We loved our stay here. The condo is beautiful and the view spectacular. Listening to the waves crashing on the sand was so relaxing!

Several things—

It was inconvenient having to return the key to the drop box 10 minutes south. I wish we could have just left them in the condo since we could lock up without them.

Also, the master bed is not comfortable at all. I did not sleep well.

However, everything else was great. I would stay there again.

What a beautiful view of the gulf right outside the back door! Great seating options on the patio. Beds were clean but the mattresses could use updating. Kitchen was well stocked but could use some updated pans, dishes and utensils. Very comfortable and we were very happy sitting on the patio watching the beautiful beach!

Hosting agency was very helpful and friendly. Thank you for a great vacation.

Wonderful first stay at Madeira Beach. There were restaurants within walking distance and many more within a couple minute drive. Our family cooked in, ate out, jet skiied, fished, shopped, attended karaoke, and spent many days on the beach. The unit had many beach chairs, rafts, toys & coolers available for our use. The home was clean and comfortable and fit our needs. We would recommend!

Location couldn’t be beat for our family - beach and pool steps from our door, John’s Pass and grocery store right down the road, relatively quiet area, safe and secure property. We loved the screened-in balcony and had all of our meals out there - sunsets were amazing. Balcony closet had every single item of beach gear you might think of, huge bonus. Kitchen had all the implements needed to prepare meals (helpful as we mostly cooked/ate at the condo), but nothing in the way of spices/etc, so either bring your own or be prepared to buy and then toss. Condo was clean, well-stocked with linens, and had nice furnishings/decor. Smart TVs in each bedroom and living room, washer/dryer worked fine. Condo itself was not as well-maintained as the photos showed (oven door handle/panel fell off while in use, cupboards were peeling, bathroom grout needed some TLC, some dishes had caked-on food) which was a bit disappointing for a premier condo. A/C was mostly fine, but didn’t have good airflow to the 3rd bedroom - good thing there was a fan in the closet. Elevator was out of service for 2 non-consecutive days; fortunately we were on the 2nd floor. However, we spent so much time on day trips or outside it wasn’t enough to take off a star. Overall, I’d have given this rental 4.5 stars. Location and property more than made up for any of the smaller issues.

Wonderful views from balcony, easy access to the beach and attractions. Walking distance to restaurants and sweet shops. Enjoyed our stay so much we didn’t want to leave. Unit was spacious with plenty of parking available. Unit was clean, cable tv was not great but not important. The pool was awesome and we used it everyday. Only downside was the inconvenience of picking up the keys. Drive was way out of our way and not quick to get to. Could improve that by using the key boxes at the unit.

My husband and I had our first vacation alone together in 35 years of marriage. We spent 3 nights at the condo before our children joined us for Thanksgiving and the remainder of the week. The condo was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed. We can't wait to come back. Thank you, Pam, for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo.

This condo was in a great location- there are several restaurants nearby but the area did not feel too commercialized which we loved! Pam has the condo perfectly stocked and it has everything you need. The beds were comfy- my mom said it was the best mattress she’s ever slept on! We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Great location, beachfront! Beautiful condo, 3 bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Beach floats, chairs, noodles. Ocean water so warm, walk right in. Condo pool accessible from beach. Screened in porch with ceiling fan, great place to hang out. Definitely would recommend and book here again. Owner Pam Carpentier was just a call away, very prompt at answering in person.

I loved it here. Not only was this condo completely furnished with everything you could possibly need it was convenient with easy access to everything. The unit is furnished very tastefully and beautifully and is a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the view (which is fabulous being right on the beach). My elderly mother who has mobility issues travelled with us so stairs and a lot of walking wouldnt have worked out for us, the elevator and level beach was perfect for her. She was able to enjoy the beach and had a perfect view from the balcony for the days that she felt like staying inside. The beach was not at all crowded during our stay and sunset views from the balcony are awesome. There is a luggage rack to take luggage to your room, and a grocery cart for anything you purchase which I thought was nice. The beds were very comfy and after enjoying the double shower in the main bathroom I am considering a bathroom remodel so I can have the same at home. We enjoyed being directly across the street from the candy kitchen, and in close proximity to Johns Pass and all the great restaurants. Convenient, comfortable and refreshing, I truly hope to have the opportunity to stay here again.

Loved staying directly on the beach! So convenient- just pop down to go to the pool, walk the beach, or relax on the chaise lounge chairs. Everyone (from the little ones to the grandparents) enjoyed watching the sunset from the screened in porch.

We have stayed at many condos over the last 10 years in Madeira Beach, Pam’s condo by far is the nicest. It was clean, nicely stocked, and beautifully furnished in all three bedrooms. Well supplied with beach chairs and towels. Great location. We felt very safe during our stay as we visited restaurants & shops. We definitely will plan to stay here for our next visit to Madeira Beach.

Condo is right on the beach and nicely decorated. Beach chairs and tent provided is added bonus. Walking distance to fun Johns Pass. Pam is very responsive to questions. We met Neely (cleaning) as we were checking out and I told her this was the cleanest rental I had been in!

The condo is right on Madeira Beach. My wife and I stayed there in January and the beach was quiet. The condo has an area just before you get to the beach sand that has lounge chairs and tiki umbrellas if you don’t want to lounge on the sand. Pam stays on top of things and wants to know right away if anything is wrong so she can correct it. She sends an email survey the second day to see if everything is satisfactory. You can’t ask for more than that.

This was the best check-in that I have ever had. It is easy access and parking is no problem. The condo was nice. I loved the kitchen and very roomy. I love that it is not very crowded complex and real homey. The only problem was that you have to have a key to get out and in a doors especially the pool.

Impressed with supply of towels for the beach as well as chairs and toys for family time on the beach. Everything was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Washer and dryer in unit was very convenient.

Had a great family vacation for the new year. Only complaints about #207 is the very uncomfortable and loud beds in the front bedroom and the washer and dryer that is shoved in a small closet that you can hardly get to without crawling on top of dryer to get to the clothes inside the washer. Besides this, the decor was great and it was stocked with plenty of everything. The deck is a great great place to sit in morning or evening to enjoy the ocean views

We loved everything about the place. The location, the view onto the ocean, the sound of the crashing waves, and the way the condo was maintained. We miss it so much! Everything was easy to do from the booking, the arrival, and departure. For our family of four (including a 6yo and 1yo) and one night of guests, it was such a pleasure. It felt like a true home away from home. We hope to return next year!

We were very impressed with this beautiful beachfront condo and we enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was bright, clean and fresh when we arrived and it was perfectly equipped with everything we needed throughout the week. There were plenty of beach towels, beach toys and chairs to use and we also really enjoyed the board games and puzzles. We really loved the screened in balcony and spent the majority of our evenings sitting out there enjoying a glass of wine and chatting with one another, very relaxing and quite spacious, it was like a second living room. The actual building is also very well maintained and the grounds were spotless. We will certainly look to return the next time that we are in the Tampa/St,Pete's area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The condo was perfect for our family of 5! It’s just a few steps right onto the powdery white sand of the Gulf. You can even hear the waves breaking on the beach from the condo, which is lovely at night to fall asleep to. Our kids loved swimming in the heated pool too. We saw dolphins swimming from our balcony several times. The unit itself is very well kept and nicely appointed with plenty of room for a larger family. John’s Pass is about 1 mile away and has lots of water activities (including a Pirate ship cruise), shopping and dining. The Sweet Brewnette cafe right across the street is a nice spot for coffee, breakfast or lunch. There’s also Kandy Kitchen across the street for ice cream and a wide selection of vintage and modern candy.

Two weeks in Pam’s condo fly by even with less than perfect weather or red tide because the unit is so immaculate and nicely stocked and decorated! Pam is super responsive to any issues that may arise too!

We stayed here for 24 days and loved every day of it! Owner was even there the day of arrival to ensure everything was perfect! This unit is well appointed with quality materials throughout: granite countertops in kitchen and bath, modern kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, extremely comfortable beds with 400+ thread count linens & ample pillows. The floor was tiled so no messy carpet. The interior decorations were not tacky, but done tastefully (everything was Tommy Bahama style). Even the kitchen lighting fixtures were swanky and every room had wicker style paddle ceiling fans. The owner (Pam) kept in contact with us to ensure that we were happy with everything. I wouldn’t normally say these things, but as a vacationer who has been renting from other owners in this building for 20 years; Pam has definitely set the bar far above the rest. Even the balcony was appointed with high quality chairs, chaise lounger, woven rugs & tables and a paddle ceiling fan. The storage closet was packed full of beach toys, noodles, 6 beach chairs/towels. The best part of the unit is the bathrooms. The showers were by far the best. Master bath has dual massaging (detachable) stainless steel wands which made cleaning off the salt water a breeeze. The showers were also newly renovated mosaic tile which just showed the effort taken to make your stay even more memorable. The location is perfect, as we have been coming to Madeira Beach for years we already love the location. Our favorite restaurant is Dockside Dave’s. It’s extremely causal dining and their blackened grouper can’t be beat. We also enjoyed RumFish in St Pete, Slyce Pizza, Bubba Gump in Johns Pass and Rusty Bellies in Tarpon Springs (a bit far away but we were visiting family) and with Candy Kitchen across the street we had a few hot fudge sundaes after dinner. We would of ate out more but we caught a bunch of Pompano, Triple Tail, Black Drum and Sea Trout on the beach so we made fish tacos a lot. As for shopping we went to John’s Pass and hit up Suncoast Surf Shop in TI. Walmart and Sams Club is right down the road (4 miles). We loved every minute of our stay and there’s no doubt that we will return...Thank you Pam!

Wonderful stay! Beautiful property and beach! The daily sunsets are gorgeous! We specifically appreciated that this section of the beach is not over populated with rental beach chairs or people. The candy kitchen across the street is fun for both kids and adults. We all enjoyed having dinner at Spinners- definitely recommend it for the experience- you get a full view of the city and the beach.

We had a great stay. The porch was so close to the beach that it felt like you were sitting on the beach with the convenience of shade, a screen and a fan. It was easy to go back and forth between the beach and the condo. The condo was clean and fully stocked with kitchen supplies, beach chairs and toys. We would stay there again.

Pam's villas are all immaculately kept, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. She is easy to work with, and the locations of all of them (we've stayed in two different ones) are outstanding. We like this unit because it's close to the Salt Rock Grill in Indian Shores, less than 10 min away. Others are close also, and if we had reserved earlier, we would have chosen a higher floor, but all are good. Quiet in general (though we had an unfortunate fire alarm system check during out stay that Pam couldn't do anything about). Right on the beach, and the sunset is beautiful. My wife is handicapped, and it was easy in and out for us, and quite secure. Instructions prior to arrival were complete and easy to follow. Would return. Pam wants you to have a good stay, unlike some owners.

We stayed to celebrate our 30th anniversary and the unit was fantastic. Very clean and nicely decorated. Perfect location to get to restaurants, bars, shopping and activities but also on a very peaceful quite beach.

The condo is wonderful! The quality of the mattresses and bedding make for a comfortable sleep. The beach is gorgeous and being on the second floor, you feel like you are ON the beach. The property was immaculately kept. The kitchen is very new and has all the modern conveniences. We cooked quite a bit and found everything we needed. John's Pass is nearby and the kids loved the Candy Kitchen (right across the street). Book this condo! You won't be disappointed.

We have stayed at this condo twice in the past few years and loved it. It is well kept up and had everything we needed including beach towels, a cooler and toys for the beach. The balcony is a good bonus with plenty of furniture and seems newly renovated. Very well situated with the beach right there, John's Pass within walking distance and Candy Kitchen across the street (a must!!). The instructions for arrival and departure are clear and we had no problems accessing the condo. The owner is responsive to emails and very helpful. Will be staying here again the next time around.

we just returned from a week long stay at Villa Madeira unit #207. we were a family of 5 and this condo provided enough space for everyone to have their own rooms. The condo had everything we needed. it is well equipped and beautifully decorated. the washer/dryer was a great asset. the best part was the view of the ocean from the living room or screen in balcony. we enjoyed watching the dolphins swim by . The beach is literally a few feet away. amazing white sand beach with clear blue water. the unit isn't far from John's Pass and we enjoyed some shopping not far away at Tyrone Square . you won't be disappointed with this one !

Our family of 6 enjoyed only 1 week at this condo, but would have loved to have stayed longer. My youngest son loved seeing the dolphins, while my older children loved being able to have such easy access to the beach. The convince of he the Candy Kitchen and Johns Pass are a definite bonus. The condo is beautifully furnished and has everything you need for a great vacation. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful. Pam was an absolute delight to work with on booking this condo.

My family spent 3 weeks at this condo directly on the clean, white-sand beach.The condo had everything we needed and plenty of room, but, due to the great weather, we spent most of our time outside. The beach was lovely, and not at all crowded, plenty of room to throw a ball or frisbee and build sandcastles. We walked on the beach daily, enjoyed collecting shells and saw dolphins many times. You can watch the sunsets from your balcony..beautiful. Family members fished on the beach and caught some fish which were released to grow bigger! We walked to John's Pass often, to enjoy the restaurants and shops, also to see the fishermen clean their catch as the pelicans waited for a snack. We spent most of our time at the beach & pool, but, did rent wave-runners at Fly-N-High rentals and that was a highlight. Nearby Fort DeSoto was a nice day-trip, nice beach with shells, picnic tables & facilities. Pam is so easy to work with and answers all questions & concerns immediately. Planning a return trip...

We had a wonderful trip to Madeira Beach last year and would love to come back and visit. This Condo was perfect for our family of 5! Beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds and the master bathroom was gorgeous. Pam supplied us with everything we needed and even helped us when there was a power outage and we couldn't get the TV to work. And the view, is breathtaking!!! I would sit on the patio every morning and have breakfast. Highly recommend this place - you won't be let down!

Our vacation was awesome! I traveled with my mom, my 2 daughters ages 16 & 11 and my 12 year olds niece. This condo is decorated so nice, located right on a quiet beach and the property is very nice. The beds and bedding are super comfy too! This is in a great location and the owner was super awesome to deal with, I would highly recommend this condo!

I stayed here with my mother-in-law and two sons, ages 5 and 8. What a great condo! Although the building itself is older, Pam's condo has been updated and looks like a professional interior decorator furnished the place. My brother was staying in a different condo in the same building, and it was VERY dated. The location is close to John's Pass and right across the street from The Candy Kitchen. The pool was a good size and the beach was a few steps away. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay here as well.

Had a very relaxing week. All our expectations were met. Recently updated condo. Clean comfortable and right on beautiful Maderia beach. Close enough to St. Johns Pass yet like being on a private part of Maderia Beach. Plenty of things to do. You have St. Petes beach or Clearwater beach just a bus ride away.

This place is a GEM...Quiet, clean with easy access and reasonable!! I really can't say enough good things about this rental, there were 4 of us young at heart senior citizen ladies that split the cost of the car rental ,food, and condo making it a very affordable and fun trip. The heated pool was Oooh so nice,as was the ocean water. We took long morning walks along the soft beautiful sandy beach while talking and cutting up.... reminiscencing or planning our day. The ocean view from our balcony was great ..we got that same view from the kitchen, dining room and master bedroom, we each got a turn at sleeping in the master bedroom. All the beds were comfy. Having a washer and dryer was great. All the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Having Johns Pass within a few miles (walking Distance) was also a plus with shopping and the casino boat and there is a deep sea fishing excursion..... everything is so close . Well, can't think of anything negative...Certainly can't wait to go back...it was an easy 2 hour non-stop flight out of Lexington Ky. Will be going back ...soooo saving up for the next stay. Hope it is soon! I would certainly recommend this to my friends.

We had a wonderful time. This condo was perfect for our family and our grandbaby had a blast and learned to walk this week. Watching the dolphins in the morning was awesome! We were there the week of the 4th of July and fireworks on the beach were great!!! Lots to do in this area.....Great condo!!!!
