The condo was great. Wish there was an easier way to check in and out and elevator key thing very annoying but condo itself was very nice and no complaints there.

The condo was great for two families of three. Very clean inside with all the essentials. Balcony view was amazing to watch for dolphins in the morning and the sunset in the evening. Great location to shopping and dining. Only thing’s missing were ceiling fans in all bedrooms and tv. Would recommend and looking forward to future visits.

Condo was very clean. Updates were made since our last stay last year which are very nice. Beautiful weather and saw dolphins every day. Love the location walking distance to John’s pass and some restaurants. Candy kitchen across the street. Definitely coming back next year.

What an amazing experience! We booked directly with Resort Rentals. The staff was so nice and patient with us as we had many questions. This was our first trip to the Gulf Coast and Madeira Beach. Villa Madeira is in a perfect location, directly on the sandy beach, you can't get any closer. Less than a mile away is John's Pass - great for shopping, dining, sightseeing and lots of live entertainment. The condo was everything we expected and more. Big highlight is the large balcony overlooking the beach and the Gulf. The sunsets were to die for. The condo was tastefully furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner occasionally. All around a perfect vacation with the family! No doubt, we'll be back :)!

Very clean condo, you can’t ask for a better location. The beach is a very quiet beach unlike Clearwater where everyone is laying right next to each other. There are many restaurants near the condo, they are walking distance not far for young adults. There is a candy, fudge, ice cream shop right across the condo ( yummy ��) overall a great place to stay!!

Great condo on the beach! Well stocked kitchen. The 3rd bedroom/den was small but manageable. We used the storage in the other 2 bedrooms for our clothes. Overall a great place to stay, lots within walking distance or a short drive.

Great property was very clean. Just like the pictures and awesome view of the beach and ocean. You have a front row seat for sunset from the screened balcony. The house is on a great location close to Johns pass restaurants and shops. We will be back again next year for sure.

Location! Location! Location! We had a great stay. Our condo was perfectly located on the ocean with beautiful views. The condo was clean and spacious. I did not appreciate the lack of simple amnesties such as coffee filters for the coffee pot, extra garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels. Also, the off site key pickup and drop off is a hardship for travelers coming from out of state without a car.

Rented the property for our family vacation. The view was great. Loved the screened porch. Excellent location. The rental unit was in great condition, clean and the view of the beach was perfect. Definitely a place to go for a vacation. The property management did a great job during check-in. The property was very easy to find and few step away from the beach. Parking was excellent. Lots of places to eat nearby and lots of groceries store if you want to stay in.
We had a great time and really enjoy the week.

Condo was pretty much as it is on web sight. Kitchen was well equipped. Beautiful view and beach. Nice to have a beach bar three doors down. The third bedroom was very small but we knew this. Only wish it had a luggage stand or somewhere to put our clothes. Also the keyless entry into the condo was great but with 6 people hard to keep track of the beach/pool/ elevator key. I understand the safety issue but every time you wanted to get to the beach or pool or out of the pool/ beach you needed your key. Other then that the location was perfect, close to JohnsPass and grocery store.

Our rental experience was marvelous! One bed was too firm, but I called the rental agency and they were able to provide a mattress topper that solved the problem. Check in and check out was a breeze. A few spare pillow cases would have been nice for the spare pillows. The updates in the condo were very nice. The water pressure was amazing! We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves. A few more beach chairs would have been nice too, but there were umbrellas and some beach toys and a cooler supplied.

This was a great property! We would definitely want to stay here again in the future! Loved being able to be directly on the beach with chairs and umbrellas to rent. Also, loved the lounge chairs on the patio at the entrance to the beach. Several local restaurants and John’s Pass within walking distance.

It was an amazing place to stay Loved that it had a washer and dryer. The only complaint was the dishwasher was broke and had water in it so that smelled bad when we first opened it. So we just hand washed all dishes. But I would def recommend stay and would stay again. Maintenance man was nice and kept grounds super clean.

The condo was all it said it was. Loved having a washer and dryer and full kitchen. It was the most peaceful and relaxing trip ever. The only complaint was the dishwasher was broke and had standing water in it smelled bad when opened. But loved the condo and would def recommend. The manager always got back to us right away by email when we had a question

Wonderful location on the beach. Beautiful sunsets and close to the restaurants and shops of John’s Pass. Unit 505 was very clean, has a beautiful and well equipped kitchen, spacious master w large tiled shower and a good sized balcony. Storage closet off balcony had several beach chairs and an umbrella which is a great convenience. Good laundry area ( a bit dark -could use a light in it). For larger parties just be aware that the 3rd bedroom is very small w 2 twin
beds and no closet. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was roomy and well-appointed. being able to walk onto the beach was terrific. We especially enjoyed the large screened porch for sunning and eating. Also, we enjoyed the lounges for guests that are on the beach, but not on sand.
It is a nice walk to John’s Pass to the south, and lots of restaurants to the north. It is easy to drive into St Pete.

It is a great place to stay. It's as described AND had a really good time. Went to Busch gardens and the trip was very easy from this location. Wildlife on the beach was plentiful. Short walk to food and pool on property was nice. Room was nice could be a little warm if your warm natured. Bathrooms were nice just needed a different showerhead in main shower. Would have liked key drop somewhere on property but didn't hurt anything driving to drop them off.

This was our third stay at Villa Madeira. This time in #505 and we really enjoyed our stay again. It's simply the perfect beach getaway! We loved to have breakfast and sometimes dinner on the balcony. The closet was full of water floats, toys, and beach chairs - our two boys were delighted!

Some comments: Both TVs are outdated and should be replaced. Also, it would be nice if there were more possibilities to hang stuff - e.g. a key rack in the hallway and a towel rack on the balcony etc. The noise from the condo above is quite annoying. You hear every step and it often sounds like they are moving furniture around. Earplugs were helpful getting to sleep on some occasions. We believe that the condo above has tile flooring without sound insulation - maybe more rugs would help!

Perfectly serene view. Super comfortable space. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. Porch closet was full of water floats, toys, and beach chairs. Master shower is AMAZING. Pool and beach right downstairs and very accessible. Temperature of the water was excellent, could walk right in. Never had to wait long (at all) for the elevator which is a nice perk in comparison to some high-rise condos we've stayed in the past. Quiet, beautiful town. Was absolutely perfect for my family. Will definitely consider going back.

Quiet, beautiful town. Was absolutely perfect for my family. Will definitely consider going back.

The condo was perfect and location was perfect. Very clean and updated. Well stocked and plenty of dishes and towels. (Bring your beach towels). The view is amazing and so easy to go down to beach or pool. We were celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday and Resort Rentals surprised him by dropping off a very nice bag of birthday goodies. Do not think twice - just book it!!

Family headed south to Madeira Beach for a much needed winter getaway. We’ve traveled to Madeira Beach before, staying in the past closer to Johns Pass. This time we stayed more in the middle of Madeira and Redington shores at the Villa Madeira.
The property is a little older but extremely well maintained and clean. Beach location was excellent, we noted one of the nicest along the beach given the depth of the beach, how well maintained it was and the fact that we literally walk out right onto the beach. Honestly beach part of the experience couldn’t be beat.
Unit 505 was abvertised as a premium/premier unit and for the most part it was. Only item that was clearly dated were the TVs. The TV in the living room was an older low end smaller TV not up to par with what you would expect from a unit with a premium badge. Needs a 50” to 60” flat panel LED. Other than that features such as wood flooring, kitchen granite and stainless and master walk in shower very nice.
Management company was great to deal with, other then the after hours answering service with whom we dealt for check in.
Overall excellent excellent experience and can’t wait to visit again.

We recently stayed in this condo and it was beautiful. The views of the Gult are unbelievable with the beautiful sunsets, an open site, no obstructions. The sand is all cleared in front of the condo, many other resorts have seagrass you have to walk through to get to the water. All the regulars (people there for the winter I assume) were very friendly and gather by the pool daily. The pool is heated to a very warm 84 degrees or so, wasnt too hot. I would definitely definitely stay in this exact unit again ...you wont be disappointed!!..we loved how close it was to Johns Pass which we walked to daily, a little less than a mile away. Parking is pricey so you may want to walk if you are able to. There is a grocery store approx one mile away as well.

We have stayed at the Villa Madeira multiple times now and absolutely love it. The condo is clean, updated, well equipped with a gorgeous view of the gulf of Mexico. We also love the laid back feel to the area. The rental company is excellent and a pleasure to work with. If your looking for a wonderful Florida vacation really doesn't get any better than this.

Awesome. We have stayed in Anna Maria, Siesta Key, Clearwater, and enjoyed Madeira Beach, Treasure Island, and St. Pete Beach better than any. We will be back. Condo was great except the stairs were closed and the elevator slow. That's not a big deal except there is no fan or air conditioning in elevator. It needs to have a fan at the least. Or stair way needs to be open so one does not have to hastle with the elevator.

We were 12 family memebers renting two apartments, #502 and #505, we were very happy with everything, great place in very good area.
A little too hot for some people. Maby a little too much meintenace going on, but we understand that it has to be done somehow. Thanks for us.

The location was great and the view was great from the room. We walked every night to Johns Pass which was great for dinner and worked very will for the girls to do some shopping. The room had been remodeled and the kitchen was very nice. Usually the wife brings a skillet to cook with because most of the ones in the condos stick this time the skillets didn't stick she was very happy with this. The only thing that needed looked at the bed in the
Second room it the railings were loose.

This was a great vacation for our family. The condo is very nice and very clean. We checked in late on Christmas night and they were awesome about working with us to make check in very easy. The condo itself is very nice. If you are looking for 5 star, this is not it. But the bedrooms are good size, the kitchen is very nice and well stocked. The living room area only has a wrap around couch so it is a bit small. Very nice screen porch to watch the ocean and the dolphins which we saw on multiple days. The beach is awesome. Sugar sand and very clean. The heated pool was very nice to have in Dec. Lots of great restaurants close by as well as grocery stores within 2 miles. We really enjoyed staying here and plan on returning.

This was our 2nd time staying at the Villa Madeira condo complex because we love the area and location. The private beach and pool area are very nice and the area is more family/kid friendly. Our condo was clean and well equipped. The furniture and decor were not my style but the rooms overall were still nice. I'm sure we will be returning in the future.

We couldn't have asked for a better view. Our 4 kids and my husband and I fit perfectly in the condo. Great space!! Fabulous large shower in Master Bath was an extra bonus! Resort rentals was so friendly & helpful as well. We lived on the beach all week. Only downside were the broken vertical blinds in master BR & living room. They kept falling off, but didn't affect our incredible stay! We would for sure return to this unit!!

My daughter and I had a fabulous time at Villa Madeira. The beach was amazing - not crowded at all. The condo was perfect - all of the comforts of home with the conveniences of a hotel, and not too far from St. Pete's and Clearwater. We would definitely stay here again!

I can't say enough about the Vacation Rental people that I spoke with. Our plans changed at the last minute, so we were earnestly looking for a gulf side rental for the 4th of July, just one week before July 4. They looked for us a place to stay; and, at the last minute one became available. We were extremely pleased because we were directly on the gulf. The condo, like the Rental people, was exceptionally nice. We would surely recommend your Rental to everyone. We had some special needs because we are from IL and the people there were extremely helpful! Everyone went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The condo was very nice and clean. We would consider staying here again upon our return!

We loved our stay on this property. A minor comment is that the unit could probably benefit from a little upgrading but it was basically, clean, comfortable and spacious.

We would, however, strongly suggest a couple of extra chairs in the living room area - if there were 6 people using this unit, the sofa just isn't enough.

We were very satisfied with this condo on the beach. It was up to date, clean and had everything you would need away from home except for the food. Master bedroom and LR has sliders out to a big deck that over looks the beach/ocean. The Resort management were great and always helpful and quick to respond on any questions. We would stay here again and hope to soon. I would recommend this to anyone.
