This is the perfect location for walkable fun! The restaurants nearby are phenomenal! You will love the private pool and your cozy cottage.

Great location and the cottages were wonderful. We we’re helping other guests get into their cottages. When the code is given it should also tell the guests what they need to push after entering the code. I would recommend others to stay.

Walking distance to the beach and John’s Pass. Breakfast place around the corner. No extra parking if you have 2 families staying in one cottage.

I cannot say enough about the location of this rental spot! Direct beach access right across the street. Very walkable and doable with four adults and two kids. Less than 10 minute walk to John’s Pass Village, where there are multiple shops, restaurants, ice cream places, and more. The dolphin #7 cottage was newly renovated/updated so it was even more beautiful than in the pictures. The rental location only has 7 cottages, so it was perfect size and the pool was perfect for the kids to be able to play in. It’s gated so it is private and safe also. Laundry services on site were amazing to have also and a shower to rinse off the sand from the beach before you get into the pool. The resort company was very responsive and helpful with anything that I needed.
My only slight irritation was with the shower as it has extra jets on it that just sprayed everywhere until you got the hang of it.
Our family had an incredible trip!
You can not beat this location. Truly!

Location was great and surrounding area has so much to do! Entertainment system was very limited. A system that could allow others to sign into their own online streaming system to stream tv/movies would be a fantastic upgrade ;-)

It’s was great location easy access to the beach the only complaint is the bbq grills are dirty beyond use but other than that it was a clean unit great location

The proximity to the beach, dog friendly, plenty of room, everything worked as expected. There was an issue with the TV volume. There was only one parking space available.

Spacious cottage in a great location just off the boulevard. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach across the street. John's Pass is also within walking distance, filled with many shops and restaurants.

Was a cute place to stay with very close beach access! Clean and cozy and in a great location! Only complaint is limited parking but that seems to be the theme along the beaches. Everything was fantastic and I will definitely recommend to a friend!

We stayed at the #7 cottage. It was just enough space with all the right amenities. Especially the pool, blender, and use of a washer/dryer were all a plus. Great location right across the street from public access and a very nice slice of Madeira Beach. Super close to John’s Pass shops and restaurants. Loved the fishing from shore!! Overall great stay for our party of three!

Enjoyed every second of our stay. The only problem we had was getting into the water on Madeira Beach due to jellyfish floating through and coming ashore for the first couple days, some kind of migration thing, so we spent time in the pool, which was great.

Nice place to stay. Not big but had everything you needed. Walking distance to shopping and places to eat. I brought my dog to most of those places. Everyone was very friendly. The beach across the street wasn’t dog friendly, but we did sneak him in a night. �� He loved it! The dog park, Fort DeSoto was nice. Very busy on weekend. During the week better. About 25 minute drive from the cottage. All in all a nice get away. Only one electrical outlet in master bedroom worked. The tv in there had no power. Was ok, the one in common area worked. I would go back. It’s not like a motel, smaller of course. I don’t like to be around a lot of people so it was nice.

Nos encantó el lugar el apartamento estaba muy limpio, las camas muy cómodas, la playa cerca, la piscina es pequeña pero se pasa bien en ella, tiene todas las comodidades en la cocina para cocinar, mi única recomendación es el laundry tiene sólo una secadora y una lavadora funcionando y la lavadora tiene mohos, y la ducha de enjuagarse para entrar a la piscina está rota, en general nos encantó el lugar y volveríamos a venir La lavadora del laundry tiene moho, y la ducha de entrar a la piscina rota

Place was very nice pool was amazing conveniently located to St John's, beach. All in all would stay here again. Only complaint I have is that the house behind the cottages left there outdoor patio lights on every night and even with shades shut still lights up our room. But I know that's not your fault..

Would def stay again!! Our Rental was very clean and exactly as advertised!! We arrived on a Sunday and the fridge was out, Maintenance got on it right away and had it fixed within a couple hours (even on a Sunday)!! Staff was very nice and accommodating!!
