We’ve been coming to Trillium for years; we come 2x a year, and it only seems to get better with time! 5C is our favorite because there’s no one above you and the kitchen is very nice. The view is priceless from the extra large balcony, perfect for morning dolphin watching and nightly sunsets over the Gulf. The pool is well maintained and the water is very nicely heated. The location is primo. This is our second home. We’ll be back in April. See you soon!

Great property, extremely well furnished; right on the beach with chair and umbrella rental right outside the door; common area immaculate; Resort Rentals response very timely should there be any issues; close to excellent restaurants and grocery store; gracious helpful professional Staff working at Resort Rentals. The view of the Gulf was the best we have ever had! We usually stay at Treasure Island Resort so this was a first for us in 6 years of going somewhere else besides there! It was well worth it! We will definitely be back here! LOVED IT

Absolutely LOVED this condo! By far the best view in the entire building (PERFECT sunset views)! We saw manatees- sharks-/and dolphins from the balcony and even swam with a couple of manatees during the stay! Condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed plus more! Pictures don’t do it justice. Gorgeous unit!!Master bed was a bit uncomfortable- slants on the sides but middle of bed was fine! This building and unit require a set of keys to get in- they are separate keys & are actual keys. The gate to the beach also locks in the evening and requires the lobby key to get in. Hopefully that will be updated to a passcode in the future ! There is also only one cart for bringing in bags or groceries for the entire building.. so you might want to prepare yourself to make many trips or do like we did as well as other families and use a beach wagon we brought from home! The condo is worth it though!! We will ABSOLUTELY be back! 5 stars !

This unit is amazing !I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony the view was amazing and has a breeze.The master bed was very comfy only complaint is the unit was Hot even with ceiling fans on and blinds closed .I did'nt like that the thermostat was locked so the air could'nt be adjusted any lower than 72.

Beach towels I understand, maybe the building could rent them somehow? The beach chairs and bags in closet were great!!! Something we didn’t have to buy. Great place, great location, exactly as shown in the listing! We loved the double slider doors leading to the balcony where we could watch the sunsets. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and heated pool. The living room / kitchen area was very comfortable and had plenty of space to hang out with our family over the holidays. Highly recommend! We would gladly stay there again.

Condo was wonderful it was within walking distance to many restaurants. The designated parking spaces were great because you never had to worry about getting a spot to park, It was well equipped with everything you needed. The only thing that was missing in the complex is a grill. I will stay there again.

This condo is amazing. Perfect layout & perfect location. I give it 4.8 stars out of 5. Like others leaving reviews, the use of keys to get in & out of the beach area, the lobby and the condo is quite cumbersome...especially since every person in our party needs a set of keys. Also, the owners closet is lacking. Would be nice to have some beach towels and a cooler. Other than that, the condo was perfect. We'll definitely visit again!

All aspects of our rental went very smoothly. It was easy to pick up the keys. The codo was very clean and prepared for our stay. We loved the location. We had a leak in the dishwasher, but the agency sent a repair person the day we called. They were not able to fix the problem during our stay, so we did not have a dishwasher. Not a big issue, but they were very helpful during our stay.

This property has such a great view. Shady mornings to relax and enjoy the sights and sounds and what a view of the afternoon sunsets. The unit was fabulous, nicely decorated, and included all the items you have at home.
Bring a little food, a few paper items, drinks, and your swimsuit and enjoy.

We all enjoyed our stay. Sitting on the balcony felt like you were literally sitting on the waters edge. Great spot for reading and relaxing. Over the years we've spent many weeks in St. Pete beach, Treasure Island, Indian Rocks Beach and Maderia Beach. The Trillium 5-C was a great find. We will be back and will share our experience with our friends.

This condo is large, very clean, and beds are very comfortable. Loved the kitchen, it has everything you need. The balcony is large and the view is spectacular. You are literally steps from the ocean. Enjoyed having coffee and watching the dolphins swimming by. Great place!

We once had to call service for a very small matter and it was taken care very rapidly. The condo was overall clean but it would need just a little more attention. We had to clean the ceiling fans before use for they were really dusty. A "Spring cleaning" would do it. We loved the place, the view was fantastic. We would certainly return. If you are traveling by car with a baggage compartment on your top... you will not be able to enter the parking under the building! The ceiling is really lower than all the other places we have rented so far. We had to park the truck in a visitor's space, unpack the container and take it off the top of our vehicle. And bring the container inside the condo lol!

Unit 5C is one of the best properties we had ever rented at the beach....very comfortable with plenty of room and supper accommodations! Only suggestion would be to have some dishwashing detergent and a sponge for clean ups at the sink, extra roll of paper towels.

You should have found at least 1 dishwasher pack for your use; we always leave 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 hand soaps per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel, 1 single load packet of dishwasher soap and trash bags in each waste basket at the units. This unit was very clean, updated and included the basic necessities to get you started on your vacation. The pictures are true to what you get. The ocean view is amazing. You have the amazing view from the living room, kitchen and dining areas. The rooms do not have ocean views, but do have somewhat of a canal view. We really loved the fact that we didn't have to wash any of the linens, as they are taken care of by a service. The building is a little old and there is no one available on premise to assist with questions, but you can call the vacation rental office and they are able to assist. The pool is quite small, as it only allows about 9 people in at a time, but it is a small building so not many people used it while we were there and besides having the Gulf a few steps away, there is no need for the pool. Overall had a very nice stay and would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at 5C recently for Spring Break! Six of us comfortably stayed in the condo. My in laws were very pleased that it is a smaller complex which particularly made parking much easier. The condo itself was very well maintained and equipped. The views are spectacular. I don’t think a day went by that we didn’t see 3 to 15 dolphins swimming close by. It’s less than a mile walk to John’s Pass. There are several great local eats along the way too - including Candy Kitchen (yum). We loved it so much that we tried to book it for next year but it’s already taken. We highly recommend this unit. You won’t be disappointed.

Very clean unit. A few steps to the ocean.wish the bedrooms were also on the ocean side due to the fact the street noise was quite loud with the roar of motorcycles well into the early morning hours. Very helpful and nice at the office when picking up the key to the unit. Many restaurants near by.

Very impressed with Resort Rentals staff. Our complaint about internet connection was addressed very quickly as without connection no phone! Never did get entry intercom to work. A bit concerned about extension cord running under carpet. Overall it was an exceptional stay and would definitely come back again. Enjoyed the sunsets!

Words can't describe the experience we have had at 5C year after year. We consider this our home away from home. It is impeccable each time we stay, the location couldn't be better, and the property management company is second to none. We have been staying in this particular unit for years and hope to continue to do so as our kids get older and have their own kids. This is the ultimate family retreat!

The condo was wonderful...very spacious, great views, and a closet full of beach items, When you look out the glass doors all you see is ocean. TV's were big and had a stereo sound system with the living rooom one. Bed was very comfortable and the AC worked well.

Resort Rentals was wonderful. As you can already see, the website gives you fantastic information and I can confirm the photos are up to date. Checking in/out was a breeze and the folks there acted like we were long lost family.

The condo is someone else's home of course and sometimes things break. The dishwasher broke while we were there, but RR got their maintenance guy there promptly and RR followed up with a phone call.

Highly recommend the property. Enjoy your wondeful week on the beach!

Rental Agent Resort Rentals is most helpful. Trillium 5C is top floor and beautifully updated. Modern kitchen and bathrooms with all necessary equipment. View of beach and the gulf is outstanding. The lobby, building interior, and exterior are kept exceptionally clean at all times.

This is the third time we rented at Trillium.
First was two years ago in another unit. It was great. Last year we reserved 5C and gave to our friends and this year we used 5C for ourselves. The unit is beautiful and well equipped. We enjoy the view and peach and quite. All the people we meet are friendly and nice to share time with.

The condo was awesome. So much room for our family of 4. Very clean. The views were to die for. Weather was beautiful everyday. Not a huge complex so not a lot of people which is nice. The condo had a few beach chairs and umbrellas and a styrofoam cooler in the closet.Very close to Johns Pass. The only thing I would suggest is to have a few other necessities on hand. For example...salt and pepper, dish soap, a few spices. Nothing major but it would help. When we left I left a few of those items. Overall it was a great condo, great location and plenty of room.

We had an incredible week at the Trillium. The location is perfect and being able to have a view of the strip out the master and then that outstanding view of the Gulf gave us the best of both worlds. The condo we stayed in rocked! It was completely updated, towels and linens were clean and of a high quality (I have stayed places where the linens were like paper). The kitchen was so well furnished--we had gourmet meals nearly every night. The layout and spaciousness of the condo gave everyone plenty of room to stretch out. We never felt cramped with six people. The pool was small but really the perfect size and the location right off the beach made it easy for me to keep an eye on the big kids at the beach while my little one and I stayed at the pool. The building is a little older, the elevator a little slow, and we wish there was a key code system so check-in/check-out isn't as inconvenient (have to drive to St. Pete to get keys and then drop them off). But it was all worth it and really not a big deal. I can't say enough great things about the condo, the property management company, or Madeira Beach as a whole. We will be back again and again!

5 star. Great place, great view, soft sanded beach. Steps away from the ocean..you dont have to walk a mile away to get back to your room if you needed to get a refresher. Walking distance to Johns Pass.

No one in our party of 4 had ever rented a condo before. I must say it completely exceeded all of our expectations! Very nicely decorated, wonderful view, appliances in wonderful condition. Beds comfortable. Just can't say enough to justify this place. VERY clean. Pool was very nice and really warmly heated. LOVED IT. There is a binder on tv stand to give you ideas of places to visit while you are there. We added a few of our own that we found. Overall.. not a negative thing to say, other than our vacation wasn't nearly long enough! Thanks so much!

Only regret was the weather...only 1 sunny day the entire week. Sea fog did not burn off...But you can't control Mother Nature! Cannot say enough good things about the condo..fantastic!!!!
