De Cottage was very nice. Everything we needed was there. There are a lot of nice restaurants in walking distance. I am recommend that place and definitely will book it again.

We enjoyed our stay. We’ve been to Madeira Beach before but this was the first time we stayed so close to the beach and to John’s Pass. It was so convenient. (If only Resort Rentals could’ve made it warmer and sunnier. ?. ) We will definitely be back!

We’re local and love John’s Pass. This cottage was a perfect place for us. It was within walking distance to the boardwalk and the beach was right across the street. The pool was nice to relax in after a day at the beach. I do want to mention that the host was very helpful with a special request I had. We will be back for sure.

Easy beach access just across the street. John’s Pass is also a short walk. The pass has tons of shops and restaurants and bars to enjoy when your not on the beach. The condo itself is great for 2 people. The pictures show exactly what you get. The bathroom is tight but doable. Overall very clean inside. I would definitely stay again!

The cottage was clean and comfortable. Wi-fi was reliable, location is awesome. If you are very tall, be aware that cottage 6 has a very low ceiling in part of the residence.

We stayed in cottage #6. Perfect place for the 3 of us. The neighbors were very friendly. Neighborhood was quiet. The beach was a short walk across the street. Walking distance to John's pass.
I will definitely come back here.

The cottage was clean and perfect size. Neighbors were nice and quiet. Cottage was located off the main street in a nice neighborhood for walking. Three minute walk to the beach crossing the street was easy and safe. Fuve minute walk to John's Pass for shopping and dining. I would definitely book this again.

The cottages are lovely and everything you need for a fun beach getaway. They are basic and cozy but well equipped and very clean. The location is fantastic, the pool was wonderful and the check in process was simple. Thank you!

We were very happy with the property, the room was clean, the bed was comfy, sofa sleeper needed to be updated mattress was very worn, the chair sleeper was comfy newer mattress and extra support no sagging. The kitchen was sufficient to what we needed. Pool was cleaner and refreshing a little smaller than expect, location is great its about 2 minute walk to beach, same to johns pass, trolley stop is just around the corner if head to clearwater(much better than trying to park there) and $5 lets you ride all day.

Great location, like 2 minute walk to beach, 3½ block walk to john pass. Pool is smaller than it looks in photos but has plenty of seating area, we still enjoyed it. The cottages is well laid out small but feels roomy. We did not use bbq area but it had 3 grills and picnic table.

Great location. Very short to the beach and to the boardwalk. Parked the car upon arrival and didn’t need to drive until departure. Cottage was clean and well stocked. Very quiet around the complex.

I won’t lie I was a little worried as I’ve never stayed in such a rental but was very pleased with cleanliness, supplies (but need to let tenants know beach supplies are in laundry room) so close to all accommodations except groceries but that’s easy to get to with an Uber! I’m returning at the beginning of august and looking at staying here if available and price is right!!!

We loved this little gem of a beach cottage. If your looking for a cookie cutter hotel with little character and parking 20 mins away then this isnt for you ! This little cottage has charm galore. A quick walk to the beach or John's Pass makes it very convienent. private parking spot right next to the cottage makes unpacking etc so easy. The pool area is a sweet oasis. The bed was soo comfortable too ! The real unexpected treat was meeting our neighbors that have the desire to stay at a charming unique place. We made several new friends !

Was my first experience as a solo traveler-I lost my husband a year ago in July- I needed to go to a comforting place/-and I found it at the Manetee cotttage. It was very welcoming, felt completely safe & all my needs we completely walkable.
I enjoyed it so very much—friends are joining me in September & we’ve rented 3 cottages!!!

Location, Location, Location! We Love this place. Cozy and Comfortable for our family of 4, about a block from the Beach (Easy Walk), walking distance to many good restaurants....Most of All Madeira Beach is such a family friendly, fun and relaxing location. Everybody was so friendly plus it even included a grilling area to get your meat fixed. We LOVED it All!!!

Manatee was a cute little cottage to stay in. Great location and easy walk to beach. Only issue was fold out bed was super uncomfortable, but I've rarely found one that was comfortable. A memory foam topper might improve that but we were literally laying on spring.
