Trillium 4A - Premier

This property was everything we hoped for. The beds being comfortable was a big relief as my last stay at another Madeira Beach condo left a lot to be desired. The space was functional for the most part. The only thing that really bugged me was the hallway bathroom door opens out into the hallway which is a narrow space making it a bit dangerous if you happen to be on the other side. Overall though, that's not an issue that would keep me from renting again. My kids loved their bedroom and having their own balcony made them feel "fancy." The building itself was clean and well maintained. Be aware that if you have a covered parking spot, it is extremely narrow to get in and out of your space. Again, that is far from a deterrent to rent, but more of a warning that a full size truck will most likely not fit. The view was beyond spectacular along with having those HUGE sliding doors made the living space immensely enjoyable.

This place was amazing and the view was spectacular!! Condo was exactly as advertised. The only complaint is the blinds very much need replacing in second bedroom. Maintenance came to repair but really could do much. Just replaced one slat. Light shined in from street every night and couldn’t open or close. That was aggravating but livable. That being said, we loved this place. Had a wonderful trip and next trip would very much love to stay here again. Thank you so much.

Nice property. Enjoyed our stay. Only complaint would the supply of toliet paper and paper towels and towels and wash cloths. The toliet paper and paper towels were very thin and were like using sand paper. For a condo that sleeps 6 and cost you would think there would be ample supply of towels and wash cloths. There is one of each for each person. After that you either buy more or wash towels and wash cloths every day. Who wants wash towels and wash cloths everyday? Not me. I am on vacation. The view was georgeous!

From start to end our rental property was absolutely wonderful! The layout the condo was exactly as shown and the views of the Gulf were breathtaking. We enjoyed dolphin watching each afternoon from the balcony! The condo was fully equipped with beach chairs, beach toys, and even an umbrella and pop-up tent which was very useful for our family. We look forward to making a return to the Tirillum in the future!

The kitchen was well organized when we arrived. We were able to find everything that we need. All the appliances are top of the line. The bedrooms are really nice especially the second bedroom which comes with two full-size beds. Parking is on the property. We got a completely shaded parking which is really nice under the Florida heat. The location of this property is also very convenient. We had visited many beaches along the Gulf Blvd and would walk to John's Pass Village just about every evening. We want to thank the owner of this property for having provided your home and helped make such a wonderful memory for my family.

Condo was in a great location and the area was not overcrowded like other beaches I have been to in Florida. My only problem was having to carry a key with me to get on/off beach and into Condo building. Would be nice to add some sort of digital keypad and do away with the keys.

There is nothing better than having a panoramic view of the ocean without even leaving the room. This property has just that. It's clean, modern and has everything my family needed. The kitchen was well organized when we arrived. We were able to find everything that we need. All the appliances are top of the line. The bedrooms are really nice especially the second bedroom which comes with two full-size beds. Parking is on the property. We got a completely shaded parking which is really nice under the Florida heat. The location of this property is also very convenient. We had visited many beaches along the Gulf Blvd and would walk to John's Pass Village just about every evening. We really enjoyed our time staying here! They condo was in great condition and very comfortable! The only issues we had were with the deadbolt on the door and the parking is very cramped. When we arrived, the deadbolt malfunctioned and we almost weren’t able to gain entry into the condo after traveling all day. We notified Resort Rentals on the next business day and they sent someone out right away. The maintenance man was unable to fix it and it wasn’t replaced during our stay. The door knob lock still worked so that was a relief. We would have felt better with the deadbolt in operation, but at least we were able to secure the door. As for the garage parking, if you have an SUV such as a Suburban or Tahoe, it’s going to be TIGHT if not impossible to park in the garage.

The property was absolutely lovely. It is, as depicted on line. I immediately felt right at home. The balcony was amazing and made me feel like part of everything without moving a muscle. My only complaint (and I hate to call it a complaint), is that there could have been a little more attention paid to cleaning: the beautiful windows of glass, the ceiling fans, remotes. Also, it would have been nice not to have to buy detergent, dish washing liquid, aluminum foil, paper plates, etc. There are basic things that would be helpful even if you’re only staying a week (ziplock bags, press and seal, cleaners, sponges, even salt and paper). None of these things are expensive and can be purchased at a local dollar store and would be very helpful to anyone staying one night, one week or one month. Overall, I am so glad that I accidentally ended up here. My search began (on line) in Sarasota and 3 days later, I ran across this lovely place and it’s centrally located town. You too will be happy if you stay here. My only regret - I couldn’t stay longer, well and that red tide was present. Still, I was very happy to be there. Thanks for allowing our visit.

Condo was very lovely and looks just like the pictures. Sorta felt like home as soon as I walked in. The balcony was amazing and made you feel like a part of everything without moving a muscle. Madeira was a great centrally located town so you can check out local cities while there. The condo could use a more thorough cleaning (ceiling fans, remotes, beautiful windows, etc.). Some of the bulbs in the master bedroom and bathroom were out,. And some basic (inexpensive) supplies would have been helpful: detergent, aluminum foil, paper plates, salt, pepper. We ate in a lot due to COVID, so many of these things we had to purchase. But I would certainly stay here again. This place is beautiful, there are only 15 units so that made it a much more peaceful place. You can’t go wrong staying at this unit, it’s amazing.

As for the rental company, I didn’t get the warm fuzzies from them. Initially, I was told the condo may not be ready even though it was 3 pm. We didn’t live around the corner, we had flown in from Dallas and had been waiting all day to get the key at 3pm. When I went in to check out, the lady at the desk barely looked at me. My husband and I spent a lot of money to stay there for a week. At the very least she could have thanked me for staying. It would have taken 10 seconds. I am a good renter, I chose this place over thousands of others, I was visiting for a short time and if you are the representative of the owners and in a sense, the city itself (for first time visitors), I would like to have felt welcomed.

We arrived a few days before Christmas 2020 and our family of 4 stayed in Trillium 4A for 7 nights. It was a very large condo with a large kitchen and a great balcony overlooking the Gulf. The balcony wraps around the side as well. Because the balcony is recessed from the adjacent balconies, it blocked the wind, which was very nice this time of year. We went out on the balconies off the bedrooms to get an idea of how windy or cold it was before going down to the beach or street. They have a nice view of the intercoastal and the street, as well as sunrises. The location is great! Walking distance to John's Pass restaurants, shopping, and a great little coffee shop named Sweet Brewnette. We also ate at The Reef and it was very good. A cute little candy shop was within a few blocks as well. We had a car, but didn't need it for most of our trip. The view from the kitchen or family room is amazing. The wall of glass allows you to see the gulf. Sunsets over the water are amazing! We were able to see many dolphins in the morning and just before sunset. The water was pretty cold being December, but the beach was great. Plenty of shells and sand. The condo was very well maintained and clean. They had several beach chairs, sand toys, and all of the kitchen appliances needed. The place where everything goes (bowls, plates, etc.) is carefully labeled with a handwritten label. The television in the family room was nice. The stools next to the kitchen island were very nice and provided a good area for sitting/eating and talking. (There was no problem with water draining in the shower, so I would disregard other reviews that you may read concerning this.) The pool was small but heated. We could take the elevator or stairs up to our unit, which was nice. There was a rolling cart near the elevator to assist with bringing luggage in from the car. We absolutely loved the condo, the location, and we would highly recommend it! We would definitely go back again!

Location was great being close to some fun "COVID" safe placing such as the Zoo and Clearwater Marine Aquarium. The condo was very clean and well equipped for a quiet family vacation. The sand was perfect for sandcastles! We will definitely return!

This was a last minute decision due to the hurricane. I am so glad we chose this condo. We loved the St Pete area. The condo was fabulous!! We loved the fact that there were only 15 condos in the complex so the beach wasn’t very crowded. Being just steps away from the beach was awesome & the condo was nicely furnished. Definitely on our list to come back to!!!

Our 10 day getaway was fabulous. The rental company was pleasant to work with before our arrival and when we checked in. I would recommend them for any rentals need you have. We already reserved our spot for 2021! We could not have asked for any more perfect weather and the perfect condo to stay in. We have stayed here a few times and it is one of the nicest and cleanest ones around. The owners should be proud of how the management takes care of the necessary cleaning (especially during these Covid times). Everything was spot on and also had a few extra essentials like soap, extra trash bags, and the ever allusive toilet paper. There was not a shortage at the store for anything that we needed to buy, food or otherwise. The beach chairs were a plus because we did not bring ours from home. It was possible to sit on the beach everyday and soak up some good Vitamin D. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your condo. See you next time!

My husband and two sons had an amazing time at this condo! Everything was so nice and very clean. We had a little hiccup when we arrived. We drove a truck and our parking space was underneath the building which had a low clearance. We made it in but basically had a difficult time parking. We mostly walked to places which was not bad at all. There were plenty of places to walk to eat at. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

This is my second time staying at the Trilllium Condos and will always be my choice. The size of the building lends itself to small quiet groups. The beach at your doorstep is not crowded and a lovely pool just adds to the experience. You're far enough from John's Pass to avoid crowds and noise but close enough to walk to. Our Unit was spectacular, exactly as pictured and full equipped with the exception of unusable beach chairs. However we were able to rent chairs and an umbrella from the beach for the week.

Trillium #4A is one of the best condos that we have stayed at while vacationing in Madeira Beach. The condo is well equipped with all the necessities that you would need while your away from home. It is beautifully decorated throughout the condo. Also the condo was conveniently located to all the restaurants and area attractions. As always it was wonderful. A few minor things - small ants on kitchen counter-got in my granddaughter's special cookie from Panera-it was in a bag on counter, just had a piece of tap to close it. Check filter on refrig-after drinking water, there was a little sediment at the bottom of the glass, looked like sand? Other wise was wonderful, will be back next year. Clean condo, had everything you need. The closet even had chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and pool toys to use. Pool was on the smaller side, but we were usually the only ones occupying it. The beach was never crowded. There are places to eat, shop and entertain. The garage is a little tight fit but manageable. Overall -- great place would come back.

This was our second year in a row staying in unit 4A. It was an excellent stay. We enjoy this location it is very convenient to many restaurants. The beach in front of the unit is just steps away. The kitchen was fully equipped, also many beach items including umbrella/chairs/cooler etc.I'm looking forward to our next stay here. My disappointment would be the unit was not as clean as before, and noticed some insects in kitchen.Also, I wish there was an easier drop off for keys. Wish we could leave keys in drop box at unit.

In regards to the key drop off, that is something we are working with the condo associations on and we too would love to have a drop box at each building location for the convenience of our guests!! The building location is excellent! The narrow beach here is a plus, making it easy to walk out and making the view from the condo like a cruise ship. The condo was beautiful and functional. The only problems were that the beds were too old and saggy for this to be labeled a "premier condo," and the AC was next to the 2nd bedroom and kept it way too cold if we wanted to adequately cool the rest of the condo.

We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the condo, minus the bedding, and we do apologize if it was not a good fit for you. We do understand that everyone’s preference in this department does vary but we are sorry if it did not work for you and we know that can be frustrating. We have a number of condos in the Trillium building to choose from, as well as at other locations on Madeira Beach, and perhaps we could offer another condo that is a better fit. We enjoy this location it is very convenient to many restaurants. The beach in front of the unit is just steps away. The kitchen was fully equipped, also many beach items including umbrella/chairs/cooler etc.I'm looking forward to our next stay here. My disappointment would be the unit was not as clean as before, and noticed some insects in kitchen.Also, I wish there was an easier drop off for keys. Wish we could leave keys in drop box at unit.

We had a great time in this Condo! I came down to St. Petersburg to visit my daughter and son in law. The condo was spacious and clean and had everything we needed to stay in and cook and enjoy family time if we wanted to or be lazy and stay there and spend the day in the ocean or pool. My granddaughter and a friend of hers came with me too! Being close to John's Pass with all the shopping stores and bars They also enjoyed every minute! Being right on the beach we viewed many beautiful sunsets and even a few sunrises! I would highly recommend this Condo to anyone looking for a condo that is in a great location, close to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and John's Pass. I will definitely stay here again!

Everything was wonderful from booking to check out with our stay at the Trillium. This is our 2nd year in the unit and like the beach because it is not crowded. The unit is fully furnished so we don't have to take items with us. We even left behind a small cooler, a chair and some floats for others to use and found them still here this year!!!

Tastefully decorated condo with a well stocked kitchen. Chairs for the beach, great views from the balcony and linens were new and fresh. The beds were comfortable. Parking is limited and hard to get into with larger autos. Most important was the proximity of the shoreline. It was close and we didn't have to walk a mile to the beach.

This condo was simply perfect!! We had plenty of bedding, dishes, and tons of room...we were with a large group who were in other condos in the Trillium, and ours was the perfect gathering place for our meals...Loved the view, of course, but most of the comfort of the entire condo, including the furnishings..we will be back. We really enjoyed our stay at Trillium 4a. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen is beautiful. We saw the dolphins swimming most every day and the beach is great!! The pool is small but warm and clean. We walked to John's pass several times (3/4 mile). We are already talking about planning a trip next fall. My only complaints were the non-functional ice maker and the extra firm couch.

Everything was wonderful as always. I would suggest getting some more chairs around the pool. People sitting there were very aggressive people and would fight with anyone that sat in the chairs besides their group. We finally just left pool area, too aggressive for us..lol..a few more chairs would make these nasty people happier I'm sure.

Beautiful updated condo. The pool is heated which was a bonus because other guests complained that it wasn't! I would definitely recommend this condo to friends! Very quiet (even during spring break)! The parking spot is a little hard to get in and out of, but we mainly walked everywhere!

Trillium's location is outstanding. Close to all necessary venues. 4A is an updated condo and the best of those we have used. Well equipped kitchen. Newer applicances. Open kitchen with granite island. A pleasure to stay in this unit.

The view from this condo is spectacular. The Condo is even nicer than the pictures. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was also within walking or short drive distance to shopping and restaurants. All the restaurants in the area were wonderful!! I loved coming out each morning and drinking my coffee on the patio to see the dolphins not too far out in the ocean. I loved it!!!!!

Loved the open kitchen and the island where we all sat and ate our meals. The view was fantastic, every morning we had breakfast. On the balcony, watching the Dolphins swim by. The beds were very comfortable but the couches needed updating. The only problem we had was the assigned parking space was very awkward to park our minivan not a lot of space to maneuver.

The counters were not cleaned off and the refrigerator could have used some cleaning. The trash was not removed. These are not major issues but first impressions are important!

The sofas were very outdated. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

This condo is perfect!! The view is wonderful, the condo is comfortable with a great kitchen living room, dining room all open to each other. We would suggest a little more comfortable couch but wasn't awful at all because there was a lot of seating with the sectional and an extra couch. We were there with another couple and it was perfect for us. The balcony was huge with views from two sides. We will definitely be back next year to this same condo if possible. The elevator in the building was a little slow and hot but definitely not a deal breaker for us. The pool was nothing special but we weren't really concerned with the pool with the beach so so close. Great condo that we could live in ourselves and be very happy.

We had an incredible stay. The only problem we had was with the guest that was parked next to us that decided he would put all his seashells he collected on my car which caused damage. You may want to make a note somewhere in your rules that people should not touch other peoples cars.I realize this is not your issue since it was a guest that did it but maybe a note on rules would help.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH OUR STAY AT THE TRILLIUM. THE CONDO WE RENTED WAS 4A AND IT WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. IT HAD ALL OF THE AMENITIES WE NEEDED. WE WOULD SUGGEST THAT YOU PROVIDE A CART TO ASSIST RENTERS IN MOVING THEIR BELONGINGS INTO THE CONDOS

This was our 6th year staying at the Trillium and obviously, we love it. The only recommendation we'd make is the pick up and drop off of keys. We would like it to be made more convenient for guests. Would it be possible for keys to be left in the room (instead of returning them to the office) when we leave?

This particular unit is newly upgrade, it was bright, clean, the mattress are very comfortable, we would recommand this place to everyone. You can see the dolphins from the balcony every day.
