Wonderful stay, condo had everything we needed. King bed was comfortable and location was great!

We stayed at Villa Madeira 506 for 7 days. It's a beautiful rental with every amenity we needed. We enjoyed the surrounding restaurants, shops, and the proximity of St Pete/ Clearwater for museums. The beach area is pristine and quiet. The pool was well maintained and never overcrowded. This spot is truly a gem. We will rent it again and recommend it to friends!

The property was beautiful! Great furniture and the beds were very comfortable. Check in was horrible, leasing company very hard to work with. I reported that the toilet was running non stop. From that day to 5 days later when we left it still wasn't fixed. I felt bad for the owner because I know what that does to your water bill. I was never told where to pick up the keys. So I called the leasing company, and was told look in your portal. I asked 4 times for the address. They just repeated look in your portal. I'm in town and on my cell phone, just give me the darn address. After that She finally gave it to me. My frustration with check in was horrible. In a nut shell the property was great! Check in was a nightmare!

Nice unit. Clean. Very well supplied with towels, wash clothes, etc. Good amount of starter soap, toilet paper, paper towels. Great views of gulf. Enjoyed sitting on balcony in morning and evening. Short walk from elevator to beach.

We picked this place due to it being right on the beach.... and it was perfect! A few things we loved....
- Assigned parking
- An Ice cream shop and a coffee shop across the street.
- Family oriented (if you are looking for a party place, this isnt it)
- Screened in balcony!!!
- Location.... NOT in the middle of a Tourist Trap area.

The description of our condo was thorough and true. In fact, our experience was better than imagined! The condo and the building were both spotless and the property was well cared for. We felt very safe and secure. The check in process was easy, which we especially appreciated since we arrived late in the day. The unit itself looks out over the water so you feel like you’re on the balcony of a cruise ship. (Only the balcony is large and private.). The pool was off to the side of the complex so we were not disturbed by pool noise. The unit was furnished with everything we needed including beach chairs! Everything worked and the master bed was very comfortable!

We have been vacationing in Villa Madeira for many years and have always been pleased. This year was one of the best primarily due to the excellent condition of VM 506....just a wonderful unit. The owners should be very proud of the work they have put into it. Cleanliness, decor, features are all top shelf.
We personally love the location of Villa Madeira. This year we found several new restaurants. Top among them were Villa Gallace and Sea Dog Brewery. A new wine bar - Wine Knot - was also terrific...Using the local inexpensive gulf Blvd trolley to get around is great...
The Resort Rental folks were just great throughout the entire rental process. Kudos to them too....

The condo I rented was amazing. It was immaculately clean when I arrived. I couldn't wait for this vacation. I really needed the R&R and this vacation turned out to be amazing. I felt like I woke up every morning to paradise. Lots to do and the weather was the best. The beach is so beautiful and the water temp was perfect. One of my best vacations!!! I've never stayed right on the beach before. Although I found the price of a one week stay rather expensive, it was a beautiful condo and suited our needs very well. And we had an amazing vacation. We loved the condo. The only thing that would help is having something available to help bringing groceries to our condo. We had to make a few trips to get them in. Lol but that's minor. I needed this vacation so bad and this was absolutely beautiful and I loved staying right on the beach. The sound of the ocean and the balcony with the gorgeous view was truly wonderful. Thanks for everything. ????

As always, we really enjoyed our annual visit to Madeira Beach. This was our 5th year, and each year, we've stayed in a different unit in the building. I think this was our favorite unit. The beds were comfortable, the shower was fantastic, everything was very nice. There were no beach chairs or umbrella, but we bought those and left them, so they should be there for the next guests. We didn't do much cooking, but it seemed like there was plenty of kitchen stuff to manage the basics. We were there with our 2 daughters, 5 and 2, so I put up some of the more delicate decor to keep it safe, but other than that, it was great with kids. There were even some small plastic cups that my little one was able to manage without trouble. We hope to be able to stay in this unit again next year!

P.S. They were doing a lot of work painting the exterior of the building while we were there. We heard they will be replacing the elevator in September. It's nice to see they are maintaining the property. Also, they re-keyed the locks during our stay. Resort Rentals gave us the new keys along with the old keys, so we had no issues, but apparently not all the renters had the same experience. It made us feel even better about using them for our vacation.

Thank you so much for the post! It is always nice to hear about the pleasant experience our guests had during their vacation stay. Yes, they are doing some maintenance to the building which included painting the full exterior of the building as well as re-screening all of the balconies. The building maintenance also put in a new key system in the lobby area and everything is looking great! We truly appreciate your patience in the updating process, we know that on site construction can be frustrating but it is needed as well. Yes, they will be working on the elevator system and it currently is scheduled for mid September for approx. a months time. In regards to the beach chairs, we do have a supply here at our office that we are happy to lend out to our guest during the duration of their stay, based on availability of course. During your next stay if you do not find any beach chairs please feel free to call our office and we are happy to get you set up with some from our office inventory. :-)

We feel at home while we are there and treat it as if it were our own home. Condo #506 is in great condition and the furniture is also nice. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable as well. We do wish there were gas grills in the pool/patio area however. This is the first year that there hasn't been a gate between the garage and patio/beach area and it would have been nice to have had it especially since I have 1 and 2 year old sons who were on the patio and interested in the cars in the garage.

This condo was very nicely decorated. It must have been recently updated. Everything looked
fairly new. I would definitely stay here again. I referred to it as "my condo" by the end of our stay. I enjoyed it and thought it was very nice. This was a trip with my sister.

We always choose Villa Madeira when we plan a vacation stay in Florida. We enjoy the location of the facility on the Gulf coast. The beach is clean and family friendly. Each unit has an amazing view of the ocean and amazing sunsets right from your private balcony. We have brought our adult children and our grandchildren on several occasions. Everyone has expressed their enjoyment and satisfaction for this wonderful place to spend a family vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay. The property was convenient to all attractions and the sunsets were outstanding. We did have a problem with the bedroom ceiling fan which was eventually replaced. Security could be better on several occasions the lobby door was left propped open so anyone could enter without a key. The property management company went out of their way to try to make us feel comfortable and correct any problems. We would definitely stay here again

HOPE TO COME BACK NEXT YEAR

We have stayed here for many years now. We have always found Resort Realty to be helpfull in resolving any problems, noting that there have been very few over the years. We try to stay at this property when ever we can as the view is great and the condo is extremely well kept. We come here every year and will countinue to do so.
