This condo was a perfect place for our family of 5. You can walk to John’s Pass, candy/ ice cream store, and restaurants nearby. The condo was very clean, and comfortable for our family. We would definitely go back.

Wow! We loved our stay. The condo location was excellent and the views were to die for. The pool area was clean and quiet. The bed was super comfortable and it was great to listen to the ocean each night while in bed. The patio area was screened in and spacious. The beach area was clean and we saw dolphins each morning. The sunsets were stunning! We will be back!!

The place was very nice and clean, the view was spectacular!! Got freaked out by the palmetto ( giant cockroaches) bugs along the railing to my room!! I was terrified they were going to get in my room. I couldn’t believe how big they were!! Thank goodness it was my last day when I saw them! People were complaining about them by the pool too! But other than that it was a good stay!

You will love it!! There is also beach toys available... We Added a few things we got the last day we were there to also take out to the beach! If the internet isn't working check the power strip and make sure its powered on.

Very pleased with the unit, beach front location, close parking and of course, the views! Saw stunningly beautiful sunsets every evening right from our balcony as well as dolphins in the early mornings. Everything was as described. Very happy to discover the unit had 2 portable fans as we had forgot our travel fan. Also grateful for the beach chairs/toys and umbrella available for use so that we didn't need to purchase any. Email and phone correspondence was easy, professional and courteous. Residents and other visitors were kind and helpful. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve been coming to this same complex for the past 3 years. I’ve enjoyed each stay. This time I stayed almost a month. The condo unit was very nice but there Were a few items that needed some fixing. The sliding door in living room did not close entirely. It stormed one evening and rain came in a bit. The carpet had a moldy odor, probably from the damp air coming inside. Everything else was very very nice. Nicely decorated. Oh, also the chairs in dining room were sort of unstable, a bottom rung fell off of one chair. Beautiful condo though.

I originally was staying at Clearwater Beach and changed locations because I needed a bigger place. I'm so glad I did. Madeira beach was a very low populated beach which they maintained and cleaned regularly. Really great location and we loved Madeira Beach. Our Condo was very clean and everyone was very friendly. Definitely plan on visiting this place again.

Beautiful condo and location. Only fault I had was the living room stayed too warm. I had to use a fan to pull colder air to living room. This, by far, would not keep me from staying here again. I loved it

The unit was very clean, comfortable, decorated nicely, and in a central location. There were 6 of us staying in the unit, 4 adults, and 2 small children. We had plenty of room. The balcony is screened in and that was a big concern of ours with the kids since we were on the 4th floor. There are modern appliances for your convenience. Gail at Resort Rentals is friendly and helpful. We hated to leave and hope to go back again soon. We had a wonderful week.

This was our first time to Madeira beach and this villa. We truly loved it all. The condo was great size had all the amenities and things we needed. Only small thing was the elevator was just so hot but other than that all was great experience

Unit was exactly as described. All appliances worked and there were plenty of kitchen utensils. Check in and out was simple and quick. Great place to stay with kids.

Unit 410 was the perfect corner end unit with a great view of the gulf from the balcony. This condo had updated appliances and comfortable beds with all of the necessities needed - just like home. St. John's Pass was located about a mile down the road. This was a private beachfront location which was great because it was very family oriented and not overly crowded. The dolphins even came close to us one day while swimming. We will definitely be back in the future and would love to stay in this same unit. The outdoor pool was also a very nice addition to the building.

We had a very good time in the Bay area.
Sunny days, a nice condo directly on the beach, we loved to watch the dolphines and we will come back for our next vacation on the beach :-)
