Villa Madeira 307 - Premier

Overall it was a nice place to stay and we would/ will stay there again if we are ever back down that way.

Location is ideal. Beach is beautiful. Enjoyed the pool. Unit was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. We did wish there were beach towels - if there were, we couldn't find them. And we had to drive a bit to get the keys to check it. But overall a wonderful stay.

I loved staying in VM307. Great view and sunsets. Easy access to beach. Felt very safe staying here needed key access everywhere. Condo complex well maintained and clean. I was staying alone had guest coming to stay a few days. The unit says 3 bedroom but I wouldn’t define it as such. The master bedroom king bed very spacious. 2nd bedroom queen bed & single making it very tight for three people. The 3rd bedroom single bed looked like it’s in a utility room with washer and dryer very very small. It was ok cuz it wasn’t used for sleeping in my case. I guess for a toddler it wouldn’t be so bad. Service at resort rental office was superb Barbara was always quick to respond if I left messages or emails! I hope to stay here next year. Thanks Resort Rentals.

Our stay in Unit #407 was great. It was clean and the view of the Gulf and sunsets were amazing! Nice place to get some rest and relaxation. We definitely recommend this unit and would stay here again.

The unit was nice. Great views. Well stocked. Lining provided. The third bedroom was interesting with washer and dryer behind curtain. We were aware of this because of other reviews. We made it work. Many restaurants near by. John's Pass is about a mile from the unit. The beach is pretty much private in front of the units.we made many visits to the ice cream and candy shop across the street. It was a great stay.

You couldn't ask for a better view, location, and access to beach. Everything is so convenient. Place is great. Bedding situation was unusual. Be aware that their is a twin bed in with a queen so if you are bringing 6 - and especially if there are couples one person will sleep in a room with a couple. Then one room only has a twin. We made it work and everything about the place made this small thing no big deal. Would definitely go back to this unit.

I loved Villa Madeira. It was quiet and not busy. I did a lot of research because I was worried with Covid. I highly recommend Villa Madeira. It is a well kept property and the views are stunning. The condo was updated and fit our needs perfectly. We loved our stay and will stay at this location again. I did so much research and was so worried. This property was awesome!

The condo description was exactly as described. Had all the kitchen accessories needed for cooking if that is something you want to do. Walk to the pool or beach was close abs beach was not crowded at all. John’s Pass is close but for us was not in walking distance with the heat. Only frustration we had was having 2 keys to keep up with versus a keypad entrance into the building or condo. Every entrance used a key, but for safety purposes that was nice. Definitely would stay here again

Nice condo. Matched the pictures from the listing. Beach was absolutely gorgeous and the ocean is only steps away. Only complaint was the key situation...only 2 sets of keys is hard with teenagers going in different directions. Keypad entry/beach access would be much easier. But overall, great vacation!!!

Very nice. The unit was very nicely updated. The only slightly irritating issue was the kitchen faucet, which makes an excruciating loud noise when you turn it on and use at a lower pressure. The master bedroom sheets could stand to be replaced. But overall it was great!

We enjoyed our stay. The beach is beautiful. A few things in the condo could have been better. Could use some fans in bedrooms. Plug in one sink didn’t work. Kitchen faucet made a loud sound & spray when on. Had workers drilling, hammering certainly before 9am, glad we didn’t have a little one.

We loved this unit and the building. The view and beach were perfect...mere steps!
The property is secure and clean, and the assigned parking spot was a great feature. We have no complaints and would stay here again. The only things we would suggest to the owner is to put ceiling fans on the porch and in the master. But that didnt hurt our stay. First time on the gulf coast- love the area!!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Villa Madeira. The condo was clean, updated and in a great location right on the beach. The overall condo building isn’t that large so the beach didn’t feel crowded with people. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

We usually camp and this was our first time renting somewhere. There were 6 adults on this trip and we stayed at Villa Madeira. There was enough space in the condo where we weren’t tripping over each other. The location was amazing and the view from the screened in porch was breath taking. The building is quiet, the pool was warm and the beach location wasn’t busy or crowded. The lady that checked us in on our first day, Gail, was amazing and welcoming. She recommended a lot of stuff for us to do and what restaurants to go to. This location was only a mile from Johns Pass. 10/10 would stay again!

Villa Madeira really is a great location that keeps you nice and close to all that you need....not to mention the awesome stretch of beach it is on!!! We had four families stay here this week in four separate condos which made a great family reunion vacation! Also to our surprise, the living room was updated and looked even better than the picture.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation experience and the condo was very helpful in making that possible. Located right on the beach was amazing. The views from the balcony were spectacular, as we saw dolphins and beautiful sunsets every day! The pool was so clean and the water was warm, my family enjoyed spending our days there enjoying the sunshine and swimming. The condo was located very close (within walking distance) to shopping areas such as John's Pass and Candy Kitchen, as well as other amenities (grocery stores: Winn Dixie and Wal-Mart about 5 minutes away). Everyone had an amazing time, and we would definitely come back again!
