Villa Madeira 305

We could not have asked for a better experience on the Gulf. The balcony directly overlooks the ocean and beach! The unit is spacious and perfect for families. They kids loved the pool onsite! The outside showers made a seamless transition between shelling and swimming!

Very clean condo, nice upgrades, comfortable beds and furniture. Fabulous sunsets and could not be more convenient to beach, just steps away!! Met some nice folks staying there as well. Did sunset cruise out of John's pass which included beer and wine and great music! Great group on the boat and a young couple got engaged. Rented beach chairs & umbrella which was lovely, although the lounge chairs at condo common area were very comfortable too!

Perfect condo! Updated, comfortable, clean, lots of space. Loved lanai - huge with comfortable table and chairs and adirondak chairs, plus screened in. Condo also very quiet. Returning next year for sure!

We had the most fabulous stay at Villa Madeira 305! The view is exceptional! The condo was clean and comfortable for our group of 4. The building is located right across from the cutest little breakfast/lunch spot called ‘The Sweet Brewnette’. We enjoyed walking on the beach every morning finding all kinds of shells and sea life and heading across the street for breakfast. ‘The Candy Store’ is also right across the street with all your old fashioned candies,fudge and ice cream! It’s a short walk to John’s Pass with great shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed lunch on the boardwalk there and observed dolphins playing in the bay!

Unit was very clean. Appreciated the suitcase valet/table for my suitcase in the main bedroom, it made packing/unpacking so much easier. Wonderful view from main bedroom and living room. Unit is very large, comfortable sofas, good beds, washer dryer (bring your own detergent), kitchen table, tvs, wifi, great closet space, 2 nice sized bathrooms, great seating on screened in balcony, that had superb direct view of ocean, full kitchen with pantry. Offered coffee maker but no coffee. Quality white sheets and an extra set. Nice bath towels but no beach towels. No beach chairs, but there were rental chairs on beach and then non-rental lounge chairs, palapa and bench seating on beautiful brick paver area right before you get to the beach. Property very well kept. Stairways, elevator, garage, walkways all clean. Really appreciated the option of stairways (there were 3 of them) or an elevator. They were kept locked which made me feel safe. Pool with gate locked too, clean pool bathroom also locked. Entry off of beach to garage and property had locked gates too. Loved the two locations to enter from beach offered brick pavers to foot and regular showers. Also loved the paver area mentioned above, where it had palapas for shade over tables and sun lounger chairs. Loved the location in proximity to Sweet Brewnette and Caddy's. Appreciated the quick responses when I was preparing to arrive. Some of the other renters did not pay attention to non-smoking rules or respect the request to keep sand toys and chairs off of hallways and in the garage, but that was not the resorts fault. It's just "people". There was construction going on 2 doors down from my unit 305, but they were respectful of time of day and kept vacuuming their mess from the walkways. The garage parking was nice but has a very low clearance. Didn't look like it could accommodate tall trucks. Really enjoyed this property and would like to come back again.

Overall great experience. I stayed for 6 weeks and loved every minute of it. Resort Rentals team was helpful and easy to work with, location was perfect, and the unit was in great condition. Lovely furniture, well equipped kitchen, mostly updated, and clean. Amazing view from living area and master bedroom, lots of closet space, and well equipped with linens, fans, and amenities. Also within walking distance of many shops & restaurants. Best of all was that the beach was not overcrowded and is very well maintained. The building has a nice, decent-sized pool and a veranda with lots of lounge chairs if you prefer not to be on the sand. If I knew I would be working from home again next year, I would have rebooked for next year.

Our rental was beautiful! We enjoyed every bit of our stay! The process was very smooth! The location had everything you need to make your stay more enjoyable! We had a great stay at the condo. Pretty much everything you need is there. I like the fact that there is lots of balcony furniture and the living room is comfy. Only things missing in the kitchen was wine opener and oven mitts. Also made note that you needed to plug in the internet line directly into the wall as the double attachment that fit both phone and internet did not work. Would recommend this condo.

What a delight when we found out that we could stay st Villa Medeira again for the 2nd year in a row. We loved it the first time and just as much the 2nd. This place offers just what we are looking for. The only thing we would change is the bathroom fans are so loud that you feel like you are in a small airplane..We laughed everytime we used them.

Our room was very clean and spacious. We loved the balcony. It had everything we needed except there were no rugs to step on when leaving shower and tub. We will definitely come back. The manegement company was great. Very friendly and helpful . Location was fantastic

We will be back but we will go directly to Resort Rentals! There was confusion from the internet company we booked with (overbooked, not sending key information) but the staff at Resort Rentals smoothed it all out even during the very trying time of the week after Irma!! We left a list of little things that could have been improved in the condo but overall it was just perfect for the 4 of us! Away from the hustle of Clearwater beach but within a bus ride away. No parking issues and the outside grounds, pool and common areas were immaculate. Thanks for a great time.

Thank you for your post and we are so glad you were happy with this condo! We apologize if you were not able to get into your condo before our 3pm check in time. On the day of your arrival we also had a check out from this condo that same morning and then our housekeeping of course needed to clean the unit so we are sorry we were not able to accommodate an earlier check in that day. If we can accommodate an early check in we are always more than happy to but it unfortunately was not possible on that day. We couldn't have asked for a better location, better beach or better weather. The beach was quiet and family friendly or couple friendly. We loved the location of our condo, close to restaurants and Johns Pass and most importantly right on the beach. The condo itself had a gorgeous view from the screened in balcony and a large master bedroom and bath. The 2nd bedroom was nice with 2 twin beds. The den had a single bed in it, but was VERY small. Our only complaint was the master bed was uncomfortable. The property itself was clean and well maintained and customer service was very good. Minor things: toaster did not work and living room tv was small. Condo could use a few updates, but would still recommend this property!

We stayed at this resort the last days of Sept and the first few days of Oct 2014. This condo was in an ideal location, very well equipped and very clean. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially the sunsets. Enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the morning and listened to the surf wile in bed. A few steps and your walking on the beach. Nice size building, beach and pool never crowded. Close to everything.

Would I recommend this to a friend...ABSOLUTELY!!!!

We are already making plans to return to Madeira Villa next spring.

We had a family medical emergency so we made a last minute booking to go to Florida. I booked plane tickets late at night and took the first flight out the next morning so I didn't have time to secure a place to stay. My wife, two daughters (6 & 12) and our 5 week old son needed a place to stay. I contacted Resort Rentals from the plane and arranged my stay in route. They were very accommodating to my needs and reacted quickly. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The beach was groomed daily and overall the property was nice. I needed something close to the hospital our family member was in as well as the convenience of every day needs. This place was perfect.

Very nice apartment in a beautiful location, surrounded by lots of restaurants, grocery stores and vacation activities. after reading the previous comments, i can say that the Towel problems is solved, there was a couple of beach towels too, the laundry and the dryer was working excellent, there was more that enough kitchen equipment and utensils. the only thing that we were missing was a kettle. we also enjoyed watching the dolphins swimming each morning from the balcony.

We loved our condo. It was right on the beach, plus had a pool. Watched dolphins every morning right from our deck. So peaceful...yet only 10 minutes from a Walmart. Nice beach walk to St. John's Pass. We can't wait to go back!

Nicely maintained unit with no problems.
We have stayed in 6 units and this one rates very well.
We like the Villa Madeira location, the great sunsets, the dolphins, the night fishing boat lights, and nice tenants.
The sound of the surf is powerful and very relaxing.

Second year renting from Resort rentals, never disappointed with the service or condition of condos. Only draw back was not enough pots and pans but was fixed same day. Great place, great stay and great service, yet again.
