We had an amazing stay here, the condo was beautiful and appears to be newly renovated. Perfect location for us, we visit every year down there. The only thing I will say was a hassle, was having to go to one location to get the keys, and then trying to hurry up on check out day to deliver them in time. I believe I read this system will change. Our family would love to return again! We also appreciated all the beach equipment that was in the deck closet!

We all had a great time. The place was perfect for us and location great. That elevator key thing is very annoying however. Enjoyed the lanai and walk in shower and our bed was great.

Overall loved the condo. Great location and having sand chairs, umbrella and toys available was a bonus. Condo was comfortable and great place to relax at the ocean with oceanfront view and screened in balcony was appreciated. No bugs and no worries with the little one. Only downfall was you needed a key for everything- the elevator, the stairwell, the pool, the bathroom in the pool and to get access to beach. Appreciated the security but hard with just 2 keys and 4 adults or your hands full and had to get the key. Condo had everything we needed. Overall enjoyed and would book again!

Had a fabulous stay. Property was very clean, spacious, well stocked even with beach gear. View from balcony was breathtaking. Location near restaurants was great! Caddy’s on the beach two buildings down, Candy Kitchen across the street. We all had a great time.

The condo was spacious, clean and provided for all our needs appropriately. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable. 'Centrally located to everything food, sightseeing and entertainment related. Being right on the beach, it was amazing to have coffee on the patio and watch the dolphins feed each morning. Some units had sliding screens that would be preferred for photo opts. The screens were nice but did distort photos. Our host thoughtfully checked to ensure all was working well for us during our stay. We would definitely go back to Villa Madeira.

At first arrival it wasn’t as pristine as the pictures, nothing serious just a couple rough paint jobs but we quickly fell in love with the condo and didn’t even notice the pant chips here and there. The beach was fantastic and so close. The pool was a hit and so refreshing. The condo is safe and secure as you have to have a key in order to use the elevator or go to the beach. The condo was clean and well stocked. We would definitely say here again!

The location is perfect as it's an easy walk to John's Pass and other restaurants. The condo was clean and well furnished. The view from the balcony was outstanding. It was great to sit there and watch the sunsets. The pool was a little cool and was due for a cleaning. There is a patio area fronting the beach that contains lounge chairs, which allow you to feel like you're on the beach without having to deal with the sand. Also there was covered parking with a reserved space is provided for one vehicle. We had a very minor issue with one of the toilets. When brought to Resort Rentals attention they responded immediately. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

The view is amazing. Less then a mile away from John’s Pass. Elevator is slow and was broken one day during our stay. Condo was very clean and the cleaning manager came to check on us the second day we were there. I hit the spot for our much needed rest and relaxing vacation.

Villa Maderia condo in Maderia Beach is a great location. The Condo had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. It is on the beach and has plenty of lounge chairs to use. The pool is large enough for a good size group of guest. The balcony is beach facing and plenty of room. Shops and store's are close by if you need groceries or forgotten items.Candy Kitchen ice cream and candy shop and Sweet Brewnette are on the same block across the street and have great sweets and breakfast and were some of our favorite spots. Over all the condo was perfect the managment company were very accommodating and helpful. If I had to change one thing it would be that the balcony is completely screened in which obstucts your view and doesnt allow for great pics from the balcony of some amazing sunsets. Otherwise couldnt have asked for anything else.

It is true that Villa Madeira is one location that does have the screened in balconies and we know that everyone has different feelings on that aspect of it. We do have other locations on Madeira Beach that have the open balconies should you want to try anything different for your next visit; however, we are so glad you enjoyed this beachfront condo and we hope to see you back for future visits. :-)

We stayed in Unit 408 for two weeks with 3 adults and three small children. It was great for our needs. What we care about the most when renting is cleanliness and comfortable beds. This unit was very clean and the beds were satisfactory. If you are looking for upgraded amenities, you should rent a premier unit. Some units include the use of sand toys and other supplies for children. This one does not.
We did not rent a car, but we love to walk, so this location was perfect. It was a 20 minute walk to the grocery store, dollar store, and drug store and 20 minutes to John's Pass. The view from the balcony is excellent. This unit does not have a screen window that you can open, so you can't take pictures or look down the length of the beach. But from inside, you would think you are on a cruise ship,as you are so close to the water.
The pool is warm and kids can swim for a long time without getting cold. The sand on the beach is powdery white. Dolphins can be seen everyday in front of the condo.
We loved our time at Villa Madeira and made life long memories that we will cherish.
This was the first time I have rented from Resort Rentals and was very pleased with their service. I would recommend them to anyone and use the service again.

Glad you enjoyed your stay here on Madeira Beach, it really is a great spot! :-) All units at the Villa Madeira are set up and advertised as 2 bedroom + den, 2 bath. It is true that many of the owners have put additional bedding in the den for extra sleeping space but it is not a true 3rd bedroom. Nice location within 1 mile of Johns Pass. Plenty restaurants, grocery store close by. Not as crowded and busy as just north. Fort Desota and Egmont Island a nice day trip. Plenty to do.

For one week, I had family. For one week, just my husband and me. For 12 days, just me and God. Villa Madeira, was a perfect place. There was lots of construction going on, and I was disappointed in the inconveniences, but my agent was very kind and worked with me on that. Checking in, checking out was very pleasant and I thank Janet for all she did to make my stay perfect. My room was very nice. Loved it. The construction and inconveniences were all a result of outside construction. I would do it all again in a heartbeat. And I will be back next year.....I would love to find a place that would accept my little miniature dachshund, and that will be a goal for me. Villa Madeira, with my dachshund, and construction completed.....absolutely perfect. Thank you.

We have been to the same condo last year but rented from a private owner and we were so unhappy. This year because of the location we wanted to stay again and could not be happier. Resort rentals was so easy and stress free we will use them next year. The condo was clean, no black feet after walking the floors. It had everything we needed for our stay. The large doors to the ocean stayed open the whole time we were there. Cant wait to go back.

We stayed for 7 days at Villa Madeira in room 408. This was a great condo...everything was clean and in great condition. The utensils and dishware seemed a tad outdated but that would not keep me from staying in this one again. I would HIGHLY recommend this condo and working with Resort Rentals was very easy and pleasant. This was a trip to remember...until our next one at Villa Madeira :)

The unit we rented looked just like the photos. No suprizes. Wish there would have been dishwashing soap, seems like such a waste to buy that for one week. The view was beautiful. Next time will try for a unit that has the option to put the screens down for taking photos.
