The Shores 101

We were a little apprehensive about renting a place with zero reviews, but the promise of the close beach proximity lured us in. The place was a little dated but that was more than made up for by the spectacular beach access. We wanted ON THE BEACH and that is what we got. The grounds were well kept. The pool was perfect. TV acted a little quirky and the WIFI was spotty at times. We will be back!

We rent this condo each year for a sister's vacation. It's great. The only downfall is that they don't have very basic supplies like, salt & pepper or coffee filters. Everything else is amazing.

This is our third stay at this condo. We absolutely love it and have a great time every time we stay. The location is great, the condo is great, and you can’t beat the views. Wonderful being on ground level for the kids, and they have basically everything you need. This is our yearly vacation spot!

We rented unit 101 the first week of November. The unit is old but comfortable. All three beds appeared fairly new and were very comfortable. As was the couch and kitchen table. We loved the walk out to the pool, with young children it was super easy to pop out for a swim. Access to the beach and bbq are also great. The pool is on the smaller side but has sufficient space for the number of units in the building. The unit does not have any beach towels or extra linens. Resort rentals was quick to provide additional bed linens for the blow up mattress upon request which was great but you will be responsible for your own beach towels which is a draw back from other units we have stayed in. The dishwasher and clothes dryer need updating. Soap does not dissolve in the dishwasher and all of the dishes required hand cleaning prior to use. The clothes dryer does not dry your clothes or towels. There is a bed rail for toddler in the master closet which should be advertised. We worked with Resort rentals to get a baby crib and toys delivered to the unit before arrival which was very convenient. There are two beach chairs in the unit but no other items for the beach. The unit needs some TLC - paint and kitchen overhaul but if you can look past that, it was a great holiday and we would return to the unit simply for the convenience of no elevators and walking distance to restaurants.

This was our second time renting this property. We had another amazing week in Redington shores. Again I will say this condo is in need of some updating, had some trouble with a couple appliances, however it is mostly stocked with everything you can need and the location is wonderful. Can’t beat being on the ground floor right next to the pool with a short walk down to the beach. It’s so convenient and the views are unmatched. Especially the sunsets. You will be able to watch the most amazing sunsets ever either from your own patio or down on the beach. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed at The Shores for 3 vacations but this was our first time in unit 101. We love the lay out the ground unit. We didn't like the check in and check out rules. It seems that it would be easier for everyone to have a key code to get in the condo or a key code box to retrieve the key instead of driving to pick up keys and to drop off keys.

The location was great! It was like being at a private beach. Check in and check out process was quick and easy. The women at front desk was super friendly. We visited Smugglers Cove putt putt golf which is only 5 mins from condo. Alot of restaurants very close to condo to choose from also.

This was our second stay in this condo. Our favorite place to stay when we are in at the beach. The unit is on the ground floor meaning no stairs or elevators and steps from beach, pool and grills.

The interior is nice and comfortable. The dryer doesn’t dry well, found out the hard way that the blender doesn’t work and could use a new coffee maker. But, in the scheme of things, those are all minor. It’s really hard to beat this condo for vacation. We will be back again!

We have stayed in this unit 5 or 6 times and love it. You absolutely cannot beat the location and the complex is small amd never crowded. The pool is a great size too. Super comfy mattresses. The unit itself could use a few minor repairs/updates which I relayed to resort rentals but nothing that would be a deal breaker.

This condo was wonderful. With it being on the ground level ~ made this so convenient with my 5 y/o ~ just steps away from the pool and ocean! We sat on the balcony a lot to look out or to eat. Short walk and/or drive to many places to shop, eat, sight see, etc, and things to do. The condo - like most that I have stayed at - could use a "deep cleaning".

We had a great stay at The Shores #101 at Redington Beacjh. The location is amazing and convenient. I love being able to have a front row seat to beautiful sunsets! The unit was clean and comfortable. The pool was never crowded since it is a smaller condo building. The only complaint I would have is that the patio furniture was quite uncomfortable and needs to be replaced.

First I would like to say we had the best time! The property was clean, just liked described, and so convenient to everything. The property is great for families with members with limited mobility due to the ease of access to the pool and beach. It is very spacious with a well stocked kitchen with everything you may need (besides a crock pot, which we carry our own). But it literally has everything you would need. The location to restaurants and museums is great! We also did a trip to Orlando for the day which was a surprise to my young adults. Thank you so much for making this a vacation to remember’

We loved our stay at the shores. Staying on the ground level was important for us since I had my 4m old son and my 10m old niece. So convenient with the pool and ocean at your feet. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook, bedrooms both great sizes and plenty of storage for all of our things. Just some minor things need updating but didn’t take away from our experience. Having a washer and dryer was awesome too with the kids. You couldn’t beat the view from the patio. Watching the sunset every night was probably our favorite part. Will definitely come back if available!!

This condo was the perfect setup and location for our family trip. Being literally steps away from the beach and heated pool was great for our family of 5. I could easily run in for snacks while my boys (12,12,10) swam in the pool or played in the sand. The condo was beautiful and a very comfortable place for us to spend 8 nights as a family relaxing and unplugging. If I had to pick one negative thing to say it would be that we had to drive 20 minutes down the beach to get the key and to return it when we left. Not a huge deal, just extra time we had to spend when arriving and leaving. The contactless check-in was quick and easy.

We have stayed here for 3 years in a row. It is perfect for our family. Beautiful view, and only steps away from the ocean. We did not go to the restaurants, due to COVID-19, but we enjoyed a lot of takeouts from them. We had good customer service, and hope to stay there again.

Great place to stay. Loved everything about it. Beautiful and peaceful. The only small thing was the master bedroom was hot even went unit turned down to recommended 72 degrees. But, I am one who needs to sleep in about 68 degrees. So for most the 72 is fine. Used two fans and I was good. We will definitely go back hopefully to same condo unit.

Everything was as expected to be. Very clean, decorated nicely, stock well. The only negatives AR 1. Because the sun comes in it is hot in there. Don't know what can be done about it there are blinds. It's Florida it's hot. Maybe a few more floor fans to help circulate the air might be helpful. 2. The evening mosquitoes prevent us from sitting outside on the beautiful patio. Only suggestion is maintenance to maybe get some yard guard or something of that nature to help eliminate the mosquito (state bird). Otherwise this has got to be one of the nicest condos my family has ever stayed. Will certainly try to get this condo when we come back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wow, the location of this condo was the best! 90 steps to the ocean and the pool right next to the unit. We rented an umbrella, chairs, tent, cooler and cart for the beach and never had to use any of it (this unit actually had a ton of beach stuff in the closet to use). We would play in the ocean and then play in the pool all day! It was great. It is centrally located to restaurants and shopping. We will be back!

I love the condo. My main thing was how close it was to the beach. Since my dad has bad knees it was the easiest for him to walk to/on the beach. There were little things wrong with the condo. I fixed the dish washer track. The master bedroom fan makes a lot of noise. The grill was out of gas. A lot of the dishes were rusted. Since it was lovebug season they were everywhere. I would have loved a bug repellent or something. It was clean and pretty. Everybody I talked to was very sweet.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love the condo. My main thing was how close it was to the beach. Since my dad has bad knees it was the easiest for him to walk to/on the beach. There were little things wrong with the condo. I fixed the dish washer track. The master bedroom fan makes a lot of noise. The grill was out of gas. A lot of the dishes were rusted. Since it was lovebug season they were everywhere. I would have loved a bug repellent or something. It was clean and pretty. Everybody I talked to was very sweet.

Our stay at the Shores was nothing short of perfect! The weather was near record highs for Dec/Jan. We got to spend alot of time on the beautiful beach. The location of the condo is ideal to watch the sunrise and sunset. The property was clean and spacious. The heated pool was nice. The condo was well stocked with fun things to do inside and out. Ther parking was plentiful. This lower level unit made it convenient for moving in and out. The gas grills were located just outside the patio. There are many activities and restaurants nearby. We would definitely return to the property Shores 101 for another stay!

We loved every minute of our beach holiday at Redington Shores this August. The location, property, and amenities suited our little family of 5 perfectly. Our children loved walking out to the pool and onto the beach in a few short steps. There was plenty of room and toys for us all. The beach was quiet and neighbours were friendly. Great seafood and a well-stocked Publix were minutes away. We'd be back in a heartbeat.

If you're looking for a vacation spot that allows easy and quick access to the beach and pool, look no further. This unit was perfect for what our family was looking for. Units off the first floor have a much longer walk to the pool area and beach. Good appliances. Spacious master. Perfect for 4-5 people.

This is a first level condo that is just steps from the beach. One can sit on the porch each night and experience beautiful sunsets. The condo is plenty spacious for 6 and the parking lot is fantastic. The grilling area is great and the pool is very much adequate. There are some nice updates in the condo; however, it could use just a pinch more. The Redington area is quiet and tranquil. It has plenty of places to eat, and there are fun things to do. I highly recommend The Shores #101!

We have been coming down to this area for over 15years. We decided to try something different, as we used to rent something with 3 bedrooms in Indian shores, but did not need all those rooms. The photos taken just looked great and the idea of being right on the ground level, which is hard to come by in this area, was great, especially having smaller kids. Once we arrived we were so impressed on how clean the unit was and how the unit looked exactly like the photos and even better. We really have no complaints, other than the fans in the bedrooms did not work very good and very noisy and would like to see those updated. The master bedroom is huge and the furniture is perfect for that beach life. The other thing we loved was finding a closet full of beach stuff, boogie boards, umbrellas, sandcastle stuff.. This was a treat.
We came just 2 weeks After Hurricane Irma and you would have never known there was a Hurricane just 2 weeks ago. Everything as amazing
We will be back again, hopefully for next year

We loved this condo! Being on the first floor was so convenient to accessing the beach and pool, as well as the condo from the car. The master bedroom and shower were excellent. The kids enjoyed their own room with separate beds and a tv on the wall so they could watch Disney. Everything seemed to be in great condition. Check-in and out was very simple and Gail was very nice! The beach was nice. We saw them grooming it at least two mornings. There were not many people on the beach thanks to mostly small units in the area. We saw some sea life..dolphins, a manatee, a small stingray, a crab, and some fish. There was a sand bar about 60 yards off shore you could get to during low tied. You could walk around in knee deep water and find all kinds of treasures. We found several large sand dollars. There is a very nice Winn Dixie about 10 mins from the condo or a Publix about 15-20mins from the condo. We went to the Publix first and they had lots of buy one get one deals. The second run we went to Winn Dixie. If you are looking for a treat, we recommend the Candy Kitchen. There are several located along Gulf Blvd, but there is one not far from the condo. They have good ice cream and huge sundaes! We drove to Clearwater one night because we heard that Pier 60 was the place to be. There were a few entertainers and booths set up selling trinkets. However, we went to John's Pass at Madeira Beach (less than half the distance) a few nights later and enjoyed it more. It had several restaurants and lots of ice cream shops plus probably 25 stores. We enjoyed this unit very much and have talked about trying to get it for future vacations.

The Shores 101 offered our family the best vacation we have ever had. The location is perfect. The grounds are impeccably manicured. The condo itself is very welcoming and comfortable, as well as clean. It was a very relaxing, quiet and enjoyable complex, to say the least. We had a wonderful visit staying here for Christmas 2016. It was exactly as depicted in the photos. Our family of 6 was very comfortable. The accommodations were lovely without being too formal. Our favorite part was that the patio is just a few steps to the beach sand or the pool. We loved sitting on the patio, listening to the waves, and watching the sunset. It was very easy to take early morning walks on the beach as well. The condo itself is very quiet. We didn't hear any neighbors while we were inside. The property management company was very easy to work with. We highly recommend this condo, and we will definitely consider renting this same unit again in the future.

This condo is very good for people who have difficulty with walking. The pool and beach are close by and you do not need to walk steps or take an elevator! Beautiful view and beach! I would like drapes instead of blinds as they don't close completely and people walk by. Also a door on master suite to toilet. Very stinky sometimes. It's very quiet! We loved it! I would love to live there!

Being on the floor level and having the grills and the pool within steps was so great for us. My teenage daughter and I visit the St. Pete Beach area at least twice each year. We normally stay in Pass-A-Grille, but we wanted to try out another area this year. We were so fortunate to stumble across this property! It was perfect in every way: Right on the beach, next to the pool, clean, quiet, and plenty of room for us to each to have our own space.
