Property was excellent . Does need more lighting in living iroom.The master bathroorm needs area for soap ,shampoo etc in the shower.

Location, beach and stunning ocean and sunset views were outstanding!! The beach is so clean and not too crowded. We rented chairs & an umbrella for the week from Sand Dunes Beach Services right next door - so easy & convenient! Loved that we could grab piña coladas for an afternoon treat from Caddy’s just 2 doors down! So many fantastic restaurants, ice cream, shopping in walking or a short drivable distance! We LOVE this area!!
The condo was clean and very nicely decorated with comfy bedding and plenty of bath towels. Kitchen was modest - has what you need.
Overall great condo! Will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. It was overdue time to decompress from the craziness of life. The place was perfect and the bed was the best bed for any place I have ever stayed before. The room, pool and beach was a great location for this much needed trip.

Rental was great. Perfect location. Parking spot for this rental was right out of the evaluator which made things very easy. Views from all balconies were great. Rooms were great sizes. Will stay here again in the future as this became my husbands favorite condo.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The location can’t be beat! Every morning, we’d sit on the balcony with a cup of coffee and watch the dolphins swim by. My husband was able to fish off shore and even had some luck catching some fish. The condo was clean and the furniture was extremely comfortable. Our kids loved the fact that we had the option between the pool or the ocean. The owners provided beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Our trip was cut short due to Hurricane Idalia, but between Air bnb and the host, they were able to work with us and compensate us for the majority of the days we lost out on. We really appreciated that! We will definitely be back!

I don't know where to begin!? This condo and company who runs the Trillium were phenomenal! Everything was sparkling clean from the inside and outside of the condo to the pool! There was one caretaker gentleman in particular that we observed everyday working extremely hard to keep the walkways and entry areas clean! Props and special thanks to him! As for the location...you cannot ask for an easier access to the beach from our unit. The condo interior was immaculate. We loved the beautiful beach decor and comfy oversized swivel chairs. The tvs were huge and bathrooms were big enough to spread out even when sharing. The beds were amazing with superior bedding and plentiful pillows. The rugs were one of our favorite parts because they really help cutting down the amount of sand when coming in and out of the unit...especially since they even have a small amount of carpet exiting the stairs and elevator making the sand come off before entering your condo! The views from each bedroom and living room was the most wonderful we've ever had...floor to ceiling glass. Also can't forget to mention how nice the furnishings were with more than enough throw pillows and blankets. There were beach chairs, an umbrella, and floats too! The fridge had an ice maker and water to save on buying bottled water! We cannot be happier and will tell everyone how amazing Resort Rentals was and how much we enjoyed Mad Beach. This smaller complex was 2 hotels from a seafood beachfront restaurant which helped with easy takeout each night! The condo had everything we could ask for in a vacation rental and we will definitely be back! Madeira Beach is our favorite beach so far for small crowds and laid-back atmosphere where clear warm water and sugar white sand brings us hundreds of miles from our TN home!

Just spent a week in this condo on the beach. Very nice place. From booking to check out resort rentals was very helpful. Would use their services again. Would suggest the condo have a “cheat sheet” on working the light switches as it was a bit tricky. Luckily the girls at resort rentals informed us the secret of the switches. Also the tv in both bedrooms had problems. Possibly a sheet on the working of the tv would be helpful but we figured it out. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate with us, as coming from Minnesota we hoped for warm weather. We did have a few days to sit on the deck and enjoy the beach and watching the dolphins so not all was cold. Nice to be so close to the beach.

A nice rental. Decorated nicely. Furniture is new, beds comfy! Building is older, and that shows some in the condo (cabinet drawers stick, ceilings are lower, master bath is small). But overall is great! And it’s right on the beach, there’s no dunes in between you and the water.

Hidden gem! Great condo on the beach overlooking the ocean. We saw dolphins every morning while drinking our coffee on the balcony. The beach was never crowded, and only a short walk to John's Pass. Great place to stay for a relaxed getaway. We'll bring friends and family here next time :)

We've been fortunate to have stayed at The Trillium for the past six years. With only 15 units in the building we see many of the same people each year and have developed some nice friendships. The building is well maintained, right on a well manicured beach and fronts on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Our unit could use some updating with furniture and new windows, but the owner has made some improvements which are appreciated. Dealing with Resort Rentals has been such a pleasure from making reservations to check-in to dealing with maintenance issues. Madeira Beach is definitely the place to be and Trillium is at the heart. We're close to the shopping and dining of John's Pass and the many fine restaurants up and down Gulf Boulevard. We're more than satisfied with Trillium and Madeira Beach as our winter home away from home.

The reason we chose this condo was because both bedrooms had a view of the beach and the condo did not disappoint! This was a plus because we shared the condo with some friends and didn’t want to debate who would get the better view! The location was great, walking distance to John's Pass and Candy Kitchen right across the street. Short drive to St. Pete Beach and Tampa. The downside was that the beds were very noisy and not comfortable. Also the washing machine kept moving throughout the cycle we thought it was going end up in the hallway! The coffee pot filter was missing but they also have a Keurig machine in the kitchen. Unfortunately, we had only purchased coffee for the regular pot. The condo and building was very clean. Building did not have any grills but the kitchen in the condo was well stocked with pots/pans/utensils. There were no beach towels but the condo did have two beach chairs for guest use. Parking was tight and I don’t think a big truck or SUV would fit but we did like that there was assigned parking so we knew our spot would be open no matter what time we arrived at night. We would definitely return to this condo!

The view from the condo was spectacular. We enjoyed many breakfasts from the balcony and drinks with the sunsets. Just steps out your door to a fabulous beach where we spent most of our days then finishing off with the inground pool. Condo was very clean with everything we needed provided. The sliders were very difficult during the day when the sun shined on them (possibly the heat causing them to swell) but handled better after sunset. I would recommend that they either give the carpet a good cleaning or replace it. We would definitely come again when we can!

We were very happy with our accommodations. The condo owners were very cordial to us as renters.Dolphins swam near the shore on several occasions.
The pool was enjoyable and during our stay, a new heater was installed.

This is my second time staying in this exact unit and unless I get my own place at the beach, it won’t be the last. It’s hard to get any closer to the beach than this unit, both bedrooms and living room face the beach and you’re only one floor up. Although the bedding and furnishings are a little outdated, the kitchen is excellent and the bathrooms are updated nicely. Great local restaurants are close and Johns Pass is even within walking distance. Just a few minutes away is a Publix as well so no lack for anything when staying here. Another plus is because of the lack of public parking in this area of the beach, it is never crowded even in peak, plenty of room to play your beach games or throw a ball. I love it here, I think you will too.

our first positive experience was one we first picked up the keys. The staff and especially Gayle were extremely friendly and very helpful about what to expect on our week vacation.
We saw the photos of the location and the condo on line but when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised that it was better then the pictures captured. The place was cleaned and had all the amenities of home. We spent the week with our children and grandchildren for our 40th anniversary and on day three of our stay we were surprised by one of the staff brining us champagne, crystal glasses a few treats and a Happy Anniversary card with all the staff signing the card and wishing us a great time. That was totally unexpected and very thoughful. We had a fantastic week and loved the area, the view and the condo.

For ten years Resorts has provided for an excellent vacation experience. They are dependable if any issue arises with a quick remedy. My wife and I have stayed in several condos within the same building every year. The condos are always clean and well maintained with kitchens well equipped. Frequent service is done in the secured lobby which keeps the area clean and fresh. I feel we were very fortunate to have started out vacation program with Resorts.

AMAZING!!! Beautiful location...
The only thing is the railing on the porches are very wide and not up to the safety guidelines that my husband and I would like to see. A small child could easily fit through the opening. Other than that it was very clean and an excellent location. Very friendly and great pool...

The condo was in great location, view on beach. Very nice, somewhat private area. Dawn at rental office was very helpful giving us alot of information as our first time to this beach area. I picked this condo as a relative stayed here in July and advised how nice it was. It was nice, clean, roomy comfortable and had everything we needed. Enjoyed sitting on balcony watching dolphins and walking the beach every morning for sunrise and then later sunset. Unfortunately we left early due to hurricane Irma, hopefully the place didn't suffer any damage. Was a great stay otherwise.

We experienced some wind damage in the area due to the storm and some power outages but we are pleased to pass along that ALL OF OUR CONDOS WERE SPARED AND ARE READY FOR YOUR ARRIVAL!!! :-) We fared really well in our area and got lucky; everything is in tact, our beaches are looking as AWESOME as ever, all power is on and everyone is doing great and getting back in the groove! We have stayed in this condo twice in the past 2 years. It is close to restaurants, the view of the beautiful beach is fantastic, and it is very comfortable. Gail at Resort Rentals is simply a wonderful person, very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The only thing that could be better is how the floors in the bedroom and bath were cleaned. Found very long hair on and under the rug in the bathroom and also in the master bedroom. Otherwise a great place to stay.

It is close to restaurants, the view of the beautiful beach is fantastic, and it is very comfortable. Gail at Resort Rentals is simply a wonderful person, very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The only thing that could be better is how the floors in the bedroom and bath were cleaned. Found very long hair on and under the rug in the bathroom and also in the master bedroom. Otherwise a great place to stay.

We stayed 12 days in January and truly enjoyed this condo and it's close proximity to the water. We also would like to commend housekeeping as our walkthrough after check-in found everything in order and clean and fresh smelling. Our only negative involved the spacious kitchen. There are new appliances, light and bright, but the kitchen is very lacking in serviceable pots, pans, toaster, wine glasses and salad & serving bowls. Many of these items and others in the kitchen were very old, scratched & useless.

The rest of the condo was light, bright and well laid out. Furnishings are getting a bit worn but very comfortable and clean. We especially liked the ability to open the three room sliders to take advantage of the cool breezes and lack of humidity this time of year.

Overall we very much valued our stay and have already reserved this condo again next year.

Very nice apartment. Directly on the beach and Gulf Blvd. Walking distance to restaurants and small shops are short.
A hairdryer would be nice.

Hairdryers are an item that owners are not required to leave as too often they go missing, unfortunately. Loved this condo and would go again. Unit was clean and had supplies. Location to beach was just steps away and it felt like we had beach to ourselves.Frequently saw dolphins in the Gulf.Also saw crabs ,stingrays and many seabirds (Pelicans,snowy egrets,great blue heron,cranes ). Parking is a bit tight but was under the building so it was covered. Close to John's Pass and unit was exactly as shown in the photos when I booked.

The view from this condo is beautiful. It was directly on the beach. right beside my beach chair were 2 sea turtle nests. We saw dolphins twice while we were in the ocean. We enjoyed our stay there and would love to come back in the near future.

It is a very nice condo. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, bathrooms clean, pool area spotless. The carpets in the bedrooms could use a good cleaning, but overall well maintained. We like to use the stairs, but this building's stairwell is very dark; perhaps more/brighter lighting. The rental people were ALL very frinedly and helpful.

We had a wonderful week here. The condo is perfect. It is well furnished and the view is the best I've ever had. Love the fact that each bedroom and the living room all have beach views. You are killed to sleep each night by the sound if the waves. I definitely recommend this unit and would love to stay here again!

Great location on the beach. The sounds of the gulf can be heard in the two gulf front bedrooms. Loved watching the dolphins play from the balcony and the sunsets are amazing. The Trillium is located on a quiet part of Madeira Beach yet close to restaurants, shopping, etc. One of our best vactions ever.

We had two condos this year (1-b,4-b).The condos were clean, well maintained, and management took care of a small problem quickly. The area is beautiful the beach great and the food is fantastic. This was our second time and were already planning a third.

This was my second stay at the Trillium, and the place gave me the same thrill as last year! Great location, close to everything, very quiet beach, amazing sunsets. Don't believe it can get any better! Half of the chairs by the pool were removed because they were broken: hopefully they will be replaced.

Our first stay in the Trillium. We loved the floor plan of 1B as the living room, and both bedrooms had sliding doors facing the beach. November weather allowed us to open the sliders and enjoy the sound of the beach all night long. Great time to visit, as the beach is rather quiet and peaceful, yet the weather was warm enough to enjoy the beach.

Trilliums location is perfect. We had a great time watching the gulf, swimming with the rays and dolphins, and going out for some fantastic food. The condo was very clean and furnished nicely. The wife says it needs a hottub but it's fine without. We're already planning to return next year (maybe sooner).

This was our first trip to Madeira Beach, and we couldn't have had a better experience. The property is ON THE BEACH. No dunes separating you from the beach, no bridge/pathway to the beach...you just go downstairs and you are on the beach. Go out on the balcony and look down; there's the sand! The property is also within walking distance to many restaurants, gas stations and a very short drive to Johns Pass (walkable as well, but the weather was so HOT). The property was very clean and better than we expected. You have a wide beach/ocean view from every room. We loved it so much, my boyfriend proposed!! This trip will forever be a great memory for us. I can't say enough positive things about the property and location. And we saw dolphins right in front of the property, which is always a bonus :)

This was our first trip to Trillium and we were very pleased with the condo and the beach. It was exactly as advertised. Even though it rained almost everyday, most of the rain occured at night or in the late evenings, so it really did not affect our 'beach time'. A few things that I noticed during our stay... To get to almost all of the St. Pete beaches, you need to drive thru St. Petersburg which can add a lot of time to your trip. (It took us on average about 15 minutes to reach a major highway.) Also don't forget to look both at St. Pete and Tampa Bay airports when you start looking for flights. We could not find a flight into the area for less than $320 per person (from St. Louis) but some other vacationers told us they got a special to fly directly into St. Pete (from Springfield, MO) for $150 per person, plus a rental car for one week for $70. I won't mention the airline, but keep your options open and look at more than the major carriers when looking for flights. All in all a very pleasant stay and we will be back.

After a week in this condo on the beach, none of us wanted to leave. The location was very convenient to shopping and restaurants as well as all of John's Pass. The beach was much closer than any of the other properties we saw while out walking. The views from the balcony were too perfect to believe. It was a quick drive to the museums in St Pete and restaurants in Treasure Island and Indian Shores. The beach was never too crowded, the weather was pleasant, and the beds were so comfortable. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a fun beach experience on the gulf side of Florida. We will definitely come again in the future. Downsides: only 4 guest parking spaces (our group had 2 cars - one assigned space) and the bathrooms could use updating.

The condo was even better than we imagined. The location was fabulous. We were there during Easter week and the beach was never over crowded. We enjoyed being able to walk out the door and onto the beach. It was nice to have the pool on the beach and to our surprise it was heated. Our favorite thing was being able to sit on the lanai and listen to and look at the ocean. The kitchen was very well equipped and it was great having the washer and dryer. It was one of the best vacations we've had together. I would highly recommend the property and location.

This is one of my favorite condo's and I would definitely stay here again. It is the largest condo we've rented in this area and in Ft. Myers. We have been vacationing on the Gulf for 40 years and we were very pleased with everything here!

As our family arrived so did Tropical Storm Debbie. Although, the weather did not cooperate for a couple of days the property was very nice and clean. My family throughly enjoyed our time at the Trillium #1B. The cleanup from the storm was immediate and quick. We were able to enjoy the remaining time on the beach. The rental was clean with up to date appliances. The carpet in the bedrooms were very clean as well as tile flooring throughout the rest of the unit. We would definitely stay at this property again. We had a wonderful experience!!

Convenient online booking process. Great location right on the beach. Both bedrooms have waterfont views. Pool was small but very nice (not too hot). The kitchen was REALLY well-stocked, with more than enough dishes, cookware, glasses and cutlery.

BBQ/grill on premises needs replacing; it practically fell apart when we tried to move it. It was inconvenient to have to drive all the way to St. Pete Beach to pick up and drop off the keys.

Thanks so much for the great review! I am glad you enjoyed your stay and the condo exceeded your expectations. Unfortunately I can’t help out with the broken BBQ grill as the Trillium does not have a grill on the property. The association does not allow grilling on the property and the city of Madeira Beach does not allow it on the beach. Hopefully one day that will change. I guess, a guest at some point, must have bought one and left it there.

We stayed in this condo with 2 persons from 10/29 till 11/09. It was magnificent.
The condition of the condo was good. A full and complete kitchen, a nice living room and
a great master bedroom. The view on the Gulf was brilliant. We did see dolphins every day.
We watched the sunsets from our porch. I made a small impression:
