Very nice place to stay. Small clitch with freezer but the tech came quickly. Problem was my children do not put ice maker back in correct place.
Barbara was quick to respond. I will return next year.

The location is great. The condo was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. We would suggest a comfortable chair in the living room. It only had a couch and love seat. We really enjoyed the large balcony, but it would be nice to have a lounge chair to lay on out there. Would definitely rent again.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Right on the beach. Gorgeous views of the ocean. You can walk to restaurants and coffee shops. It is a nice central location. Location felt safe, we slept with patio door open so we could hear the ocean all night. The patio is completely screened in, which I didn't love, as it kind of makes it hard to enjoy the view. Beds were comfy, the space was clean. You have to travel to a different location to pick up your key for the lobby of the condo. You also have to return the key to the other location when you check out. This wasnt a convenient arrangement for guests. Be prepared to purchase all the basics: coffee, filters, salt, pepper. There is nothing supplied in the condo except for 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 pods of DW soap, dish soap and a roll of really crappy paper towels.

This was a great condo with the perfect location. There is plenty to do in the area. The beach and pool are right outside the door. The view is spectacular. Aside from an air conditioning issue that was remedied immediately, everything was awesome from beginning to end. Hurricane Idalia wreaked a little havoc, but the management had the pool back in working order within 2 days! My only suggestion to the owner is to provide beach towels as they take up a lot of space in a suitcase when flying. Thank you for a great vacation!!

Loved our stay! Perfect location. Walking distance to many restaurants including caddy’s which is only two buildings down. The beach is beautiful and quiet. Would recommend!

Wow…we were skeptical of the property. My wife and I agree the pictures don’t do this place justice. Absolutely great. Great location, John’s pass is less than a mile up the road, tons of other restaurants within walking distance. Beach is right outside and being on the 1st floor above the garage gave amazing sunrise and sunset views. Dolphins visited every morning to feed. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Great location, the beach wasn't crowded and the place itself was nice and big. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. The sheets could have been better, they were a little rough. There were a couple bugs that we saw inside the place. The sliding blinds for the bedroom could use to be fixed/replaced. It was a bit confusing when we first got there on how to get the key. The lock box code we were given didn't work. Since we arrived late on a Sunday, it was a little difficult to get a hold of someone. However, I finally did get in touch with someone and they were very helpful and it worked out.

Such a nice condo with comfy beds and furniture. Kitchen is well stocked with exception of containers in which to store leftovers; would have been nice for us. We have stayed at various condos at Villa Maderia and most have had beach toys/chairs for guest use; this condo did not. There was plenty of room for our large family to share meals together. We will return.

Very nice condo; comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen well-stocked with exception of containers for leftovers; would have been nice for us. Plenty of room for our family of 13 to gather for meals. Wish there would have been some beach toys/chairs for us to use. We have come to Villa Madeira many times and usually owners have a few things for guests to use. Staff at Resort Rentals were very kind and helpful. We will return.

We visited in early December and the weather was fantastic. The building is not very new but the unit has been tastefully updated. The light switch configuration is bit of a head scratcher for the first couple of days. We only used the master bedroom. The bed was comfortable. It was wonderful to wake up to the beautiful beach and gulf out the window. It was also a great view for ending the day watching the sunset. There was absolutely no food in the condo when we arrived. Not even salt and pepper, so be prepared. Wi-Fi was fast and cable TV's worked fine. There is so much to do around the area. We visited several of the neighboring cities for dining and breweries. We enjoyed the Sunset Cruise out of Hubbard's Marina at John's Pass. Overall we felt like we got a great deal and were so happy we chose this unit with such beautiful gulf views.

Have stayed in this building before. It’s close enough to John’s Pass to be walkable but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle. The kitchen in the unit we were in this time had been recently updated. The living room furniture was comfortable as well as the bed. Has a wonderful stay.

All of the amenities of a full kitchen. Quick, secure access to a private beach area and pool. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Sweet Brewnette was a must every morning for caffeine!

Great location right on the beach. The Condo was clean and quiet. The Condo Community was very friendly and helpful. John’s Pass is within minutes with a lot to do there including having Dolphins visit while your having a snack or lunch one of the several Pubs or Restaurants there.

Location, Location, Location! This was a wonderful rental on a beautiful stretch of beach. During our stay, at times, we were the only ones on the beach so it felt very private. The rental room was clean and fresh and looked like it had been recently updated. So very spacious and had all the comforts of home. Very welcoming. Plenty of space to spread out. Beds were comfortable (although my sons whom are 6'5' and 6'3' whom slept in the twin beds thought beds could be 'bigger' ;)). Awesome to have W/D in room. Kitchen had everything we needed to store our food and make our meals. The rental had a screened balcony which we used every am with our coffee and every evening with our meals. Watching sunrises and sunsets, which were beautiful. There were two amazing double sliders out to the balcony from the main living space and the MBR. We loved having these double sliders open and hearing the ocean waves, so very relaxing. We saw a lot of wildlife from our balcony and the beach. Definitely will visit agin. We had a minor snafu at the beginning of our stay, but communication was prompt and issues were taken care of quickly and professionally. Communication prior to our stay was also prompt, as I asked many questions to make sure this was the perfect place for my family. The trolley available for a small fee can have you all up and down the coast within just minutes to visit so many restaurants/bars, shopping, groceries/markets, activities and glorious beaches. However this rental is so close (within walking distance) to many of the above listed you really didn't need a car. However there is assigned parking with many visitors spots. The location is right on a beautiful wide beach with sugary sand. There is a heated pool on property. Plenty of beach chairs available around the pool deck and along the beach front, some with Tiki umbrellas. Outdoor showers and restrooms were appreciated. Beach cabanas for rent on the sand and company was very accommodating.

With this being a secure property, it is true that a physical key is needed to get into the building as well as in and out from the pool and coming and going from the beach. Condo 206 at Villa Madeira was our home away from home for a week. It was perfect for my husband and myself, our daughter and my 2 sisters. Beds were comfortable, condo was clean and the location was better than ideal, better than perfect. Condo 206 is maybe 12 steps from the elevator. It is right above the walkway to the beach, great for people watching. Viewing the beach from the lanai was like sitting on the beach, minus the sand. The accommodations were comfortable and in decent shape. Everything worked. What was less than perfect? Towels - four sets of towels for 5 people. We had to go get more from Resort Rentals. There are absolutely no "extras." No beach towels. No mop for spills. No simple cleaning supplies like window cleaner for all of the glass top tables. There were 4 rolls of toilet paper and 4 hotel bars of soap for 2 bathrooms. I guess what I'm saying is be prepared to purchase soaps, paper towels and toilet paper, staples and ALL food, including salt and pepper. There were 3 sand chairs and 2 noodles. The lanai has enough chairs for 6 people and a table for outside eating. If I had to rate Villa Madeira 206 on a ten point scale, I would give it a 9.

We are sorry if there were not enough towels for your group but thank you for calling us so that we could be sure you got more. We keep them here at our office so never hesitate to let us know if you are needing anything. It is true that we only leave "starter" items in the condo when it comes to toilet paper, paper towels and soap; it is also listed on our website as to what we will leave should you ever need to check on what will be supplied. Beach towels are one item that you will not find so we do always suggest to tuck a few of those away to bring with if you have the space. Cleaning supplies we do not leave unless they have been left by the owners so each condo will vary in different items but we are sorry if it was any inconvenience for you. Outside of that we are so glad you had a nice stay and we hope to see you back for a future visit.

Villa Madeira #206 was a great vacation experience and we would definitely rent this unit again. The view and the location is great, you can walk to Johns Pass.There was plenty of room in the unit and there were plenty of cooking utensils to use and the appliances were all updated.

We saw dolphins and a extremely large bird feeding out in the ocean for several hours one morning,
close to lots of shopping and many stores ,restaurants and coffee shops of your

We had an absolutely wonderful week on the beach! The condo was fantastic! Right on the Gulf of Mexico, great balcony, very clean, and al the amenities of home. We will definitely be returning and using Resort Rentals as our rental agency! My family will speak of the this rental for years to come! Also, make sure to walk across the street to the Candy Kitchen for a time warp and some amazing goodies!

My husband and I stayed here in early May. We had a wonderful time and a fantastic view! The only thing I didn't like was that the master bedroom seemed quite warm at night. Perhaps a ceiling fan would help. Thanks to the owner for allowing us to change our dates. Madeira Beach is a lovely area.

The beach was never crowded and the location is perfect. Almost every morning there were dolphins that swam past and we had the pleasure of seeing a manatee and some baby stingrays swim by. Everything in the condo was as expected and everything that we needed was available. My only observation was the condo could use a good overhaul (New Carpet, Cabinets etc.) I would highly recommend this property if you want a perfect spot on the beach.

We had to rent a three bedroom to have the master bed room with an ocean view. This condo is an easy .8 mile walk to John's Pass.

We loved the screened-in patio. The living room furniture is worn and dated and not very comfortable but for a week we managed. The large patio area at the beach was so perfect. Bedrooms are very nice, bathrooms clean, and after the carpet was cleaned it was perfect.

Thank you for your post! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay on Madeira Beach! That is one unique feature at Villa Madeira, they all have the screened in balconies. We have 2 categories of condos at this property, premier and standard. This condo that you stayed in falls into our standard category of units and in the premier units you will find recent updates throughout, to include newer furnishings. If you wanted to try anything different during your next visit that has updated furnishings, perhaps a premier unit could be a nice fit for your next stay! Was very nice, Clean beach, Good location, Condo was very nice, Planning on a return visit. Seen dolphins almost every day. Close to lots of places to eat and shop. Sad we had to come home!! Would say BEST VACATION EVER!!

We rented the condo 1 week in August 2015. This is the second time we had stayed here. The condo is always very clean and the view is magnificent. Also, the pool is extremely clean. I am glad that I found this place to stay. It is convenient to groceries and restaurants. I very definitely stay again.

For the snyder family this was a piece of heaven. My husband an my 2 boys have never had a vacay togetherdue to taking care of life, 17 years later we meet villa madeira. The view was amazing and the island so aweaome. Everything was close. We ate at alot of restaurants but bubba gumps was our fave. Went parisailing with Eagle comp. Loved them all so much fun they made the expierience great. I want to thank everyone involved from paying for our room to xhecking out everybody was great. Thanks Rudy at resort rentals for all your help. Again this vacay was special to us, we take care of my sick mother and if it wasnt for the great location and ease it would not have been possible. You guys made it possible for my mom to see the beach for the last time in her life, and I owe everything for that..very recommended villa madeira..the 16 hr drive was worth it!!!! We will be back..

Had a great beach week in May. This unit was right on the water, no dragging across burning sand!Screened porch overlooking great view. Saw stingrays and manatee in shallow water! Outdoor showers to rinse off. Great location just a mile from John's Pass, restaurants, Publix and Walmart. We chose a unit with twin beds so no one had to use a sofa sleeper or share a bed. There was umbrella rental on the beach, but we picked up shade, chairs and cooler at Walmart,then groceries at Publix, all very close. Airport Shuttle was able to find us for our different schedules when leaving
Downside: no outdoor grill

We had a great family vacation at Villa Madeira. So relaxing, easy to come and go to beach and pool with teenagers. Walked along the beach to John's pass a couple of times. Parasailing and paddleboards at John's pass were great! Visited Pas a Grille Beach and the City of St. Petersburg, both beautiful! When at the condo spent most of our time out on the balcony. Dolphins swim right along the beach.

We are returning guests (7 years) and simply love Madeira Beach and Villa Madeira. The owners of #206 had replaced the living room furniture which was badly needed and refreshed the balcony with paint, new fan and new chairs (another chair would be nice). Resort Rentals are top notch to deal with and immediately dealt with some minor items.

We love Madeira Beach! Resort Rentals was very easy to work with and we will use them again. The condo was nice and the location was perfect if you are looking for a quieter part of the beach. It was never too crowded, and mostly families with kids.

The location was great!!! The condo was nice, but a little outdated. I would have liked the showers to be cleaner. But overall, I would recommend this condo. I will definitely rent again in Villa Madeira.

Loved the location right on the beach, unit was clean and had everything that we needed. We also found the locked lobby door to be a pain, they should really consider changing that. Other than that, it was a very nice relaxing vacation and we would go to this resort again in the future.

We loved Villa Maderia and Maderia Beach. The beach, pool and facility were all a delight. We plan to return next year. (It helped that the weather was perfect, as well.)
