We thought condo was nice. It was clean well kept but a few things would be nice. There were 3 woman in 60s. We have stayed at Madeira Beach several times even at this complex. They will always have a few beach towel’s because for woman or anyone buying towels and then trying to pack them to take home. Is not easy. The shampoo and soap was nice but most of us bring it with us. It would be nicer to have salt,pepper, cooking oil, dish soap, laundry soap, dryer sheet, and a few more trash bags. Also if you could leave a sheet with how tv works. We could not get a guide to come up and once we got a station we just stayed. Also if you just tell the people how to lock the door when you leave. Getting in was not hard but none of us had seen a lock like it before. But your condo was well done.

All went well accept for the wrong wifi network and password but we figured it out. The garbage disposal was locked up. Everything else was wonderful. Thank you soo much.

We loved the condo it was clean and the view of ocean was beautiful! Short distance to Johns pass and beach. Pool was nice & appreciated the key system to everything! Condo had everything we needed and plenty of space we would love to stay here again!

Great layout, plenty of space. Just steps from the beach. Clean except for the master bathroom shower which had mold on the walls that I washed off myself. The electric kettle to heat water was filthy as well. The spare bedroom mattress was uncomfortable but the master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Overall, we loved the condo and would return.

Very nice condo. We have stayed there before. We love Villa Madeira!! Our only issue is that we are not connected to e-mail after we leave home so we did not receive our instructions because we left on Friday morning. Resort Rentals have told me that I will need to be able to get e-mail next year on my phone because they have changed their computer program. I hate that because we have really enjoyed our stays there, but we are not going to add any electronic apps to our phones in order to book with them.

The condo was wonderful. Plenty of room for our family of five. It was nice for everyone to have a bed instead of one sleeping on the couch. The beds were amazing! Very comfortable. Location of the condo was great. Within walking distance to John’s Pass. The keys to get up to the room or in or out of the beach were a bit of a pain but the extra security was nice. Would highly recommend.

Nice and quiet throughout the complex during late April. Mostly families with smaller children and middle-aged couples like us. Never crowded at the beach, the pool was nice and warm. Condo was great with all the needed amenities. Dined on the balcony for every meal. Great location with ice cream and coffee shops nearby plus a manageable walk to St. John's Pass for souvenirs and dining out. Got some great sunsets.

We were very happy with this condo rental. We loved that it had beach chairs & a wagon in the closet. We left our Florida sand shovels to hunt sharks teeth in there also. It was a perfect location to Hubbards Marina where our grandson fished two separate times. We loved the candy/ice cream shop across the street. The clean and wonderful beaches great for walking. If I had to give anything negative it would be that we had to pick up and drop off keys at another location. We got in late and everything was left as promised outside their office and when I returned the keys the nicest lady was working so it wasn't all bad. Also that we needed keys to get in and out of the gate to the beach. But we got used to remembering our keys and realized it did keep us safer. I would rent here again. Had a wonderful time. Also loved that we could leave all our unopened food on floor 3 to deliver to the food bank on our departure. Made us feel much better about overbuying. ♥

We have stayed at Villa Madeira in the past and have a new favorite unit! 202 is open, roomy, lots of storage, very clean, 2 great pantries in the kitchen, great kitchen appliances, fabulous master bath with seat in the shower, tons of dresser/closet space in the bedrooms and the balcony is roomy, screened & has seating for 6. Our twins loved the bunk room and we loved that it was the no-window bedroom. Despite that room being small it had a dresser, closet space, a nightstand with lamp and fan, and the stackable washer/dryer which worked great. There is a large closet loaded full of beach things so no need to bring your own! They had boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, umbrella holders, snorkeling sets, tons of sand toys & mesh carry bags, outdoor games, frisbee, football, woven mat for the sand, coolers and even sunscreen! The building itself has assigned parking, guest spots too, fabulous tiki huts and loungers lining the beachside, and a great pool with more loungers. You can walk across the street to the candy kitchen and even take a beach walk down to John's Pass. Great area! We very much hope to make Villa Madeira 202 our summer spot from now on - highly recommend for families with kiddos!

I needed a place for my son and I in St. Petersburg last minute when my mom became ill. Colleen responded quickly and made sure we had everything we need when we arrived the next day. The condo was perfect. Very clean, comfortable beds and linens, great water pressure and everything we needed in the kitchen to cook throughout the week. I would definitely return to this property again and hopefully enjoy It’s great location under better circumstances.

Our family of five really enjoyed our stay at Colleen’s condo. The “beach closet” is filled with multiple beach chairs and umbrellas, many sand toys, buckets, nets, balls, and racquet games—we should’ve left our toys at home; hers were better! My family members appreciated that we all had a bed. Usually someone is stuck on an uncomfortable sleeper sofa, as everything seems to be geared toward families of four. Early in the week, we noticed that the washing machine was extremely loud, so I contacted her and she came over the very next day with a repairman who determined it would need to be replaced, though it was OK to use in the short term. Colleen gave a us a restaurant gift card for the inconvenience, noting that she wouldn’t be able to obtain a replacement until after we left. That was so thoughtful, as it really wasn’t much of a bother. It is clear Colleen takes good care of her condo, and we would highly recommend a stay here.

This is the 2nd year my family has stayed at this condo and it fits all of our needs and wants. The balcony directly overlooks the beach and the gulf. My mother can enjoy the gulf without leaving the condo. Great for the whole family!

This was a family vacation and my grandsons had a great time. Condo was clean. Colleen was easy to reach when I had questions. Since we weren't familiar with the area, Colleen sent us an email of places to eat and places to explore. Overall, we would come back again. It did rain for 2 days, but we were able to go shopping those days. We liked the fact that you had to have a key to get in the building and to access the beach and pool. Thanks again for a wonderful trip!!

The entire VRBO experience is quite smooth. This is our 5th year renting in this building and have had several different units. This unit was on the lower south end of the building. Unit was clean an had some updates. Communication with the owner was very good and she was quite nice. The unit is very close to the pool which is convenient if you are a pool person. I would note that being closer to the pool does come with some additional noise at times but not overwhelming. Overall a very nice unit and as always the sunsets are incredible!

Myself and 4 other girls arrived @ Madeira Beach late due to our late flight into Clearwater. We had issues with the lock box not working, so I called Colleen and she drove right to us in less than 15 minutes with a key! I felt so bad having to call her so late, but she was so sweet and chatted with us about stores and shops close by that we should visit. The awful red tide had arrived there several days before so the ocean was pretty much off limits but there was a nice, clean pool that we enjoyed almost every day. The 2nd day we came back to the condo after spending the day at the pool and found that Colleen had left us a sweet gift with a note saying that she hoped the red tide didn't ruin our trip. Such a sweet and caring gesture!! We all still talk about how sweet she was. The condo itself was super nice. The shower in the master bedroom was amazing!! The porch was screened in. I wasn't a big fan of that feature, but it wouldn't keep me from renting again. I only wish they were removable so more air could flow. However, there was a ceiling fan on the balcony so that helped a lot! The view from the balcony was beautiful! There was an ice cream shop right across the street that was to die for!! Definitely try it out! I liked that there were restrooms by the pool, very convenient. Overall, a great experience! We will definitely be back next year for our 2nd annual girls trip!!

Colleen described the property perfectly! It was direct beach access and private and clean! We were impressed seeing the property patio/pool area being cleaned everyday and meticulous. The condo was very nice and had all amenities and "beach toys" available to us. She was very proactive in providing details of checking in as well as some great recommendations of what to do in the area and where to eat. Keys placed in lock box located at the condo was very convenient! The owner was very kind and easy with which to deal. This condo is now a favorite of ours. It has a stunning view of the ocean and the sunsets. The condo is clean, comfortably furnished, and met our great expectations. Colleen (the owner) was available before, during, and after our visit to answer questions and meet any of our needs. It is about a mile from Johns Pass so there are great little shops and really good restaurants close by. We walked there three times on this trip. Our son and wife live in Tampa so we hope to get to return here soon. I just can't say enough good things about this property.

This is the best condo we have ever stayed in! If upgrades and fancy fixtures are what you are looking for, this might not be the place for you. However, if you are looking for a spacious, family friendly experience, this is the perfect place to stay. First, there were more than just the basic one-use supplies. We always pack extra garbage bags and detergent, but there was actually a decent amount of these types of items there. Second, the shower in the master bath was amazing. Everyone in the family preferred using that shower. Third, the best beach supplies are furnished. We left some goodies for future guests. The beds are comfortable. The condo is clean. Colleen called to check on us during the stay. We come to Florida every year and have never had that happen before. We love the view and the proximity to the beach. We watched the dolphins play right from our window. If I were to make a suggestion, it would be for a nice lounge chair on the balcony. We enjoyed all of our meals on the balcony, but I would have spent even more time with the right lounge chair. We will be back.

We had a wonderful time! The check-in process was so easy! The condo was very clean when we arrived. Everything was very comfortable!! I loved having the screened in porch so that I could enjoy sitting and eating out there at anytime and not have to worry about bugs flying around or getting wet during those summertime showers. The beds were comfortable, as were the living room couches. The 3rd bedroom (with the bunk beds) is very small and shares the laundry, so it's better suited for smaller children. Our teenage daughter stayed in there, but had no complaints, because after all, you only need it to sleep there, right? The master bath is perfect! My husband and I really liked the fact that the building is so secure! You have to have a key to enter the elevator or the the stairwells, which means no one can just walk in from the street. You also need that key to get in to the pool. The condo is conveniently located to John's Pass, restaurants, and grocery stores. Thank you, Colleen, for sharing your home with us!! I hope your place is available for our next vacation!

You'll love staying in this 2 bed, 2 bath condo right on Gulf Blvd. in Mad. Beach. Steps to the beach, pool and loads of loungers in the patio area, complete with sun shaded palapas. The condo was just as described, very inviting and super clean. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was a time saver. Colleen is a great hostess, very welcoming and interested in your vacation enjoyment. Have no hesitation about renting this lovely condo.

We were a party of 4 and the minute we walked in the condo, we knew it felt like home! It is a clean, beautiful condo. Nice and private for 2 adults. The view of the Gulf is amazing!! The décor was outstanding. Comfortable beds along with nice updated bathrooms. The shower in the master is fantastic! I really loved the fans in both bedrooms and the Lanai. We met the owner Bob, and he was very personable and welcoming. Also there are great restaurants that Colleen recommended that we ate at. Never had a bad meal. After many stays in this building we have found our favorite condo! We visit Madeira Beach each summer and have stayed in many condos in Villa Madeira. The pictures are nice but we were very impressed with the condo once we arrived. The condo is very clean, well maintained and had everything. The updated sliding doors made the nights very quiet. Many of the people we met at the pool did not have the updated doors. The master bath was beautiful and even had a walk in closet. We can't wAit to visit again next summer. You will not be disappointed. The condo is so convenient to the pool and beach. We rarely used the elevator. The owner was very accommodating and responded quickly.

Great stay in June. Second floor unit is perfect. The beach is clear from the condo down to the water. No beach grasses and stickers to fight through. And there are only 50 units, so the beach is not crowded. Sealife incredible in this area. Manatees swam right by us two days. Dolphins always playing out there. And a giant school of stingrays swam by as well. And of course fish. Condo has everything including sand toys for kids, 4 beach chairs, umbrella, etc. pool was very nice also when you want to get the salt off and get some shade. Shower in master bath awesome and powerful water pressure. Awesome stay. And if you want to rent jet skis do it at Fly N High over at johns pass. Do everything online and then just go there and get on jet ski. They have lockers for your stuff too. Don't have a single complaint about condo. Thanks!

We had a wonderful vacation at the Villa Madeira! Colleen was so accomodating. She notified me 3 days before our trip to let us know the pool construction was not completed and so there would be no pool for our kids but she booked another condo 2 blocks down for the use of the pool! Her condo is absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of room and she put up a crib and high chair for our baby. The views are outstanding and the beach out front is beautiful with soft sand. We actually swam in the ocean! I'll definitely recommend this condo to anyone and will stay here again!

This is way over due as we returned from vacation to the hustle bustle of life. We stayed at Villa Madeira Mid-May to celebrate College and Grad School graduation with our adult kids and had a fantastic time. Condo is right on the beach, porch is completely screened in. Beach Chairs and Umbrella were in condo which was great since we had flown in. We rented umbrellas from local beach service a couple of days so that we were all set up first thing--it was great. Master has fantastic King beg, Bedroom with Queen and Twin Bunks in den/3rd bedroom--Bunks a little snug for my 6'1" adult son but he made it work fine and it gave us a couple of laughs. Colleen was wonderful to work with and worked with our schedule for arrival and departure. We would definitely stay here again. Try Lisa's for breakfast, lunch or dinner just down the way(walking distance)-- we ate there for dinner and brunch-one of our favorites even though it looks like a dive. Also Middle Ground, Feola's at The Thunderbird and Conch Republic-we didn't have a bad meal the entire trip

Just left Villa Madeira today and miss it so much. I had my daughter, son-in-law, and 2 grandchildren with me and we had a wonderful week. The sleeping arrangement was perfect for us, the beach chairs and toys were a nice surprise and the view was amazing! I have never stayed in a condo so close to the sand. This condo was AWESOME and just as advertised. Very clean and just as pictures show. View is amazing and location was perfect. Easy access to beach (never very crowded) and pool was nice with beach view. Directly across the street is an ice cream and candy shop and convenience store. John's Pass is just down the street with many restaurant options (Friendly Fisherman was great!). We would recommend this condo to all our family and friends and will definitely rent from Colleen and Bob again when we return to the area!! Thank you!! If you have a car and don't mind about a 15 minute drive we recommend you eat at the Brass Monkey!

There are no surprises here. The condo is just as advertised, clean, well equipped with everything you need and tastefully decorated. That being said I arrived at 11.00 AM by car and my kids arrived from the air port at noon. I met Colleen in the parking lot and she let us unload our luggage as soon as the master bed room was cleaned. At that time I was also given the keys. Once the car was unloaded we were all able to fit in the car and go for lunch. When we got back at 2.30 PM the condo was cleaned and ready for us. The location of this unit in the building is perfect. Close to a stairwell, swimming pool and exit to the beach. John's Pass is just down the street so depending on what you want to do there are lots of options there to choose from. There are also many real good restaurants a short distance from the condo. There is a bait shop, ice cream store and convenience store right across the street. The next time I come to Maderia Beach with the family this condo will be my first choice. Thanks to the owners for making our stay in their unit a memorable and pleasant experience.

The condo was very clean and had plenty of room for our family of 5. We could not have picked a better location for us. We were walking distance to John's Pass and a short driving distance to Clearwater and St. Pete's Beach. It was great being so close to the Gulf...we could hear the waves at night while sleeping, we saw dolphins from the balcony, and the sunsets were fantastic. A few very minor complaints were that the pool was not warm and the water heater was pretty small so we had to space out our showers for a family of 5. Overall, I highly recommend this condo. If we stay in the area again, we will definitely look into staying here.

Wonderful beach, great location and lovely unit with the most comfortable couches! The large balcony was a perfect place to spend hours relaxing while listening to the waves and looking at the prestine beach! I was very happy to have all the cooking and baking items needed to be able to fix our meals. My 85 yr. old mother was with us and with the convienent parking and the elevator we had no problems. It sure was nice to be looking at white sand instead of the other white stuff we usually see in Michigan. We hope this is available next time we make it to Florida. Thanks for sharing it!

Beautiful condo with an exceptional view of the gulf. Enjoy every sunset on the fully screened patio. Condo was very nicely decorated, clean, and the living room furniture was very comfortable. A 42" flat screen with DVD player (not blueRay) and cable was very nice. Did I mention how clean it was. Full fridge with icemaker, and washer and dryer. Also a hair dryer in the mstr bath. Truly enjoyed our 10 days of relaxation, golf, beach and great ocean sounds to fall asleep to. Thanks again for working with us for the extra days....loved it!!!

The view is breathtaking from the screened in balcony. The condo was clean and well kept. Check in was a breeze. The only "issue" we had with the condo was a lack of towels. There were only 6 towels provided. We had 4 adults and with beach activities sometimes would need to shower more than once per day. We felt like we were doing laundry constantly. There were also only a few kitchen towels. Overall though, this condo was great and we would love to return!

This is our first experience with Resort Rentals and Villa Madeira. It won't be our last. The company is very thorough and professional The unit was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully appointed. While the art work is outdated Florida kitsch, everything provided suited us to a T. We love staying in a home environment as opposed to a generic motel/hotel room. Lovely pool, well-kept and clean. Of course, who can resist the wonderful sugar-sand beach. Loved watching the dolphins in the mornings while we enjoyed coffee on the balcony, and pretty sunsets t night.

We were very happy with our condo experience. It was nice to stay in a smaller building with less people. The condo was very nice, clean, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed using the beach chairs and boogie board in the closet. It was great that there was a ceiling fan on the balcony so we could sit out there every morning. The rental company was quick to respond to our inquiries. We found some great shells on the beach and saw some dolphins. It was definitely a great condo to stay in and would recommend it to anyone!

We just returned from Madeira Beach and our stay could not have been better. The location of the condo is direct gulf front with a great beach and even better view. Each night we enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets from the privacy of our own balcony. The condo was larger than what we expected and extremely clean. We absolutely fell in love with the area with so many activities nearby. The owners even emailed suggestions shortly before our trip which we took full advantage of. We can not wait until next year!

This condo is so beautiful !! It is bright, super clean, updated, comfortable with everything you could ever need for a vacation. It just feels like your own home. The balcony makes you feel like you are sitting on the sand...it is so close to the water & beach. Wow what a gorgeous place. The spectacular gulf view from the living room and masterbedroom took our breath away. Falling asleep and waking up to the beach sounds was so calming. I've never entered a rental unit that was so clean, warm and comfortable. The carpeted bedrooms added to the comfort. We never wanted to leave and really didn't need to. We enjoyed our meals in the screened in balcony. The owners were so helpful in aswering all our question prior to arriving. The heated pool and area was so well maintained as well as the beach sand was raked every morning. My daughter couldn't get over how many dolphins she saw from the balcony. Everything you would need is nearby from restaurants and grocery stores. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic, beautiful and wonderful get a way. Cannot wait to visit again for an even longer stay.

My wife who is very fussy about cleanliness found the Condo in immaculate condition - it had been recently renovated. It was well furnished with all the conveniences, very cozy and tastefully decorated. The building, right on a beautiful white sandy beach (which is combed and cleaned daily), was clean and quite. The beach facilities, which include the swimming pool, showers and washrooms and the sitting areas, were very clean and tidy. The Condo view of the ocean, both from the living room and the main bedroom, was breath-taking. We enjoyed sitting on the spacious balcony having breakfast, lunch, drinks and appetizers or watching the magnificent sunset; this we will always remember. At night, with balcony doors open, it was a pleasure listening to the serene sound of waves. The Condo is located in a popular area, close to all facilities and within a walking distance to many restaurants and attractions including John's Pass. A nice walk on the beach for a couple of hours daily is highly recommended. We would love to go back there and stay a little bit longer, perhaps the whole winter.

The layout of the unit was great for our young family. We particularly enjoyed the screened-in balcony where we could enjoy our breakfast while listening to the sounds of the Gulf. The kitchen was well equipped with brand new appliances, a good selection of pots/ pans/utensils, and most importantly a GREAT set of knives! Prior to and during our stay, the owner's were readily available to answer any questions we had, and were extremely inviting throughout the entire process. We would definitely recommend this condo to our family and friends. We can't wait for our next visit!
