Trillium 1C - Premier

We really liked the location. Close to a lot of restaurants and John’s Pass plus you can’t get any closer to the water then the Trillium. Beach chairs available to rent right in front of the building was a plus and Caddy’s Beach Bar is two buildings down with great food and drinks. Will stay there again.

It is very clean and nice. Beds were very comfortable except my son complained about the top bunk being hard. Overall we enjoyed it. Our second time in this building and we will come back. I would recommend this condo.

This was the best place we have stayed. Unfortunately, The instructions about picking up a key go the gate and the parking tag were not explained in the email or text which would have been helpful. We had to get directions from another family staying next to us. The personnel at the resort rentals office were very short not pleasant to deal with in person or over the phone.
The cleaning staff were pleasant and awesome to deal with.
Suggestion- get a code instead of a key for both entry doors and the gate to the beach. And leave the parking pass in the condos this way your guest don’t have to make extra trip 12 miles off site to get keys and tag and then have to take them back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 1C at the Trillium. When we initially entered the condo we were amazed by how clean the unit was. And Flo and her crew were so very friendly! The condo was beautifully decorated/furnished, pleasant deck furniture, beds were very comfortable, kitchen was very well stocked with small appliances and utensils. The Resort Rentals office was extremely friendly and ready to help in any way possible. We had one small issue with the shower door and it was quickly addressed by the maintenance staff. We would recommend that the shower head in the master bath be replaced. We had such a great time we have already booked for next year! Thank you!

It was a beautiful view and lovely condo. It was very clean, the blender didn’t work so they dropped a new one off within an hour, washer was very nice, lots of beach stuff, lots of kitchen stuff, pool is nice, janitor was very helpful and friendly, great location. Only downfalls: construction next (I mean right next to our balcony) so we couldn’t sit on the deck all day except after sunset; the cockroach was not welcome; the parking spot is very challenging (figured out it was easier to back in); did not appreciate having to drive all the way to the rental office to get keys after traveling all day.

The view was amazing! The accommodations were spacious and beautiful! Everything you need for the beach! Master bed was very comfortable. My husband has neck and back issues and he never complained once! It was helpful to have Wifi and cable available also. Just like home but better with the beach! The blender pitcher was missing so we were unable to make more than one smoothie at time. The patio door lock (gulf view) was broken and there was no security bar to use like in the master bedroom. We had to improvise with a broom stick handle.

Our family stay in 1C at the Trillium was perfect. It was even great despite the dishwasher breaking on the first day of the trip as it was promptly repaired on the next day. The condo, much to my surprise, had a closet that was stocked full of beach stuff (chairs, umbrella, beach mats, sand castle crap) that I didn’t have to buy or feel guilty about tossing at the end of our trip. The designated parking spot is the best in the lot. You’ll save a ton of money on dining by cooking breakfast and packing lunches with the fully stocked kitchen. You can also pack lighter because this condo has a washer and dryer. The walk to John’s Pass is about as far as I’d do but there’s plenty of cheap beach parking down there that’s not in the parking garage. Access to the beach at the Trillium is ridiculously close and I’d definitely stay at this place again.

The location is amazing in front of beautiful quiet Madeira beach. Condo is clean, my kids love the small community pool,. My only complaint is the lack of dish washer detergent, laundry, and essential supplies like working can opener, Dali & pepper etc

Everything was great about this condo- the location, amenities, etc. The only thing we were dissatisfied with was the cleanliness of the condo upon arrival. Countertops were sticky& rings from previous glasses remained on the countertops. Pans were dirty in the oven as well. The pullout couch was filled with popcorn & coloring book pages. After a good clean (what I could do with a vacuum and wet rag, everything was perfect. I suggest speaking with the cleaning company to ensure a proper deep clean between guests. Other than that- we loved every minute. We would recommend to family & friends.

Open and spacious, clean and comfortable, and everything we needed for a wonderful week on the beach! The large balcony was perfect for a morning coffee or an evening drink while enjoying the ocean sights and sounds. The location made it easy for us to walk to cafes and restaurants for all of our meals. Some of the best food that we've had in a long time (Gulf BIstro/Mad Beach Fish House). The beach was clean, groomed daily, and not overly crowded. The parking spot for 1C is sheltered and shaded from the sun. The Resort Rentals process was seamless. We couldn't find a single thing to complain about! Very pleased!

We had a great week at the Trillium. The location was good, the beach was beautiful, the condo fit our needs. We would have appreciated a few basics, like trash bags, paper towels, slightly nicer toilet paper, and hand soap. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation and we would definitely return to the property!

Right on the beach so you cant beat the location or the view. We really enjoy staying here because there are only 15 units in the building so it is very quite and not crowded. It is clean and well maintained, but not as well as you would your home.

This property is in a good location on the beach with a beautiful view. We stayed for a month and really enjoyed the area restaurants and the beautiful beach. The unit has a large den area with two sofas and two big chairs. There have been some nice upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is a big plus. This is an older property and for the price you are paying you might expect it to be like a new condo. The high price is due to the location and property and unit are in good shape. I am just trying to give anyone considering this property an honest idea of what they will be getting.We enjoyed it and are returning next year, so that tells you we liked it.

Great week away. Beautiful views from the balcony. Condo was perfect layout. The condo building had cockroach problem but exterminator came and sprayed right away. Despite that normal Florida problem, we would return. Couches were a little rough for wear but still comfortable. Plenty of seating and eating room. Nicely updated kitchen. Lobby door and condo door require different keys. Should probably be updated to be keyless/keypad entries.

We do apologize for the FL "critters" you saw, the condo association does spray the entire exterior of the building as well as each condo on the interior, but we are sorry for those persistent ones that you saw. Unfortunately they live here and the summer months make them a bit more prominent but are so sorry you even saw one. We also apologize if the key system caused any frustrations for you, being a secured building you do need keys at all times but do understand the inconvenience. My family and I went here on vacation this uear and we had a blast. The condominium that we got was amazing it was nothing like what I have seen before. There was tons of space to do stuff or just simply rest. The beach side view was amazing you could even hear the soothing sound of the ocean waves. The area around was nice also with many things to do. The ocean was also really nice and warm and the beach was just amazing. It was like a piece of heaven over there. I would definitely come again. ??????????

This was the first stay in 1C, and we found the condo to be very comfortable and well supplied. Two small problems : the patio door was almost impossible to open, and the outlets in the master bedroom did not work well. Only one lamp worked and the clock did not. Other than that, the stay was relaxing. Hope to return.

The Trillium is a well maintained, easy to get to condominium in Madeira Beach, FL. The sand doesn't get hot and the water is wonderful. Winn Dixie and Publix are close by and reasonable prices. Our favorite spot, coming back next year.

Trillium 1C is first class all the way. The furnishings, appliances and decor make you feel right at home (or what you wish your home was like). The location is excellent with tremendous views of the ocean and a short walk to great bars and restaurants at John's Pass. We got exactly what we were looking for, a great beach vacation at a great condo. This will not be our last visit.

This is our second trip to Madeira Beach. This time we were a little farther down and closer to John's Pass. The beach is awesome and the weather cooperated with sun and heat every day. The breeze was just enough and the water warm. The condo was nicely appointed and large with plenty of room for us. The beds were comfortable and there was everything you needed. The views are awesome and sunsets every night from the balcony. There is a building going up one condo over but was not overly noisy. The pool was very warm and not crowded at all. We were pleased with the condo overall. A few issues with the keys to the back door of the building not working as well as one set for the condo taking several attempts to work so we took both sets with us at all times just in case. Overall, everything was fine. Would come back again.

Loved the place. Lots of room, great view of the beach, clean and the remodeled kitchen was equipped with all of the utensils and dishes. Our only complaints are the patio furniture needs cleaning badly, the patio door is almost impossible to open and I think the hurricane shutters in the master bedroom should be closed for noise abatement.

Our stay at the Trillium 1C was awesome. We had a breath taking view from our balcony and saw dolphins daily!! The condo was spacious, clean, and equipped with plenty of towels and bedding for our family. One toilet would not stop running and maintenance was quick to respond and make the repair. The location of our condo was great as well. Not just for beach access, but it was walking distance to John's Pass, restaurants, groceries, and the trolley stop. We will definitely return to the area and use Resort Rentals.

Loved the condo. Great furnishings and large space. A few minor suggestions- The bedding on the single bed in the 2nd BR won't stay on, the WI Fi router should be replaced, The TV setup is wired wrong, the sliding glass door is difficult to open and close, and the screen to the balcony should be replaced (bugs got in). Would stay there again.

You can't get any closer to the beach. Loved the apartment, really spacious, beach view from living and kitchen. Beach sand is white and soft like powder. While the building is on the unspectacular side, the location is wonderful and the apartment is a gem. Owners have put some TLC on it. I would recommend it to everyone.

Clean and comfortable, loved being able to sit at the breakfast bar and see the ocean. Loved the clean feeling of the all ceramic flooring throughout. Updated kitchen and bathrooms were very nice!

This property is updated with all the amenities and located on a beautiful stretch of beach close to John's pass. Couldn't have asked for any more. Everything is pretty much within walking distance i.e., good restaurants and bars. Have been at this property twice now and will definitely being staying here as much as possible. Resort Rentals was great to deal with as well. Very professional group of people. We didn't have any issues during our stay.

Lovely condo. The balcony view and furniture on it alone made the rental worth the price of admission. Spacious, clean, close to good restaurants and shopping but access to the beach and surf is what was the best! Our only problem was managing the sliding screen on the balcony door. We were so busy that we did not report it til we left but I am sure maintenance would have promptly attended to it had we called earlier. Definitely plan to return and have already recommended it highly to friends and family.

We had a great time ringing in the new year in Madeira Beach. The condo was clean, quiet and well-appointed. The proximity to John's Pass and other shopping and recreation was a plus. The beach was very nice and not crowded at all! The management company was very helpful...booking the condo, check-in, and check-out was a breeze!

Our vacation in Medeira Beach was wonderful. The condo was great. The ocean front was so relaxing, enjoyable everyday. The weather could not have been better for this late in the season. I would recommend this to everyone. We will be back and we will be calling to rent again. The only thing we would recommend is to have the sliding glass door in the living room repaired (gunk in the tract, door was very hard to open and close and the MB toliet ran continuely, had to jiggle handle often.

The condo is just beautiful... Quite and well located for families. The only down side is the very small and cold pool. I guess when you are staying on beach a pool is not that important.

We enjoyed again our stay at the Trilium, it was the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation. This was our 7th stay at that building and our second in this specific unit, everything was great, except for the beach chairs, we had to buy one as there was only 1 available, but the rental office contacted me afterward and told me that now they they have chairs and umbrella for the guests if there are none available at the unit we rent, so we'll know next time if needed. The weather was lovely, the dolphins were there again... we do recommand this location for your vacation.

We've stayed at the Trillium many times and this unit is definitely one of the best. Beds were very comfortable and the living and kitchen area's are great. Very quiet location on the beach during spring break. Will definitely be back!

We've been in this building a few times and we have always enjoyed it and this unit was certainly one of the best. It was very nicely decorated and comfortable, again we enjoyed seeing the dolphins and loved the beach.

Incredible beach and beautiful condo - would highly recommend it to anyone. The grounds are very nice (unlike most near it that only have tall grass/beach). The pool area is a great spot also - very clean - and still right on the beach. Perfect location. John's Pass, only about 1/2 mile away - is a hoot.

Top of the line in all aspects of this newly and beautifully remodeled condo on area of Madiera Beach that is less hectic and crowded than other areas. Hope to be able to stay here year after year! Small pool and no hot tub so maybe not the best place for a lot of kids but for those who are looking for peace and quiet, look no further.

Overall the ‘Trillium’ is a very good condominium and unit 1C is fantastic.
1C has been updated with beautiful appointments.
Please inform the owners of 1C that there are daily calls from a collection agency.
The public beach access on the north side can be quite active.
