laws. Thanks for the beautiful rental!

Condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. We were very comfortable in both the living area and bedroom and we slept great on the king size bed. We especially appreciated the plush bath towels. Loved the well chosen beach themed decor! The location was ideal - great view and beach access. Conveniently located near good restaurants, shopping, and grocery yet on a quiet street not heavily traveled. Day trips to interesting places in surrounding areas were easily accomplished. No complaints! Hope to return!

If you want to rent a place where you are able to relax and have a lot of the beach to yourself this is it! The condo itself is very clean and nicely decorated. It is well stocked with anything you could possibly need: kitchen appliances, beach chairs, floats, extra bedding, books and games. There is a TV in each room if you need some space from others. The king bed sleeps like a dream and the luxury of two bathrooms was a plus. The bedrooms look out to the intercostal and you can see some beautiful sunrises as you wake up each day. There is a restaurant down the beach about 1/2 a mile which you can easily walk to. The condo association supplies carts to help you easily carry groceries or bags to the condo. Miriam was VERY easy to rent from and we can definitely see ourselves renting this condo again in the future!

We LOVE this condo. It's super clean and we had everything we needed. We were short a blender and the owner had one delivered to us on Monday (we arrived on Friday and noticed on Saturday). Thanks!!!! The view is awesome and beach access is so easy. The weather hasn't been great, but we've still had an amazing time just hanging in the condo. No complaints!

We have stayed at Sunset Chateau previously - this condo was very clean and spacious!! As advertised, right on the beach - just steps away. Great time for families, kids, etc. Minutes from John's Pass. We will definitely go back!

My husband and I were looking for a place to rent for the month of July. I found this place on VRBO. The views are fabulous and the condo was clean and most importantly "bug free"! The property manager was WONDERFUL!!! She was attentive and concerned that our stay would be the best ever. I would definitely rent here again. Thanks for the glorious vacation!
