The large main bedroom on the lower floor features a comfortable King sized bed. Wake up to a view off the beautiful sundeck from your bedroom. Two more bedrooms, featuring brand new Queen sized beds, are located on the upper floor. Ample closet space in all bedrooms, so you can unpack and make yourself at home for a month.

The property also features a laundry room with brand new full size washer and dryer, a 2 car carport and a shed in the backyard storing beach toys and pool floats.

Recently selected as the country’s top beach destination and well known for its breathtaking sunsets, you will fall in love with St Pete Beach. For an unforgettable experience, the location is close to many beach rentals. Spend the day biking, parasailing, fishing, or boating. The beach activities are endless! You are also minutes away from shopping, museums, and entertainment for the whole family. Travel inland for the day and explore St Petersburg by taking the trolley downtown to Beach Drive where you can dine in at one of the several 5-star restaurants.
